新时期大学生安全教育探析

新时期高校学生安全工作形势严峻,各种安全隐患不断增多,大学生的安全意识相对淡薄。开展好大学安全教育,加强大学生的安全管理,是当前高校的重要课题。对大学生安全教育的意义、主要内容、存在问题、对策建议等方面做了探讨。     

回顾与前瞻:大学生就业问题研究十年(2001-2011)

自2001年以来,大学生就业问题已引起了学术界的广泛关注。十年来,有关这一问题的研究主要是围绕大学生"就业难"、大学生就业的影响因素、大学生就业质量、大学生就业诚信、大学生就业教育、大学生就业指导六个方面展开的。关于大学生就业问题的研究,仍有以下几个方面的问题值得进一步探讨:一是关于大学生就业体制的研究;二是关于大学生就业体系的研究;三是关于大学生就业观念的研究;四是关于大学生就业率统计的研究。     

谈教育公平视域下聋人大学生就业竞争力

聋人大学生就业问题备受国家和社会各界关注。提高聋人大学生综合素养、提升就业竞争力迫在眉睫。文章从教育公平视角概括聋人大学生就业现状,探索聋人大学生就业被动性原因,从政府、社会、企业等方面分析聋人大学生就业竞争力的影响因素,从而有针对性地提出提升聋人大学生就业竞争力的几点对策和建议。     

高校管理中大学生隐私权保护的法律思考

大学生隐私权是大学生就读期间依法享有的,对属于自己私人生活范畴的事项依法自由支配并排除他人非法干涉的一项人格权利。高校管理中,大学生隐私权的侵权方式主要有非法干涉大学生"隐的权利"和非法侵犯大学生"私的权利两种类型"。当下我国高校管理中,保护大学生隐私权亟须从理顺高校与大学生的法律关系和引入正当法律程序两方面入手。     

近十年贫困大学生心理健康教育研究述评

贫困大学生心理教育研究是大学生心理健康教育研究的有机组成部分。近十年,贫困大学生的心理健康教育越来越受到关注,在研究内容、研究方法上已取得一些研究成果。不过,总体来看,还存在数量相对较少,质量相对较弱;实证研究较少,缺乏积极心理品质相关研究等问题。要提升贫困大学生心理健康水平,需加强贫困大学生心理教育系统化研究和实证研究以及加强贫困大学生积极心理品质研究。     

高职院校心理危机干预体系构建探析

危机干预工作是高校心理健康的重要内容,本研究旨在探讨高职院校大学生心理危机的特点,建立科学有效的危机干预体系,为高职院校学生工作的顺利开展奠定基础。     

当代大学生道德需要调查与启示

调查发现,大学生道德需要与高校道德教育目标偏离,道德期望与高校道德教育要求背离,道德认知与道德行为不一。作者认为,大学生道德教育针对性不强的深层根源是长期忽视大学生道德需要,大学生道德教育与大学生道德需要严重脱节。确立大学生道德需要在大学生道德教育中的基础地位,重构以大学生道德需要为核心的大学生道德教育理论体系,创新大学生道德教育模式,是切实增强大学生道德教育针对性的现实选择。     

大学生拖延行为与自尊的关系分析

采用Aitken拖延问卷(API)和Rosenberg自尊量表(SES)对350名大学生进行问卷调查,探讨大学生群体拖延行为的现状、差异以及拖延行为与自尊的关系,为大学生拖延行为的矫正提供参考。结果显示:不同性别、年级、生源地、是否独生子女和学科性质的大学生在拖延行为上不存在显著差异,自尊总分与拖延总分呈显著负相关(r=-0.487,P<0.01)。大学生的拖延行为非常普遍,大学生自尊水平的高低是影响大学生拖延行为的重要因素,大学生应提高自尊水平,以降低和减少大学生的拖延行为。     

在校大学生自杀倾向原因探究

近期调查发现,在校大学生自杀死亡现象呈逐年上升趋势。因此,探寻大学生自杀倾向的原因显得尤为必要与紧迫。文章从大学生自身、家庭、学校以及社会大环境诸方面分析了目前在校大学生自杀倾向的成因,为应对策略提供有力的支持,以期控制和杜绝大学生自杀惨剧的发生。     

女大学生就业制胜策略的探讨

现实社会严峻的就业形势和人才择用上重男轻女的现状使女大学生就业变得相当困难,做好女大学生的就业指导工作已引起社会的普遍关注,文章对女大学毕业生在求职应聘过程中遇到的问题进行了剖析,进而探讨了一些促进女大学生成功就业的策略。     

女大学生心理健康教育的途径和方法研究

本文从分析女大学生心理健康现状入手阐明女大学生心理健康教育的重要意义,在分析女大学生存在的心理问题及产生原因的基础上,研究探索加强女大学生心理健康教育的方法途径,预防和解决女大学生的心理问题和心理疾病,提高女大学生心理素质,促进女大学生健康成长和全面发展。     

