meso—四（3—氯—4—磺基苯）卟啉光度法测定痕量铜的研究

章研究了在乙醇介质及聚乙烯醇存在下,meso-四（3－氯－4－磺基苯）卟啉（m-C1TPPS4)与Cu（Ⅱ)配位反应的最佳条件,提出用盐酸羟胺加快m-C1TPPS4与Cu（Ⅱ)的反应,建立了一种新的测定痕量铜的分析方法。m-C1TPPS4与Cu(Ⅱ)反应的最适pH为3.76,配合物的最大吸收波长为416nm,配位比为1;1,表观摩尔吸光系数为4.13×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1,测定范围为0－1.8μg/25mL,相关系数γ=0.999。     

[Cu（mnt）2-]2-基离子对化合物合成与晶体结构

采用溶液法合成了一个新颖的离子对化合物[4-BrBz-1-APy]2[Cu（mnt）2]（1）（4-BrBz-1-APy=4-Br-（benzylideneamino）pyridinium,mnt2-=马来二氰基二硫烯）,单晶衍射结果表明化合物1属于单斜晶系,空间群为P2,／n,晶体不对称单元含1个[Cu（mnt）2]2-阴离子以及2个[4-BrBz-1-APy]]’阳离子．在[Cu（mnt）2]2-阴离子中,Cu离子呈现平面正方形配位几何构型,两个晶体学不等价的4-BrBz-1·Apy＋阳离子呈近似平面结构．沿晶体b-轴方向,[Cu（rant）2]2-阴离子（A）与4-BrBz-1-Apy＋阳离子（C）以ACCACC的方式交替排列形成混合堆积柱．在化舍物1晶体中,阳离子苯环与阴离子mnt2-配体-CN之间形成了三中心型的非典型氢键．     

吡啶-4-甲醛缩水杨酰腙配合物的合成及表征

以水杨酸甲酯,水合肼和吡啶-4-甲醛为原料合成了吡啶-4-甲醛缩水杨酰腙配体,并合成了Cu（Ⅱ）,Ni（Ⅱ）,Co（Ⅱ）配合物,对配体和配合物进行了红外光谱表征,红外结果表明：配体与Cu（Ⅱ）形成配合物和配体与Ni（Ⅱ）,Co（Ⅱ）形成配合物的配位形式不一样。     

均苯三甲酸铜配合物的合成和晶体结构

利用硝酸铜[Cu（NO3）2·6H2O]和均苯三甲酸在氨水溶液中反应,通过氨对铜（Ⅱ）离子的配合来调控配位反应速率,合成配合物{[Cu3（blc）2（NH3）（H2O）]·2H2O}n,并经元素分析和X射线单晶衍射法证实。配合物属单斜晶系,空间群为C2／c,晶体学参数：a=13．9213（5）,b=17．1210（6）,c=12．5271（5）A,V=2710．9（2）A3,Z=4。在标题化合物的结构中,Cu,离子为四配位而Cu2离子是五配位的,Cu1和Cu2被均苯三甲酸根离子桥联,由于均苯三甲酸根离子的结构中有C3对称轴而形成了二维六员环状平面结构,平面间通过N—H…0,O-H…0等氢键和π-π作用形成层状堆积。     

新试剂1-(2-羟基-3,5-二硝基苯基)-3-[4-(苯基偶氮)苯基]-三氮烯与银的显色反应研究及应用

研究了新试剂1-（2-羟基-3,5-二硝基苯基）-3-［4-（苯基偶氮）苯基］-三氮烯（HD－NPAPT）,在NaOH介质中,非离子表面活性剂TritonX－100存在下,与银离子的显色反应．研究结果表明,HDNPAPT试剂与银离子形成2：1的红色配合物,配合物的λmax＝540nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为5．41×104L·mol-1·cm－1,银离子浓度在0~0.32mg／L范围内符合比耳定律．方法应用于合成水样及粗铅矿中微量银的测定,结果满意．     

槲皮素合铜(Ⅱ)配合物的配位化学研究

槲皮素对金属离子具有强烈的螯合作用。本文研究表明在pH4．6的HAc—NaAc缓冲液中，槲皮素能与Cu（Ⅱ）形成稳定的配合物，在紫外光谱中其吸收带Ⅰ比单独槲皮素红移了59nm。采用等摩尔连续变化法测得槲皮索-Cu（Ⅱ）配合物的配位比为2：1，采用平衡移动法测得配合物的稳定常数为2．0410^8。并初步探讨了槲皮素与Cu（Ⅱ）配位的部位是30H～4C=0。     

5-溴水杨醛缩异烟酰肼配合物的制备与表征

合成了5-溴水杨醛缩异烟肼Schiff碱（简称BrsalisH2）,同时制备了该配体的金属配合物．利用元素分析、摩尔电导、红外光谱、紫外光谱和热重分析等方法对配合物进行了表征．结果表明：BrsalisH。可以采用烯醇式或烯酮式与金属配位,配合物的组成分别为：[Cu（H2O）（Brsalis）]（Ⅰ）、I-Ni（H2O）（Brsalis）]（Ⅱ）、[Co（BrsalisH）2]·4H2O（Ⅲ）,其中,BrsalisH2为C13H12O2N3Br．     

新显色剂2-羧基-4’-硝基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯的合成

合成了一种新的金属离子显色剂2-羧基-4’-硝基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯（简称CNADAA）．并初步研究了该试剂与Cd（Ⅱ）、Hg（Ⅱ）、Cu（Ⅱ）等金属离子的显色反应。     

铜(Ⅱ)-邻羟基萘基荧光酮-溴化十六烷基三甲铵显色反应的研究

研究了铜（Ⅱ）与邻羟基萘基荧光酮，在阳离子表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲铵存在下，NH4Cl－NH3·H2O缓冲介质中在形成紫红色配合物，其最大吸收波长在560nm处，表观摩尔吸光系数为1．06×105l·mol－1·cm－1。Cu（Ⅱ）含量在0～4μg／25ml符合比尔定律。配合物组成：Cu（Ⅱ）：0－HNF为1：2。研究的新方法应用于标准岩石样品中微量铜的测定，结果满意。     

4-对甲苯基-1-对苯磺酸钠硫代氨基脲与铜(Ⅱ)配合物吸附波的研究和应用

本文对新合成的试剂4-对甲苯基-1-对苯碳酸钠硫代氨基脲（简称PMPT）与Cu（Ⅱ）的配合物进行了研究，发现在0．006％Tween-80的NH3-NH4Cl溶液中，配合物于-0．63V（s．SCE）处产生一灵敏的吸附波，峰电流与Cu（Ⅱ）浓度在5～110ng／mL范围内有线性关系，检测限为3ng／mL，应用于人发、硫酸镍中铜的测定，均得到了满意的结果。试验了多种表面活性剂的影响，测得配合物组成为Cu（Ⅱ）：PMPT=1：3，条件稳定常数β=5．54×1017，并对该体系的极谐波性质及其反应机理进行了探讨，具有一定的理论意义和应用价值。4-对甲苯基-1-对苯磺酸…

The Reader Response Approach to Teaching of English Literature

During interview with English majors, it was found that a majority of students expressed disappointment with their experience of English literature classes. Students' dislike of learning English literature appears to be the major problem of teaching English literature in China. Reader response approach is a good way to solve this problem. In this paper, I explain the rationale behind the reader response approach, such as its origin, definition, features, assumptions, and strategies. Then I illustrate how reader response approach works as a teaching strategy by presenting several teaching models. At last I evaluate its usefuiness for teachers and present the advantages of reader response approach in Chinese context.
