本文就薄膜干涉中两列反射光波间产生λ/2额外程差的条件进行详尽讨论,从而纠正一些不确切说法.如图,折射率为n_2的薄膜两侧介质折射率分别是n_1和n_3.设一列光波a的射角i_1入射到薄膜上,反射光波a_1和a_2是相干光波.又设a_1,a_2二光矢量中与入射面垂直和平行的分矢量分别是A_(s1)’,A_(s2)’、A_(P1)’,A_(P2)’.根据菲涅耳公式可推断出A_(s1)’、A_(s2)’、A_(P1)’和A_(P2)’的正负性.在a_1和a_2间产生λ/2的额外程差的条件应该是A_(s1)’和A_(s2)’,A_(p1)’和A_(p2)的正负性同时相反.出现上述情况如表一,表中“ ”“-”分别表示矢量值大于0和小于0.
