Clinical and diagnostic utility of saliva as a non-invasive diagnostic fluid:?a systematic review

This systematic review presents the latest trends in salivary research and its applications in health and disease. Among the large number of analytes present in saliva, many are affected by diverse physiological and pathological conditions. Further, the non-invasive, easy and cost-effective collection methods prompt an interest in evaluating its diagnostic or prognostic utility. Accumulating data over the past two decades indicates towards the possible utility of saliva to monitor overall health, diagnose and treat various oral or systemic disorders and drug monitoring. Advances in saliva based systems biology has also contributed towards identification of several biomarkers, development of diverse salivary diagnostic kits and other sensitive analytical techniques. However, its utilization should be carefully evaluated in relation to standardization of pre-analytical and analytical variables, such as collection and storage methods, analyte circadian variation, sample recovery, prevention of sample contamination and analytical procedures. In spite of all these challenges, there is an escalating evolution of knowledge with the use of this biological matrix.Key words: saliva, non-invasive, biological markers, drug monitoring, oral health     

运动损伤人群健康信息规避行为影响因素及行为模式研究

【目的/意义】探索运动损伤人群的健康信息规避行为,旨在进一步丰富健康信息规避行为研究,为健康信息服务提供者提升信息服务质量提供借鉴和参考,帮助运动损伤人群检视自身健康信息行为,减少由健康信息规避行为带来的消极影响。【方法/过程】采用关键事件法,对有过运动损伤经历的人群进行半结构化访谈,借助质性分析软件Nvivo12对访谈数据进行编码和分析,构建基于SOR理论的健康信息规避行为模型。【结果/结论】人们在发生运动损伤过程中,主要受到情感认知、环境因素以及信息因素的影响,由此产生3种健康信息规避行为模式,分别为健康信息获取规避、健康信息吸收规避和健康信息利用规避。【创新/局限】在样本选取上,还需扩充社会特征更为丰富的研究对象;在研究内容上,可在本研究的基础上,综合定性、定量等多种研究方法深入挖掘健康信息规避行为的影响因素与行为模式的因果关系。     

论数据库检索系统用于文献计量分析

笔者自建了一个CDS/ISIS软件支持的、包括6万多篇文献记录的图书馆学、情报学、文献学、档案学的书目数据库,该库不仅收录期刊论文,而且也收录专著、教材、工具书、会议文献、学位论文以及大型手册、教材中的部分篇章子目,使之形成包含多种类型文献的综合性数据库,并开发利用检索软件中固有的功能,例如建立子库法、编辑倒排文件法、关键词标引与题名中单汉字检索相结合以增强检索语言性能的方法、后控词表(ANY词表)法、对文献发表年代的数值字段函数检索法等等,就80年代以来我国图书情报学科群的文献进行了各种指标的文献计量分析。笔者认为,基于包含多种类型文献、时间跨度较长的数据库检索系统,并应用各种软件功能的文献计量方法,是我国文献计量分析的发展方向。     

Evaluating the social value of online health information for third-party patients: Is uncertainty always bad?

Online health interactions (OHIs) can benefit patients, physicians, and society. However, little research has been conducted that studies the social value of OHIs for third-party patients who view previous OHIs concerning similar health issues to theirs. Drawing on the literature on social support and information uncertainty, this study established a theoretical model to explore the roles of treatment information, prevention information, and emotional support in determining information usefulness perceived by third-party patients, and whether such relationships are contingent on information uncertainty. The model was tested using “health questions and answers” textual data from 1,848 OHIs. The results indicate that prevention information and emotional support significantly improve information usefulness perceived by third-party patients. When the level of information uncertainty regarding physicians’ replies is high, the effect of treatment information is strengthened and the effect of emotional support is weakened, indicating both the bright and dark side of information uncertainty. This study has implications for practitioners and contributes to the literature on online health information, social support, information science, and information uncertainty.

