采用原位一步合成法合成3,5-二硝基水杨酸插层水滑石材料,用XRD、IR对合成的样品进行表征,并与水溶液中阴离子直接交换合成法进行比较。结果表明,采用上述两种方法在控制适当的反应条件下均能制备出相应的3,5-二硝基水杨酸插层水滑石,但相比之下,原位一步合成法明显具有合成时间短,步骤简单和节约能耗等优点。  相似文献

Molecule matters     
Ever since its isolation in 1820, Quinine has played a crucial role in the development of organic chemistry, chemical industry and modern medicine. The total synthesis of quinine, widely regarded as an event of epochal importance was claimed by Woodward and Doering in 1945. This work, however, heavily relied on unsubstantiated literature reports and it appears that Woodward’s work fell short of a total synthesis of quinine. The first stereoselective total synthesis of quinine was accomplished only in 2001, by Stork, who incidentally is the originator of the concept of stereoselectivity in total synthesis. Naturally, this work has been attested as a landmark in organic synthesis by leaders in the field.  相似文献

Nanostructures enhance phonon scattering and improve the figure of merit of thermoelectric materials. Nanosized CoSb3 skutterudite was synthesized by solvothermal methods using CoCl2 and SbCl3 as the precursors. A "two-step" model was suggested for the formation of CoSb3 based on the X-ray diffraction analysis. The first step is the formation of cobalt diantimonide in the earlier stage during the synthesis process. Diantimonide was then combined with antimony atoms to form the skutterudite structured triantimonide, CoSb3, in the later stage of the synthesis process as the second step. Two experiments were designed to pursue the levels of processing analysis of Bloom's taxonomy of the cognitive domain proposed by Kunen, Cohen & Solman (1981). In the first experiment four groups of students processed 20 principles at the levels of knowledge, application, synthesis and evaluation respectively. The times required by students in the first two of these groups were significantly shorter than the times required by the last two groups, but in conrast to the Kunen et al. study, no mathematical problems were included to correct for these differences. The percentages of correctly recalled principle names showed the same pattern of differences as previously obtained by Kunen et al. for their Australian sample and it was concluded that the interpolated problems used by these authors had not interfered with performance. However, since the levels of performance did not differ for application and synthesis (although they were superior to the levels obtained for knowledge and evaluation), the results did not unambiguously indicate that synthesis should occupy the pinnacle of the hierarchy. It was suggested, therefore, that a precise ordering of the taxonomic levels required further investigation including all six categories. Also, observation of the questions used for the knowledge category, suggested that the recall scores obtained at this level were an underestimate of incidental memory, and, as a consequence, these questions were revised for use in Experiment 2. The results of Experiment 2 showed that the revised knowledge questions improved recall and the actual level of performance did not differ significantly from the levels obtained for comprehension, synthesis and evaluation. The percentage of recalled words obtained in the synthesis category was, however, observably superior to all other levels and this was consistent with the similar Kunen et al. finding. However, since the results of both of the present experiments failed to support a hierarchical arrangement of the taxonomic levels, it was suggested that the Kunen et al. results should be interpreted with caution.