论高校学生社团活动生命教育功能开发

参与高校学生社团活动是高校学生学习生活的重要组成部分。高校学生社团活动以全面提高学生的综合素质为宗旨,也必然包含对大学生开展生命教育。目前,高校学生社团组织形式多样,活动内容丰富多彩,但由于组织涣散,学生社团不能完全挖掘其培养学生综合素质的潜能,特别在生命教育这一块关注较少。高校应抓紧学生社团建设,努力引导其承担好生命教育的功能。     

不同家庭环境的大学生自我价值感的比较研究

目的:探讨不同家庭环境对大学生自我价值感形成、发展的影响,寻找提高自我价值感的方法。方法:运用家庭环境量表和青少年自我价值感量表对540名福州高校大学生的家庭环境与自我价值感进行测查,并进行比较分析。结果:不同家庭环境下成长的大学生自我价值感得分有显著性差异。结论:家庭环境的不同因子从不同层面上对大学生自我价值感产生影响。轻松、和谐、融洽和民主的家庭环境有助于大学生自我价值感的健康发展。     

Applying Cultura in the Community College Counseling Practice

Latino students represent the fastest-growing population in the state of California, the United States, and the California Community College (CCC) system. Unfortunately, compared to other ethnic groups, Latino community college students continue to lag academically. Given the importance of counseling services and the scarce research related to community college students and community college counseling services, this study explored how 26 first-generation, low-income, Latino community college students perceived, negotiated, and developed a relationship with their community college counselor. Using a qualitative grounded theory research design, participants’ counseling experiences were captured through face-to-face semistructured in-depth interviews, and a theoretical model was developed. This study extended the literature on the importance of community college counseling services in assisting and motivating students to reach transfer and graduation and emphasized students’ positive and negative counseling experiences. The research findings suggest a need to improve community college counseling services. Thus, based on the research findings and other published research, this study proposes a set of the following: (a) guidelines for applying cultura (culture) to community college counseling that can assist relationship building between students and counselors; (b) questions that can be included in students’ evaluation of counselors; (c) counselor interview questions that may elicit behavioral response and assess cultural competence; and (d) community college students’ preferred counselor characteristics that may be used by hiring committees.     

浅论新媒体环境下的高校创业教育

随着网络信息的不断发展,新媒体已经被广泛应用于各个领域。在高校创业教育中引入新媒体理念,越来越受到当代大学生的推崇。因此,高校就业教育工作者充分认识和把握新媒体环境下的大学生创业,不断探索新媒体环境下开展大学生创业教育的新路子和新方法,对进一步加强和改善新形势下的大学生就业环境有着重要的现实意义。     

Academic choices and motivation: Diverse groups in Israel

Israel is a multi-cultural society with a Jewish majority and a large Arab minority. This study aims to examine whether Israeli Arab and Jewish students have different motivations and consider different factors when choosing a college for postgraduate studies. A case study, during the academic year 2010–11 administered questionnaires to 290 Jewish and Arab postgraduate students in a private academic college in order to investigate students’ motivations for postgraduate studies and choice of college. Findings indicated that the strongest motivation expressed by all the students is a desire for self-fulfilment. Motivation for social mobility and to help to empower their society is more important for Arab students. Convenience considerations (proximity to home, flexible entrance standards and employment prospects while studying) determined college choice for Jews and Arabs more than college reputation and teaching quality. Yet Arab students attach more importance than Jewish students to the college’s quality. It is concluded that postgraduate programmes should be more sensitive to diverse students’ needs.     

College Media in the Classroom: An Innovative Approach to College Preparation

College preparation programs are ubiquitous among secondary schools, ranging from bridge programs and summer camps to STEM competitions. High school students have many options in preparing for the academic pressures of higher education. However, an area often neglected in college preparation programs is the teaching of interpersonal customs and norms of university life. High school students, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds, may enter college with little to no understanding of the social and organizational expectations of being a college student. This study tests a college preparation approach that utilizes college-themed media as a way to educate students on college life that is unintimidating and enjoyable. Six high school students were presented with various forms of fictional college story plotlines, including a movie, two television shows, and a novel. Through observational data and semi-structured interviews, findings showed that the students identified some valuable personal lessons about what it means to be a college student after consuming the media. The findings suggest that incorporating college media into college preparation programs in high school may provide a more holistic college preparation experience by demystifying college stereotypes and relieving some of the pressures that high school students face about what is waiting for them in college.     

在高校学生档案管理工作中渗透诚信教育

高校学生档案作为大学生在学校阶段学习生活的真实写照,它在监督学生诚信、学校教学、毕业生就业等方面都有着很重要的管理功能,学校应充分利用好它,让它充分发挥应有的作用。本文从高校学生档案管理中的诚信问题入手,对高校学生档案在学生诚信中的作用进行论述,重点对如何在高校学生档案管理工作中渗透诚信教育进行一番探讨和分析,提出了一些建议,一方面希望能够在高校学生档案管理中更好地渗透诚信教育,另一方面希望以此为基础,能够对加强大学生诚信档案管理工作,为高校今后发展提供参考。     

当前大学生消费状况的调查分析与思考

通过对黄石市在校大学生消费状况的抽样调查,经过科学的数据统计,文章采用图表的形式反映了在校大学生的消费水平和消费结构,进而讨论分析了当前大学生的消费特点,并对高校的教育与引导工作提出几点建议。
