针对面临各类利益相关者压力时,企业是否会进行环境创新,而环境创新是否有利于企业的成长的问题,以及为最终揭示出"压力—行为—绩效"之间的逻辑关系,选取长三角地区279家制造行业的企业作为研究对象,采用结构方程模型对利益相关者压力、环境创新与企业成长三者之间的关系进行了实证分析,结果发现:政府压力和行业压力对企业的环境创新具有正向影响;在大规模企业中,环境创新有利于企业的成长,而在小规模中,环境创新的影响作用并不显著;在不同规模的企业中,政府压力和行业压力均对企业的成长具有正向促进作用,而在小规模企业中,社会压力会抑制企业的成长。 相似文献

Although Rollei's camera sales grew as a result of postwar increases in income, its traditional product lines came under competitive pressure in international markets in the mid-1950s from lower-priced Japanese cameras of the same type, and from the newly-developed 35mm camera. By 1964, Rollei's sales and exports were stagnating and profits had disappeared. However, the policy of new management began in 1965 to widen and renew the company's product range through a vigorous programme of R&D, and a strong marketing effort. The “relation to time” refers to the way time is apprehended. Despite calls to further integrate the time variable in family business research, studies remain few and do not compare with other organizational forms. This conceptual study highlights the largely antithetical relation to time of family businesses and start-up companies to deduct proposals in terms of governance, investment, innovation and socioemotional wealth. The discussion looks at the positive and negative impacts of these two types of relation to time and suggests that leaders develop the absorptive capacity of their businesses to enrich their practices with approaches proven in other forms of organizations. 相似文献

This paper explores the influence of innovation on the probability of survival of two hundred top British firms founded throughout the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. To this end, we have collected the firms’ significant innovations and classified them by Schumpeterian types, patented and non-patented and domestic and imported. The number of patents registered by the firms throughout their lifetime ?a rough measure of their incremental innovation activity– has also been recorded. In addition, twelve control variables ?five characteristics of the firms and seven of their business leaders– have been included. Both log-normal and gamma duration models have been used in the analysis. They have been estimated, firstly for the whole set of firms and, secondly, for the manufacturing and the service firms separately to control for industry differences. The results of the log-normal and gamma estimations are highly coincident, with some nuances. The significant innovations ?particularly new processes, non-patented and domestic ones– have been found to positively influence the probability of business survival. The number of patent applications seems to increase the survival probability of the manufacturing firms, but not of the service ones. Among the control variables, the firm’s size, its international dimension, and the age of the business leader at entry seem to be the most influential ones on business survival, although there are some differences between manufacturing and services. 采用三角测量法,以浙江振石控股集团(全球最大玻纤制造企业)为对象,通过对访谈资料和文档资料的内容编码分析,构建了一个组合动力影响家族企业成长的PD-FBG传导模型,归纳出3类10种影响家族企业成长的组合创业传导机制。研究发现,振石控股集团的组合创业主要受企业组合动力、家族组合动力和政府组合动力的驱动,以选择型组合创业为主,适应型组合创业为辅采取创业行动,最终以企业成长为第一目标,家族成长为第二目标。振石控股集团的组合动力通过组合创业行动向家族企业成长传导,验证了"组合动力驱动组合创业,组合创业促进家族企业成长"的命题。 相似文献
