在市场经济条件下报纸市场激烈竞争的今天．审视手中的广播电视报时，不由地发问：广电报，你凭什么去竞争？一度辉煌、繁荣的广电报现在可以说是困难重重。     

贯彻社会主义荣辱观新闻媒体是引领者也是践行者

前不久，中宣部、教育部、中国记协新闻战线“三项学习教育活动”领导小组办公室组织的由12位新闻界的专家学者和优秀新闻工作者组成的。“三项学习教育活动”报告团，在北京、上海、广东、四川等10多个省市为当地高校新闻院系和新闻单位举行了19场报告会，取得了非常好的效果。6月22日，全国报告团全体成员向全国新闻界发出倡议，     

借助技术路线图开展科技情报研究工作

针对传统的科技情报研究过程中,其方法本身的局限性和研究成果实用性问题,介绍技术路线图的理论和方法进行,阐述科技情报研究和技术路线图的关系以及引入技术路线图的情报研究方法与模式。肯定在情报研究中引进技术路线图的思想和研究方法具有十分重要的理论价值和现实意义,期盼借助技术路线图方法来进一步提高科技情报研究工作的水平。     

Getting the Word Out

Abstract

Although the primary constituencies of academic libraries are their faculty, students, and staff, the programs and displays that they and their Friends organizations sponsor may be of interest to the surrounding community. Effectively reaching these groups requires a concerted effort. Information must be written for an external audience, and contact information for all prospective news providers must be ready to use. Libraries may also avail themselves of low-cost or no-cost methods for disseminating information. By reaching out to community members, college and university libraries will encourage local residents to take advantage of the programming and services offered by the library and may influence them to become more closely tied to their institution.     

历史档案消重问题研究

现行档案存在重复,历史档案也存在重复,而且有的重复情况还很严重,这是我国各级档案馆馆藏历史档案存在的事实.本文对历史档案重复的不良后果与影响,造成历史档案重复及制约消重工作开展的因素进行了分析,提出了消除历史档案重复举措.     

Reaching Out to the Net Generation on Campus

Abstract

The tremendous expansion of online information sources has prompted academic librarians to increase their outreach to undergraduates of the “Net Generation” in an effort to more effectively promote their libraries' resources to these students. Such outreach programs involve identifying library resources that support the information-seeking behaviors of Net Generation undergraduates, as well as establishing collaborative relationships with the individuals and groups affiliated with these students. This article describes an outreach initiative conducted by the Reference Department at the Mississippi State University Libraries, in which the Department worked with staff in residence halls to target undergraduates living on campus.     

出宫到出走:天津事变中的溥仪

1924年10月,冯玉祥发动了北京政变.在鹿钟麟的大炮威胁下,11月5日,溥仪告别了这个满清王朝占据260多年的宫廷.从此,他永远地结束了在清宫的皇帝生活,从高高的云端坠落到了凡尘人间,从贵为天子的万岁爷变成一介"平民". 寓居天津 1925年2月24日,在郑孝胥和日本人的策划下,溥仪经北京东交民巷日本使馆,化装成商人,由北京前门车站乘火车匆匆逃往天津,落脚于旧日租界张彪之宅——张园.这天正是旧历二月初二,俗称"龙抬头",溥仪选择这一天,是期盼将来重新回到北京,恢复大清祖宗遗业.1929年张彪去世后,张家派人向溥仪收取租金.无奈,同年7月2日,溥仪被迫迁居乾园(今鞍山道70号).     

