对近年来网络文化研究的综述

随着国际互联网的扩展和延伸 ,网络文化的研究受到了我国学术界的重视 ,成为文化研究中的一大亮点 ,并在网络文化概念的界定、网络文化的特点、网络文化的价值、负面效应及对青少年的影响、与民族传统文化的关系、与中国特色的社会主义文化的关系六个研究领域取得了新成果     

网络文化视域下青少年责任意识培育路径探析

责任意识是青少年道德的重要组成部分,反映了青少年个人的道德准则和内心尺度并植根于特定的文化和人际关系中.随着新媒体时代的到来,网络文化的影响已经渗入青少年生活的方方面面.网络文化为青少年责任认知形成提供丰富资源,为青少年责任情感激发提供多样途径,为青少年责任行为倾向生成提供崭新空间.网络文化的多元价值并存使青少年责任认知陷入迷惘,网络文化中的消极内容淡化青少年的责任情感,网络文化依存的虚拟环境干扰青少年的责任行为倾向.针对青少年责任意识培育面临的复杂境遇,提出弘扬先进网络文化、发挥积极网络文化的育人价值、开展线上线下实践活动和多场域优化网络文化环境的具体培育路径.

网络文化是信息技术、资本、网民和平台等共同作用的产物,呈现出娱乐狂欢、趣缘圈层、虚实融合、深度参与等特征,并伴随着泛娱乐主义、虚无主义、价值相对主义等错误社会思潮向青少年精神生活渗透乃至扎根的演进态势。作为双刃剑效应的存在,网络文化既契合青少年求乐的青春天性,吻合广大青少年对“自我”的预设与期待,也会引发其自我认同危机,不利于中国特色社会主义核心价值观的形塑,乃至对思想政治教育的拒斥。思想政治教育经由与网络文化平台合作,确保网络文化发展的正确政治方向,实现合力育人;以思想政治教育的自觉性从内容供给侧出发,大力建设一批蕴含思想政治教育资源的网络文化作品,实现对网络文化的自觉引导。

在借鉴国内外相关研究的基础上,本项目对陕西省部分青少年使用网络的频率、一般情况,对网络的认识、主观选择,网络技术,网络诚信等问题进行调查,以通过对网络文化主体特性的分析与探索,寻找青少年主体性塑造的主要途径,探寻在网络文化活动中塑造青少年主体性的实践途径,探究网络文化对青少年的影响,及青少年学生在网络文化背景下的精神和意识形态,为塑造青少年的主体性、促进网络文化发展提供依据。
