大学生思想政治教育既要坚持共性又要彰显个性。共性是大学生思想政治教育中根本的始终要坚守的刚性的确定的培养目标,坚持共性要围绕“培养什么人”展开;个性是大学生思想政治教育尊重差异实事求是的体现,彰显个性要围绕“怎样培养人”来展开,要以权利为核心培养法治意识,以实践为核心培养创新意识,以讲效益为核心培养创业意识。     

脐带绕颈与分娩方式

[目的]研究脐带绕颈与分娩方式的关系。[方法]采用回顾性分析方法对325例脐带绕颈产妇进行分析。[结果]脐带绕颈与脐带长度有关;脐带绕颈可引起胎儿宫内窘迫和新生儿窒息;可影响正常分娩;以助产分娩居多,部分采用剖宫产术;顺产较少。[结论]脐带绕颈与脐带过长有关;影响正常分娩;对胎儿预后有不良影响。

Referent-centred and problem-centred knowledge: Elements of an educational epistemology

Two distinguishable kinds of knowledge are (1) knowledge organized around referents and (2) knowledge organized around problems. This is a different distinction from that between declarative and procedural knowledge and, it is argued, a more important one for educational design. Schooling, whether traditional or progressivist, has tended to emphasize knowledge organized around referents. Problems of motivation, verbalism, and inertness are thus exacerbated. Active learning generates knowledge organized around problems. Problem-centred knowledge, it is argued, should be the principal objective of instruction.

Rural Communities: Human and symbolic capital development,fields apart

This article considers the nature of rurality as a social construct and its possible implications for policy makers considering lifelong education in the developed economies of the world. The article is based around research carried out in rural England and informed by similar studies underway in Atlantic Canada. Discussion is shaped around three key questions: what is rurality? What effect has rurality on cultural identity and what are rural and urban young peoples' perceptions of formal education? The article argues that rurality has a cultural identity which cuts across other social divisions in society and that using the anthropological definition of ethnic to describe rural people may well represent their interests better.     

The place of diversity within history and the challenge of policy and curriculum

This article is a position paper which examines the political and public discourse around the areas of diversity and social cohesion, and history teaching. It examines the nature of these discourses and shows how they are in tension. Although discourse around diversity often has a focus on mutual understanding and finding areas of commonality, the discourse around history often focuses on the need to provide a sense of identity through a national story. By focusing on a discussion about the purposes of history, rather than merely on debates about content, it is suggested that these discourses can be brought more closely into line and produce a more productive line of policy debate.     

The gendered politics of historical writing in History of Education

This article looks through the lens of the gendered politics of historical writing at the main forms and direction of scholarship on gender in History of Education since its publication. It discusses how social, women’s, feminist and gender history has been treated in the journal and how developing approaches around the body, space, materiality, and the construction of the archive, are informing the production of new knowledge around gender. The article argues that History of Education has contributed to ways in which gender has been imagined in historical reconstruction and analysis. As the gendered politics of history has been treated in the journal, gender analysis has contributed to the development of history of education as discipline. The article concludes that in re-writing and re-theorising traditional educational history, the radical openness of the future of gender analysis lies in the continuing transformation of gender analysis itself.     

Imagining a future: changing the landscape for third space professionals in Australian higher education institutions

In the last decade there has been a shift in the discourses around professional staff in higher education that has been influenced by neoliberal agenda that focused on driving education reforms. Earlier discussions centring around nomenclature variations have progressed to those about creating and developing borderless professionals operating in the third space – a notional space where professional staff and academic staff with diverse and valuable skills work as equal professional partners on complex and multifaceted projects. This article looks at the evolution of the debates around professional staff. It considers how the notions of professionalism and professionalisation are being reconceptualised in the third space. Discussion progresses towards capability building and developmental opportunities of aspiring third space professional staff in higher education settings. Possible pathways of engaging with and empowering professional staff in designing their future careers and professional identities are considered. Building a community of research practices under the auspices of the Association for Tertiary Education Management (ATEM) and engaging postgraduate students in the university third space project work are proposed as potential areas for further research in the field of professional staff capability building.

