Millions of dollars have been invested into the development of digital libraries. There are many unanswered questions regarding their evaluation, in particular, from users’ perspectives. This study intends to investigate users’ use, their criteria and their evaluation of the two selected digital libraries. Nineteen subjects were recruited to participate in the study. They were instructed to keep a diary for their use of the two digital libraries, rate the importance of digital library evaluation criteria, and evaluate the two digital libraries by applying their perceived important criteria. The results show patterns of users’ use of digital libraries, their perceived important evaluation criteria, and the positive and negative aspects of digital libraries. Finally, the relationships between perceived importance of digital library evaluation criteria and actual evaluation of digital libraries and the relationships between use of digital libraries and evaluation of digital libraries as well as users’ preference, experience and knowledge structure on digital library evaluation are further discussed.  相似文献

This study examines the impacts of social influence, which are manifested by popularity and source credibility, on social endorsement in social Q&A community; and how the relationship is impacted by temporal-spatial factors. By collecting panel data from a large platform, the results of an econometric model demonstrate that popularity and source credibility are positively associated with social endorsement. With respect to the moderation effects, the results further show that time distance strengthens the effect of popularity on the social endorsement, but undermines the effect of source credibility; while crowdedness plays the role that strengthens the impact of popularity on the social endorsement, it has no significant moderating effect on the relationship between source credibility and social endorsement. Both theoretical and practical implications are discussed.  相似文献

In this work, we present the first quality flaw prediction study for articles containing the two most frequent verifiability flaws in Spanish Wikipedia: articles which do not cite any references or sources at all (denominated Unreferenced) and articles that need additional citations for verification (so-called Refimprove). Based on the underlying characteristics of each flaw, different state-of-the-art approaches were evaluated. For articles not citing any references, a well-established rule-based approach was evaluated and interesting findings show that some of them suffer from Refimprove flaw instead. Likewise, for articles that need additional citations for verification, the well-known PU learning and one-class classification approaches were evaluated. Besides, new methods were compared and a new feature was also proposed to model this latter flaw. The results showed that new methods such as under-bagged decision trees with sum or majority voting rules, biased-SVM, and centroid-based balanced SVM, perform best in comparison with the ones previously published.  相似文献

Virtual communities (VCs) are attracting more attention as they provide a platform for people to share experiences and knowledge, which may further impact their purchase decisions. From a social capital perspective, this study investigated factors that cultivate a VC member's sense of belonging and their effects on facilitating his participation in the VC in terms of the intentions to get and share experiences and knowledge. The results indicated that three factors that relate to three dimensions of social capital in the VC – familiarity with members in the VC from the structural dimension, perceived similarity with other members from the cognitive dimension, and trust in other members from the relational dimension – are all positively related to the sense of belonging, which affects intentions to get and share knowledge and mediates the relationships between social capital factors and a VC member's intentions to participate.  相似文献

近年来,跨国高等教育日益发展成为一种全球性的教育现象,跨国高等教育的质量保证和认证也成为各国政府、团体和高校关注的焦点.基于不同文化、传统的各国高等教育质量保证和认证机制的巨大差异成为跨国高等教育发展不可愈越的障碍.在克服这一障碍过程中,形成了跨国高等教育质量保证和认证的四种模式--基于国家质量保证和认证系统、基于双边或多边认可、基于后认证和基于国际质量保证和认证的跨国高等教育质量保证和认证模式.我们需要进行跨文化的质量保证及学位认可机制研究,才能根据我国高等教育的传统和汉语言文化的特色选择和创新跨国高等教育质量保证和认证模式,完善我国的跨国高等教育质量认证体系.  相似文献

分析了乳品供应链各环节的质量安全隐患,建立了由奶农、奶站、乳品生产企业、销售企业和消费者组成的供应链质量安全静态博弈模型。通过求解得到乳品供应链上各主体的最优混合策略,即只有上游企业正当经营,下游企业积极承担检查责任,各主体才能获得最大利润,只有管理者实施重点监管,各主体相互协作,乳品供应链才能获得最大收益。通过算例进一步揭示了上游向下游传递风险的经济原因和下游对上游实施监控的必然规律。  相似文献

我国尚未形成针对重大科技专项不同阶段的标准化文件或质量管理体系。为促进我国的科技项目管理实现全流程质量管理,保证管理适用、高效、有效益以及可持续,在梳理对比国内外依托专业机构形成的科技项目全流程管理机制的基础上,以广东省重点领域研发计划项目管理为例,依据PDCA循环理论,结合广东省科技计划项目管理特点及相关政策体系,建立以“项目计划-项目决策-过程监督-分析反馈”为主线的科技项目全流程质量管理体系。研究提出科技项目全流程质量管理模式含括项目计划、项目决策、过程监督和分析反馈四大阶段,在项目计划阶段要制定适用于科技计划管理的通用管理、技术以及工作标准;决策阶段要以开展项目评审为核心任务;实施阶段要着重开展项目执行过程的动态监测、风险识别估计及防范、标准化评价体系建立等工作;分析反馈阶段需围绕组织实施绩效评价以及专项管理工作后评价开展工作。并从完善信息化管理机制、建立风险管控机制、实施项目专员制和开展标准化建设等方面提出进一步优化、完善科技项目全流程质量管理建议。  相似文献
