缺乏权利保障的道德本身是不道德的,缺乏道德权利的道德教育本身也是不道德的。为适应当代中国价值观日益多元化的社会现实,在当前的道德教育中,应该引进传统道德文化中缺乏的道德权利观念,致力于建构一种以尊重个体的道德权利为基础的道德教育。

"道德冷漠是主体在涉及道德问题时对客体表现出的冷漠、不关心状态。近年,道德冷漠在现代中国社会频现的原因主要是传统文化中"熟人社会"观念、社会公德的缺失、道德失范现象的现实误导等。从而对道德冷漠的内涵及本质进行探讨,针对产生的主要原因探寻其改善途径,以抵御道德冷漠的蔓延,营造良好社会道德氛围,构建社会主义和谐社会。
