人工髋关节翻修术25例疗效分析

目的：探讨人工髋关节置换术后翻修的原因、骨缺损的处理、假体的选择及相关翻修技术。方法：选择广西中医药大学附属瑞康医院2003年1月-2013年12月行人工髋关节翻修术的25例病例的临床资料,其翻修假体的类型：全生物型臼和柄12例,全骨水泥型臼和柄3例,只用骨水泥臼4例,只用骨水泥柄2例,混合型假体2例,用原假体2例。需要植骨8例。结果：疗效参考Harris评分：优19髋（90分以上）、良4髋（80-89分）、可2髋（70-79分）,优良率为92%。翻修的原因：假体松动9例,假体沉陷4例,假体脱位4例,感染2例,假体松动并周围骨折2例,假体周围骨折2例,假体松动并脱位1例,假体断裂1例。结论：找出初次置换失败的原因,针对性的制定翻修方案,合理的选择翻修假体,具备一定的翻修技术及经验是髋关节翻修术获得成功最基本的条件。     

Effect of oral ingestion of different forms of silver on tissue content of some essential elements in chicks

Silver is ingested in India in the form of varak, Ayurvedic bhasm and water contained in silver utensils, but nobody knows their effects. We have examined the effect of interaction of silver ingested in the form of varak (leaf), bhasm (ash) and water (colloidal solution) on some essential elements (Na, K, Ca, Mg, Cu, Fe and Zn) in blood, liver, spleen and kidneys of chicks. The results showed significant rise of silver in all the tissues and significant fall in copper in the blood. The greatest rise was obtained in blood silver by silver sol while it had the lowest amount of silver. Iron significantly increased in tissues but somewhat decreased in blood. Zinc content increased in all the tissues by leaf and ash but decreased by sol. No consistent pattern was seen in case of other elements.     

中国华东及其周边地区NDVI对气温和降水的季节响应

地表植被与大气的相互作用过程是地球科学领域的研究重点和热点。本文基于SPOTVGT-NDVI数据和气象站点的气温和降水资料,采用时滞相关分析法,研究了1998年-2011年我国华东及其周边地区四季NDVI对气温和降水的时空响应特征。结果表明,在整个研究区,气温对NDVI的影响大于降水,NDVI与气温在夏季和秋季相关性较高,与降水在秋季和春季相关性较高,冬季NDVI与气温和降水相关性都最低。NDVI对气温响应的滞后期在春季和秋季较短,对降水响应的滞后期在冬季较短,夏季NDVI对气温和降水响应的滞后期都较长。在冬季、春季和秋季,NDVI对气温和降水最大相关系数的空间分布在研究区的南北部差异不明显,在夏季则具有较明显的南北差异。NDVI对气温变化响应的滞后期在春季、夏季和秋季具有较明显的南北差异,对降水变化响应的滞后期除在夏季具有一定的南北差异外,在其他季节空间分布规律性不显著。

进入21世纪后,随着经济和社会的持续发展,中国的科技事业也迎来了发展的黄金期,中国已成为世界上屈指可数的科技大国。然而,引领性创新人才和成果的不足,成为当前中国科技发展有待解决的瓶颈问题。文章提出,哲学对于解决这一问题或可襄助一臂之力,通过参与营建有助于哲人科学家成长的土壤和氛围,哲学可以间接促进引领性科技创新人才的培育和创新成果的产出。这一任务对于哲学自身也提出了特定的要求,并将为哲学发展带来相应的影响。     

Estimating financial information asymmetry in real estate transactions in China - An application of two-tier frontier model

This study applies the two-tier stochastic frontier model to estimate the distribution of housing transaction information in Hangzhou, Wenzhou, Ningbo, and Jinhua (four cities in Zhejiang Province, China) during the year 2018, to analyze the difference in the price information acquired by the buyers and sellers in the transaction, and the effect of information asymmetry on the transaction price. The empirical results show that in each city, during the housing transaction process, the supplier has more complete information about house prices than consumers, and can therefore implement price discrimination strategies in setting service prices. Due to the disadvantage in acquired information, consumers on average need to pay a price 4.86% higher than a reasonable transaction price. In addition, the information asymmetry problem in urban areas is relatively more serious than in other areas. In terms of comparisons between cities, Hangzhou had the largest net surplus in the housing transaction market, followed by Jinhua, Ningbo, and Wenzhou.

运用词频统计法分析2006年国内5种科学学研究类核心期刊所发表的1000多篇论文的题名,得出论文题名中使用最多的前160个词及其频次,在一定程度上显示出科学学研究最关注的研究领域是"创新、技术、知识、管理、科技、发展、产业、科学"等,最关注的研究对象是"企业"。     

江苏省生物医药专利合作网络演化特征分析

检索1999—2018年间江苏省生物医药领域专利情况,应用社会网络分析法分析江苏省生物医药发明专利合作整体网络的特征及其在不同年份(1999—2008年和2009—2018年)的演化特点。研究结果显示:江苏省生物医药发明专利合作网络规模不断增加,但区域分布不均衡,主要集中于南京、苏州和无锡等传统医药产业发达地区,且近年苏州、无锡、扬州、镇江和南通等地市的发明专利申请比重增加明显;同时网络中节点的合作关系也趋于紧密,网络呈现出多中心特征,体现较为明显的产学研合作趋势,并且这种趋势不断加强。最后基于研究结论,建议江苏省出台相关政策,鼓励在生物医药领域拥有专利较多的高校和科研院所在省内建立合作创新中心,辐射带动区域医药产业发展,以及推动高校和研究院所之间开展生物医药领域的合作创新等。

Effect of irbesartan on streptozotocin induced diabetic nephropathy: An interventionary study

Effect of irbesartan, an angiotensin II receptor antagonist, was studied in streptozotocin (STZ) induced diabetic nephropathy. Polyuria, proteinuria, blood urea, creatinine clearance, and urinary electrolytes were determined to assess kidney damage. There was a significant increase in urine volume, urinary protein and blood urea in STZ induced diabetic rats. On the other hand, irbesartan treatment resulted in a significant reduction in urinary protein and blood urea in these rats. Irbesartan treatment also improved creatinine clearance and exhibited a natriuretic effect in these animals. Results suggest that irbesartan treatment ameliorate STZ induced diabetic nephropathic changes, in rats.
