Art is at the top of spiritual dimension of human beings. Market is the necessary place and behavior that sustains human existence. Lawsuit is an important means to solve disputes and conflictions among humans. The three looks independent from each other but share the same nature - attracting attention. In 2014, Chinese art mar- ket began to take reform. The biggest obstacle from inside is the conventions and practices that hinder the sound development of the market. The rule of law is the strongest tool to refom the existing pattern and rule of operation for the art market of China.  相似文献

Civilians are always the focus of my camera lens Yu Wenguo: Nothing can bring me more pleasure than witnessing tbe history and retaining the history in photographs. What I pursue throughout my experience as a photographer is a civilian, equal and gentle attitude. First, as a photographer, I have involved myself in civilian subjects over these years. Even when shooting the annual NPC and CPPCC sessions, I focus more on civilian topics. Second, I shoot my subject figures from an equal perspective. I try to think on their stances and un- derstand them well. When you truly understand them, you will touch them. Third, I have done my best to keep a gentle and low profile.  相似文献

Moreover, a photographer also takes important social responsibility, because photos record history, reflect truth and move forward the progress of human civilization. It is a heavenly-endowed honor to cast the image of the earth with camera lens and experience the sophisticated world with peaceful mind. Photography has become part of my life. Hardship and risk have become pleasure and joy for me."  相似文献

Big Push to the Reform
35 years have passed since the policy of reform and opening up was launched in China. The magazine released the feature column of "Figures of Reform" in this issue, reviewing the practices and experiences of several key economists in the country's relbrm process. These featured economists include Du Runsheng, dubbed as "father of China's rural reform", Lin Yifu who proposed the development strategy of comparative advantage, Zhang Zhuoyuan who participated in the drafting of the Tenth Five-Year Plan, Mao Yushi, generally considered to be one of the most controversial intellectuals in China, and Cai Fang, widely called "economist speaking for the benefit of the poor". All these economists bear strong responsibility for the nation and the people and work hard to pursue truth.  相似文献