始创初期的点滴回忆

我是1989年10月从北京广播学院调进中国广播电视学会的。职务是常务副秘书长．协助秘书长赵水福同志处理学会的日常工作。1991年11月在第二届理事会议上匀选秘书长．1997年4月第二届理事会届满离任。吴冷西会长把1986年10月至1997年4月这十年．称作学会的“始创时期“。这个时期．有一些工作印象较深．这里作一点回忆。     

中国古典小说原典衍生文献的书目学梳理——鲁迅《中国小说史略》书目学意义之再探讨

自班固在《汉书·艺文志》设立“小说家”类目以来,古典小说及其研究成为我国古典文献学研究不可或缺的内容.民初以来,中国古典小说的研究又出现了前所未有的新局面,以胡适、鲁迅等人为代表的一批具有高深学术造诣的著名学者,以中国古典文献学方法和西方系统科学方法相结合的全新范式,对中国古典小说的发展流变史进行了系统研究,取得了前所未有的骄人成果.鲁迅先生的《中国小说史略》就是其中的典范.文章以《中国小说史略》为经纬,对中国古典小说的衍生文献进行系统梳理,以期对小说衍生文献的系统化建设有所裨益.     

优化门诊流程的再思考

分析门诊流程现状,提出引进身份证识别系统、法律和制度保障、“银医一卡通”的使用、信息发布平台的使用等门诊流程优化对策,并改善门诊工作站硬件的科学管理,最终实现“以病人为中心”的管理理念。     

高职院校图书馆业务外包初探

主要以广东外语艺术职业学院图书馆为例，简要探讨了业务外包在高职院校图书馆的应用情况。     

“可获得性论”的新启航

总结了“可获得性论”独特之处以及围绕这个理论的学术争鸣,指出Web2．0时代对图书馆学基础理论研究的挑战。从可获得性论的基本过程出发,认为可获得性论原定义假设用户需要的知识单元不言自明,是不确切的。提出“用户需要的知识单元在文献群中的可获得性”,作为可获得性论的新定义,并对新定义作了一些基本分析。参考文献4。     

多元文化：博物馆的起点与归宿

一、博物馆是一种多元化的理念与实践 西方主要语言中的“博物馆”一词（如英文Museum）均来源于希腊语“缪斯神庙”（mouseion）一词。在古希腊神话中,缪斯（希腊语Mousa,即英文muses）是众神之王宙斯与记忆女神莫涅摩西涅（Mnemosyne）所生的九位女儿,她们作为艺术与科学的保护神,各有专司。     

Breaking Out of the Basement:

The library literature records that bibliographic instruction (BI) has taken its rightful place in the academic library repertoire. The literature also records that technical services librarians (including cataloging librarians), continue to "break out of the basement," actively participating in BI since at least the late 1880s, although few articles codify specific contributions. In 1993, 124 librarians, currently working in State University of New York (SUNY) academic librarian positions, were surveyed regarding the extent of their participation in bibliographic instruction activates. Survey results are reported in detail, indicating that slightly less than half (47.6% or 39) of the 82 respondents do provide bibliographic instruction, not only catalog and library research instruction, but also instruction for a broad range of specialized subject areas. Conclusions challenge cataloging librarians to take a continuing more active role in BI, and challenge BI librarians to more actively embrace their cataloging colleagues. Conclusions also challenge both groups to collaborate in order to effectively teach their constituencies. Includes two tables, two charts, and numerous references.     

档案见证新中国铁路的开端

1949年初,随着人民解放战争的不断深入,中国共产党对铁路事业的管理也进入了新阶段.1月10日,根据中国人民革命军事委员会的电令,中国人民革命军事委员会铁道部在石家庄正式成立,从此,滕代远这个名字便和新中国的铁路发展建设联系在一起了.从革命战争年代能征善战的军官,到中央军委铁道部部长,再到新中国成立后的首任铁道部部长,滕代远是新中国铁路事业的开创者和奠基人.中国国家博物馆收藏有三件与滕代远相关的铁路文物,从中我们可以追寻这位革命家的足迹,见证人民铁路的开端.     

A Research Guide on Islam in the Russian Federation

As the Muslim population grows in Russia, and along with it questions of radical Islam and the role of Islam in Russian society and government, it has become increasingly important for scholars, students, and policy makers to be able to conduct research effectively on the presence of Islam in Russia. English‐language literature devoted to the topic is infrequent and often difficult to locate and access. This research guide points to important and recent books, reference works, periodicals, periodical databases, Internet resources, electronic discussion lists, and scholarly organizations to help identify relevant quality research material.
