变化盲视、滑坡效应与供应商伦理管理的实验研究

运用认知心理学实验方法,采用两因素混合设计与情境法,设计了三种不符合伦理规范行为的模拟场景,并把每种行为描述成"渐变"与"突变"两种情形,研究供应商不符合伦理规范行为的形成方式、行为类型对企业对供应商行为的伦理判断与伦理管理的影响。方差分析的结果表明行为类型与形成方式对伦理判断与伦理管理主效应与交互效应均显著;回归分析结果表明伦理判断对形成方式与伦理管理二者之间的中介效应也显著。     

小盲斜井防跑车装置的研究与应用

高峰矿深部由于种种原因,目前只能采用小盲斜井串车提升矿石,靠人工装卸车。而在人工装卸车的过程中,一旦发生飞斗事故,轻则造成设备损伤,重则造成人员伤亡。因此,在高峰矿开展小盲斜井防跑车装置研究,设计适合高峰矿深部小盲斜井防跑车装置,对于保证高峰矿深部开采安全、提高综合开采效益具有重要意义。文章重点研究变坡点下20米的挡车器。

Metabolic Syndrome in Childhood: Rare Case of Alstrom Syndrome with Blindness

Alstrom’s syndrome (AS) is a rare autosomal recessive ciliopathic condition affecting 1:10,00,000 children. It’s a single gene disorder of ALMS1 on chromosome 2 with multisystem involvement with cone-rod retinal dystrophy causing juvenile blindness, obesity, insulin resistance, type 2 Diabetes mellitus, hypogonadism and sensorineural hearing loss. Till now only 800 patients with this disorder has been identified so far. In this report, we describe the case of a 9-year old male boy from south India. He had been initially referred for polyphagia, polyuria, polydipsia, generalized weakness from 1 weeks. On examination he was demonstrated features suggestive of AS, including blindness, obesity, type 2 diabetes, altered lipid profile, hypogonadism, acanthosis nigricans, seborrheic dermatitis, right ear discharge and episodes of respiratory tract infections. So, diagnosis of AS is critical as it can easily be overlooked because of the many features associated with metabolic syndrome starting at age 7, a relatively early age.

一种新的变步长盲均衡算法研究

常数模算法（constant modulus algorithm,CMA）能够很好地克服无线信道引入的符号间干扰（ISI）,在信道均衡中广泛应用,但存在稳态误差大,相位旋转的问题;MMA算法解决了CMA算法的相位旋转问题,但仍然有较大的稳态误差。为了克服以上缺点,在研究各种算法的基础上,引入非线性函数来构造步长调整参数,计算机仿真结果表明,相比传统算法,变步长盲均衡算法有较快的收敛速度和更好的均衡效果。

The blind Indus dolphin, Platanista indi

The Indus dolphin is an endemic, relict species, well adapted to the turbid water of the river. It is a constant swimmer with extremely short sleep phases, besides being a continuous emitter of sound. Loss of sight is compensated by an efficient sonar system. Alone among cetaceans, the Indus dolphin swims on its side, feeling its way along the bottom with the right or left flipper. These are secondary adaptations in a species whose Miocene ancestors inhabited clear coastal waters.     

A numerically robust blind equalization scheme applied to MIMO communication systems

In this paper, we propose a numerically robust blind equalization scheme to mitigate cochannel and intersymbol interferences and separate signals from a convolutive mixture in multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) communication systems. The robustness of the proposed scheme is achieved through a particular dual-mode operation applied to a constant-modulus-based space-time algorithm that corrects phase rotations. In the first mode of operation, the consistency in the nonlinear estimates of the transmitted signals is ensured. In the second mode, the Euclidean norms of the equalizer coefficient vectors decrease along the iterations, which allows the algorithm to return to the first mode of operation, where the estimation of the transmitted signals really occurs. In particular, we apply this scheme to a multimodulus version of the multiuser Shalvi-Weinstein algorithm (MU-SWA). By means of a deterministic stability analysis assuming the persistence of excitation condition, we show that the dual-mode MU-SWA does not diverge.

能否从创新生态系统视角识别导致创新“盲点”的关键因素,并有效规避是创新成功的关键,现有研究对创新“盲点”识别指标体系的构建及评价存在较大缺口。本文通过构建创新“盲点”识别指标体系,以南北车“中华之星”和CRH380A为系统创新的数据样本,采用多层次模糊综合评价法对创新“盲点”指标体系进行实证检验。研究结果表明：创新“盲点”的形成主要在于创新生境、政府部门、供应商、核心企业、配套互补商及用户/购买者创新合作的非耦合性；创新“盲点”识别指标体系具有可信度。
