教师的职业技能是教师必须掌握和运用的教书育人的能力,也是教师将书本知识转化为学生心智德能的中间环节和行为系统。对师范院校的学生进行教师职业技能的训练和培养,使其掌握一套从事教育和教学工作所必备的基本技能,是师范院校实现培养目标的起码要求,是面向基础教育,适应经济建设教育改革与发展需要,培养合格师资的前提条件。为了加强师范院校的教师职业技能教学,促进师范院校教育教学质量的全面提高,国家教委1993年印发了《高等师范学校学生的教师职业技能训练基本要求》;1994年又印发了《高等师范学校学生的教师职业技能训练大纲【试行】》,自治区教委最近印发的《广西师范专科课程改革方案【试行】》,将教师职业技能列为师范专科教育的公共必修课。书法课作为师范生技能

From diachronic aspect, the development of social culture causes some changes of word meaning to some extent. Therefore, social culture plays a key role in vocabulary learning and mastery of a language.
