论家长参与学校教育

在学校教育发展过程中,家长是一种不可或缺的教育资源。家长参与学校教育是校本管理的重要内容。家长的参与程度影响着学校的变革进度和发展。家长参与学校教育不仅是权利的体现,而且对学校民主化和提高教学质量有重要意义。     

教育局长眼中的学校危机管理

中小学危机管理现状不容乐观。通过对教育局长的问卷调查和个别访谈,了解目前我国中小学危机管理的现状和问题,并在此基础上提出建议,力求为加强中小学危机管理工作提供帮助。

Abstract

Over the last decade or more the private and public schools of Britain have successfully campaigned to change their image to that of ‘Independent’ schools. This paper examines the extent to which this change of title is justified. It presents data on the introduction of the Assisted Places Scheme, on changes in the tax regulations regarding charities and on the many other ways that the present government has increasingly given both financial and ideological support to these schools. It questions the degree to which it is appropriate to consider these schools as being independent.

《淮南子》对于先秦墨家事迹的记述为探究墨家提供了一定资料,也暗示出墨家在秦汉之际必然的衰落命运。对墨家思想,《淮南子》总体上是持贬抑态度,尽管其对墨家的某些观念思想也有采纳,但却进行了儒道化,尤其是道家思想的贯注和重新阐释。

台湾中小学家长参与学校教育的两大重要领域是学校与家庭,分别以学校家长会和子女学业为重心。影响台湾中小学家长参与学校教育的自然属性主要是性别和年龄,影响台湾中小学家长参与学校教育的社会属性主要是社会地位、学历与家庭收入。台湾中小学家长参与的经验和不足对大陆有以下三方面启示:加强家长与学校之间的实质性参与;激发低阶层家长参与学校教育的动机;平衡参与家长的性别和年龄差异。     

Strengthening Homeless Parents with Young Children Through Meaningful Parent Education and Support

Homeless parents of young children confront several barriers to developing effective parenting skills and dispositions. Perhaps the major barrier is that of the negative stereotype that many people use to label them. They also often have not had positive parent role models and in many cases have had to deal with the issues of violence. Parent education and support strategies can play a key role in helping homeless parents develop positive and nurturing parenting skills.     

让家长成为学校教育伙伴——浅谈家校合作

学校教育与家庭教育有着不同的教育优势,学校教育必须与家庭教育相结合,才能取得成效。家校合作是实现教育目标的基础,越来越多的学校和家长认识到家校舍作的重要性。然而,在实践过程中仍存在着一定的问题。如,对家校合作认识上不统一、家长的教育能力不强、家校合作实效性低等等。只有加强家庭教育指导、构筑有效的学校——家庭交流平台,加强家校之间信息的沟通,取得相互的理解和信任,才能使家校真正形成合力,最终促进孩子的健康成长。     

民族志棱镜中的美国医学院教育: 以《成为医生》为例

本文以康纳的民族志作品《成为医生》为主要参照案例,试图从人类学的视角来审视和解读美国医学院教育实践,并反思社会医学化语境中以生物医学范式为核心、以专业化和标准化为目标的培训体系对于日常诊疗实践的影响,进而探讨人类学田野洞见对于重构建人性化的医患关系的意义。
