人性提升：高职教育人才培养目标的思考

迅速掘起和蓬勃发展的高等职业教育是中国教育在现代变革中凸现的一种化景观，在以能力本位为核心的办学理念指导下，逐渐构建了较具特点的价值取向与目标追求，但仍未摆脱传统教育中那种“功利性实用教育”的影响，因此，应进一步从能力本位、人性提升、全面发展三个层面上认识其人才培养目标的内涵。

科学发展观与高等职业教育有效发展

目前，我国高等职业教育存在着重技术轻人文、重成器轻成人、重理论轻实践、重专识轻通识、重能力轻素质的“五重五羟”现象。高等职业教育有效发展，应当遵循科学发展观，实现定位观由“教育层次”转向“教育类型”，目标观由“技术工具”转向”技术人文”，教学观由”工学分离”转向“工学结合”，人才观由“能力本位”转向“素质本位”，生存观由“竞争发展”转向“文化发展”。     

基于素质本位的“订单式”人才培养模式探讨

随着时代发展,高等职业教育人才培养势必由能力本位向素质本位理念逐渐转变。本文主要阐述了能力本位理念下“订单式”人才培养模式存在的问题,提出了构建素质本位“订单式”人才培养模式的基本要素及其实施意义。     

高等职业教育课程改革初探

高等职业教育是以能力为本位、以提高职业能力素质为目的的一种教育，为了适应这种教育,课程体系，必须要进行整合与调整，即按照职业需要来进行设置，将传统的“学科本位”变为“能力本位”，将传统的“精英教育”变为“大众教育”     

学科本位与能力本位之异同及其转变

随着我国经济结构调整和新兴行业增加，就业于生产、建设、服务和管理一线的技术人员类型将越来越多，层次也将越来越高。因此，在我国职业技术教育中，强调职业的针对性和技术的实践性，就越来越突出。但在传统的职业教育中，大多采取了普通教育压缩式后的“学科本位”模式，致使本应适应生产一线的高职高专教育，教学和人才培养缺乏特色，针对性和适应性不强，这就使得探索富有特色的高等职业教育模式成为十分迫切的问题。本文拟在以“学科本位”和“能力本位”的异同比较中，确立以“能力本位”为教学基本模式，同时说明由学科本位到能力本位转换的客观必然性。     

高职学生素质教育刍议

发展高等职业教育必须重视对学生的素质教育，这既是时代发展的要求，也是高职教育办出特色和教学改革的要求，同时也是学生身心发展的要求。以“能力本位”取代“知识体系本位”的教育体现了素质教育的本质，但同时高职学生素质教育必须重视包括“善于创新”等八个方面的问题。     

西方高等职业教育理念和模式发展趋势

西方高等职业教育理念和模式经过初创、发展,表现出三大发展趋势:完成从“学科本位”向“能力本位”转变之后,努力拓展职业“能力”的时代内涵;强调职业能力职业素质的培养,重视实践教学;高职院校与企业界形成质量契约关系。它们共同的基点是:如何使高等职业教育培养的人才满足企业界对职业人才的需求。同时表明:高等职业教育与企业界不仅仅是合作,而是有机的融合,这也是西方高等职业教育高度发达的生命力所在,也是我国高等职业教育所要借鉴的地方。     

世界两种职教模式对我国高职教育发展的影响

通过分析“双元制”和“能力本位”两种职教模式及其对中国高等职业教育模式构建的影响，探讨具有我国特色的“校企合作模式”及“以职业能力为基础的职教模式”。