基于移动医疗App的用户健康信息需求分析

目的:通过对移动医疗App的调查,探讨公众健康信息需求。方法:采用网络调查法获取数据,利用Excel和SPSS软件进行数据处理。结果:医药信息数据库、教育工具、数据跟踪类App数量较多,分别占12%、13%和14%。其中养生保健(11%)、求医挂号(11%)、健身美容类(8%)的App也较多。结论:用户比较关注健康促进,养生保健、求医问药类的健康信息以及可以容易完成的健康跟踪服务,但用户也需要谨慎地选择移动医疗App。     

论图书馆信息存储技术的应用与发展

本文从现代存储技术在图书馆中的应用、对图书馆数字文献信息保存和发展的推进、信息存储技术的未来发展,以及需要解决的几个问题等阐述了图书馆信息存储技术的应用现状与发展前景方面提出新的见解。     

数字迁移的技术可行性分析

本文在介绍数字迁移基本概念的基础上，从技术可行性角度着重分析了数字迁移实施的各方面因素，分析了数字迁移技术实施过程中需要解决的几方面问题，如转换软件、开放统一格式、文件格式登记、数据完整性保障和安全管理，并进一步提出了数字迁移实施的技术局限性。

文章分析了目前我国中试基地在运行和发展上存在和面临的几个基本的矛盾，即试验与生产的矛盾、单一功能与多功能的矛盾、单位所有与行业开放的矛盾、开发生产的稳定性与产品市场多变性的矛盾，指出处理好这些矛盾是中试基地运行与健康发展的必要保证     

Paper-based analytical devices for point-of-care blood tests

Blood can be a window to health, and as a result, is the most intensively studied human biofluid. Blood tests can diagnose diseases, monitor therapeutic drugs, and provide information about the health of an individual. Rapid response blood tests are becoming increasingly essential, especially when subsequent treatment is required. Toward this need, paper-based devices have been excellent tools for performing blood tests due to their ability to conduct rapid and low-cost diagnostics and analyses in a non-laboratory environment. In this Perspective, we review recent advances in paper-based blood tests, particularly focusing on the specific techniques and assays applied. Additionally, we discuss the future of these paper-based devices, such as how the signal intensity can be enhanced and how the in situ synthesis of nanomaterials can be used to improve the sensitivity, functionality, and operational simplicity. With these advances, paper-based devices are becoming increasingly valuable tools for point-of-care blood tests in various practical scenarios.     

社区心理学视角对我国高校心理健康工作的启示

社区心理学是20世纪60年代以来美国社区心理卫生运动背景下诞生的新兴心理学分支,与之前各流派重视干预的理念不同,社区心理学更加重视预防。而国内高校心理健康教育工作长期以来重视对存在障碍性问题的个体进行处理,却限于各种条件,忽视对更广大的学生群体对发展性问题的需求。本文试图通过分析社区心理学中非常重要的教育与信息传播、社会支持与互助组、运动健身等提升心理健康水平的途径,阐述引入社区心理学视角后,可能会给传统高校心理健康教育带来的新变化。     

数字图书馆的互操作问题研究

本文首先提出目前我国在建设数字图书馆时存在的难以互操作的问题，接着对制约互操作的原因，如信息责源采用不同的元数据格式、不同的命名标准、软硬件系统相互不支持等进行了较详细的分析，最后本文对如何实现数字图书馆的互操作提出了要在组织协调、技术协调两方面具体做法做了细致叙述。

基于CiteSpaceⅡ的航空航天工程前沿研究

从科学学角度来研究航空航天工程的发展。以2006年的JCR中检索出的24种航空航天工程期刊的2000-2007年8年的篇英语文献记录为数据源,利用动态网络分析的信息可视化技术和工具(CiteSpaceⅡ)对这些数据进行文献共引分析和聚类分析,绘制了航空航天工程领域前沿的知识图谱,反映出航空航天工程领域的重要文献和重要人物,展现了航空航天工程领域的知识结构关系与演进规律。我们得出了六个知识群:关于航空航天工程的核心知识群,成为整个航空航天工程的知识基础,由此衍生出5个知识群——航行器飞行轨道最优化、追踪与估计、姿态描述、压电材料技术、气动弹性,成为当代航空航天工程的研究前沿。

基于语义核函数的问句检索系统的实现

本文利用统计翻译模型计算单词之间的语义相似度,并将此语义信息嵌入至核函数,实现了一个基于语义核函数的问句检索系统,利用语义核函数计算问句之间的语义相似度。通过在真实问答对数据上进行的实验,表明基于语义核函数的问句检索模型的效果优于传统的相似度计算模型,可以提高问句语义匹配准确率,具有一定的实用性。