战后日本大学普通教育课程改革述评

专业教育与普通教育的关系问题始终是课程改革中的一个难题。由于特定的历史原因,日本在战后围绕二者关系的处理所展开的课程改革更显曲折。本文即以专业教育和普通教育的关系及围绕二者的关系所进行的课程设置和组织建制为基本线索对战后日本大学的课程改革进行梳理。以期对我们的课程改革能有一定的启示。     

Heat-Affected Behavior of the Magnetic Properties of Iron Nano-Particles

The high surface energy makes metal nano-particles reactive and easy to get oxidized or burned in the open air, which results in decreasing or entirely losing their functions and properties. In this paper, the magnetic property behavior of iron nano-particle, which is one kind of the typical magnetic nano-materials, has been investigated. The iron nano-particles were heated to different temperatures in an open-air stove. After that, they were firstly examined by TEM to observe the changes of their outline of shapes and then measured by VSM to trace the changes of their magnetic properties. The test results show that iron nano-particles can keep their magnetic property with saturation magnetic induction intensity B. around 136--161 emu/g,remanent magnetic induction intensity Br around 14.8--17.4 emu/g and coercive force He around 290--302 Oe when the temperature goes up to 523 K. The explanation to such outstanding oxidization-proof ability has been given that there exists a single crystal and lattice-shared Gamma-Fe2O3 shell covering the pure iron core, which prevents the spherical iron nano-particles from further oxidization.

讨论了孤立带电导体周围全空间静电场能量与导体内载流子在晶格势场中电势能增量的关系,得出了带电导体周围全空间静电场能量在数值上等于导体内载流子在晶格势场中电势能增量的结论。进而讨论了通过测量导体带电过程中外界所做的功或导体放电过程中对外界所做的功来间接地测量孤立带电导体周围全空间电场能量的问题。这样的方法是容易实现的,这也从一个侧面证明了静电场能量是分布在场存在的空间中的。     

俄罗斯滨海地区及黑龙江流域的渤海古城遗迹

文章根据目前国内已经翻译出版的俄罗斯及前苏联的研究成果,将基本能够确定的渤海古城遗迹归纳成篇,为学术界对这一地区渤海古城的初步认识提供参考。从已经发现和能够确定的俄罗斯境内黑龙江流域渤海古城遗址分布情况来看,渤海国强盛时期所统辖的疆域范围已远远超出人们的想象。俄罗斯滨海边疆区渤海时期古城的客观存在与分布事实。充分说明了渤海国在强盛时期所管辖和统领或占有了靠近日本海沿岸的广大领地。渤海人为了打通与日本交往的道路,曾与黑水棘羁征战了十数年,最终占领了原属黑水林辐的滨海地区,并对其进行了有效的统治和管理。这些古城实际上已经成为滨海地区最早的古代城市,这些城市、城镇、城堡的修建以及连结古城道路和交通的开辟。使得这一地区的政治、经济、文化、军事等得到了空前的发展。可以说。渤海时期的俄罗斯边疆地区是其古代最发达和繁荣的历史阶段。     

Sweden’s Double Decade for Roma Inclusion: An Examination of Education Policy in Context

This article analyzes the Swedish Strategy for Roma Inclusion. Drawing on interviews and documentary materials produced around the Strategy by official sources and Roma organizations, we describe its background, rationale, and evolution, as well as the rifts it has revealed around the issues of minority representation and the framing of inclusion. We describe the Strategy as a framework for education policy, aligned with the European Framework for Roma integration, and discuss it in relation to issues of representation, inclusion, and policy formation. We argue that, at the discursive level, the Strategy has engaged positively with the politics of Roma inclusion and has introduced a number of new issues in the public debate. However, at the same time it has given rise to policy tensions that reflect inadequate representation of and discussions with Roma stakeholders. For policy makers this has presented opportunities to rethink the design of the Strategy and to opt for an open final text that allows for a more versatile and flexible set of policy options to emerge at the local level.
