Language is the most significant tool for human beings to communicate with each other. Listening and speaking are the frequent phenomena that occur in daily life. Paul Ranking, An American linguist, investigates that the actual situation of language application lies in： Listening （45%）, speaking （30%）, reading （ 18% ）, writing （9%）.
