高职新生适应性教育探索

高职学生是大学生的特殊群体。失败的心态、混的心态、困惑和迷茫的心态,导致高职新生进校后出现心理不适应、学习不适应、管理不适应等现象。高职院校应针对高职新生的具体特点,研究针对高职新生适应性教育的具体方案,从心理层面、思想层面、观念层面、行动层面解决高职新生入学后的深层次问题。     

高职大学生与普通大学生学习适应性比较研究

采用自编的《大学生学习适应性调查问卷》对高职大学生和普通大学生的学习适应性进行比较研究。结果表明:高职大学生和普通大学生学习适应性总体差异显著;在年级比较中,差异主要在新生和中年级学生;在性别比较中,高职大学男生和普通大学男生差异不显著,但女生在四个分量表上都有显著差异;并就两类大学生学习适应性方面存在的问题提出了教育建议。     

大学生不良消费行为现状及矫治策略刍议

高职大学生作为社会消费的特殊群体,他们的消费观念和消费行为发生了很大的变化.文章以高职大学生为研究对象,针对高职大学生一些不良消费行为的原因进行分析,并且提出引导大学生理性消费的对策.     

高职院校外省市学生适应问题研究

随着职业教育的进一步发展和上海本地生源人数的下降,上海高职院校在招生过程中,开始加大在外地招生的力度,外地生源的学生比例逐年增加.但是外省市学生从不同地区来到上海接受高职教育后,出现了诸如人际交往不适应、生活不适应性、学习不适应性、环境不适应和自我认知的矛盾等问题.通过此研究丰富特殊群体大学生管理和适应问题的研究,为高职院学的学生管理工作提供参考资料.     

特殊大学生思想行为现状调查及其对策 ——基于辽西三所高校

以辽西三所高校作为样本提取对象,通过调查发现当下高校特殊大学生群体在行为方面适应性相对较差,普遍存在学习不悦感,职业规划较迷茫,心理抗挫折能力偏低。而这一群体的心理问题未得到教育管理者足够重视,针对特殊大学生的思想政治教育工作效率偏低。高校应健全管理机制及形成以特殊大学生为核心的家校合作联动机制,以加强特殊大学生群体的心理咨询和指导。     

高职院校新生适应现状探析

我国的高等职业教育是我国高等教育中一个重要分支,高职新生作为一个特殊的大学生群体,从高中进入高职院校,人际环境、学习环境、生活环境与中学发生了明显地改变。本文以调查问卷的方式得出新生适应的问题,分析新生适应的现状,为缩短高职新生适应期及增强高职院校新生适应性教育的针对性和实效性提供有力的依据和支持。     

高职大学生独生子女与非独生子女个性比较研究

高职大学生是大学生中的一个特殊群体。通过对高职大学生的兴趣、动机、情感、意志、人际关系、社会适应性、竞争、自我意识和开拓创新及爱情观的调查分析发现,高职大学生中独生子女在情感、社会适应性和开拓创新精神等方面存在显著差异,而在兴趣、动机、意志、人际关系、竞争、自我意识等方面差异不明显。     

大学生特殊群体社会适应性现状调查研究——以吉林省为例

为了解高校大学生特殊群体社会适应性现况,探讨大学生特殊群体社会适应能力的影响因素,该研究运用卢谢峰(2003)编制的大学生适应性量表对吉林省某高校878名大学生特殊群体的社会适应性现状进行了调查。结果表明高校大学生特殊群体在人际适应性、角色适应性、生活自理适应性和身心症状四个维度得分均低于国内常模;研究生特殊群体在人际适应性、生活自理适应性和身心症状三个维度得分均低于本科生特殊群体;是否来自独生子女家庭和生源地是影响大学生特殊群体社会适应能力的重要因素。全社会应高度重视大学生特殊群体的社会适应性问题,建立从社会、高校、到大学生特殊群体自身的培养体系,切实提高大学生特殊群体社会适应能力。     

大学生特殊群体社会适应性现况的调查与分析

为了解高校大学生特殊群体社会适应性现状,提高其社会适应性水平,使用卢谢峰编写的《大学生适应性量表》对吉林省某高校大学生特殊群体展开问卷调查。研究结果表明,该校大学生特殊群体的三个类型在社会适应性各个维度上的表现高度一致,在学习适应性、职业选择适应性、环境认同三个维度上都明显高于全国常模。而人际适应性、角色适应性、生活自理适应性、身心症状四个方面均存在较大问题。通过对所存在的四个问题进行归因分析,认为要提高大学生特殊群体的社会适应性,需要加强社会适应性教育;积极开展其自我教育,自我适应;注重沟通技巧的培训,培养交往能力;强化社会实践教育。     

幼专新生的适应性问题及对策研究

近年来,大学生的适应性问题受到了教育者和研究者的关注,成为大学生心理健康水平的重要表现,尤其是大学新生,因其环境、学习、人际等方面的极大变化,产生了众多适应性问题。为培养大学生的适应能力,提升其心理健康水平,对大学生适应性问题进行研究是十分必要的。基于此,选取幼专生这一群体,分析其适应性问题的表现及相应对策,以期为后续研究提供思路。
