“礼教”是中国特有的一种教育思想和教育模式,然而由于复杂的历史原因,在许多人心中它充满了贬义,成了封建专制和缺乏人性的家规、纲常与说教的代名词。先秦礼教不同于封建礼教,封建礼教的核心是“三纲五常”、“三从四德”,而先秦礼教的本质则是以“五常”为核心的思想体系。只有将“三纲”与“五常”、“三从”与“四德”区别开来,才能发现先秦礼教与封建礼教的区别,弄清其本来面目,发掘其当代价值。  相似文献

Counselors are required to have high levels of social‐cognitive development, significant knowledge regarding ethical and legal practice, and sound ethical decision‐making processes to provide effective and ethical services to their clients. This study investigated the effect of two counseling ethics courses on 64 master's‐level counselor education students' levels of social‐cognitive development, ethical and legal knowledge, and ethical decision making. Students' ethical and legal knowledge scores increased significantly, and precourse social‐cognitive maturity predicted postcourse ethical and legal knowledge scores. Implications for counselor education and development are discussed.  相似文献

消费者道德信念是消费者行为的先导。茂名市267名消费者道德信念的调查问卷统计分析表明:目前消费者道德信念基本符合社会预期,消费者道德信念与消费行为有背离现象,教育程度对消费者道德信念不存在显著性影响,性别对消费者道德信念的影响明显超过年龄、职业和收入等因素。针对消费者道德信念特征,企业可进一步细分市场并进行差异化营销,以提高经营绩效。  相似文献

When working with graphics and illustrations, technical communicators face ethical questions at almost every step. The visual rhetorics available offer help with evaluating visual components but little guidance on ethical issues. This article presents examples of ethical conflicts, describes some of the prominent visual rhetorics, and discusses ethical issues that need to be addressed. 性道德教育是高职生性教育的核心,也是高职生德育的重要组成部分,近年来,传统的性道德观念受到冲击,加强对青少年性道德教育的呼声日益强烈。本文在广泛的调查分析后认为,高职生性道德现状存在二大方面的问题:一是性道德观念陈旧与开放交织,二是性道德行为具有自主性、轻率性和可变性特点;而这些问题的成因与高职生的身心特点、学业特点、性道德教育的缺失以及大众传媒与家庭环境的不良影响等因素密切相关。  相似文献

The capacity of online education to produce learning environments that are supportive of hybrid identities, complex discourses, and multiple relations among learners raises questions about the ethical response of online educators. To investigate the ethics of online education, we discuss two questions: How are identity and communication constituted in online education? What are the features of an ethical pedagogy in online education? Such questions help us think in alternative ways about the ethical dimensions of online education. We argue that Emmanuel Levinas's views on ethics and otherness can overcome some of the ethical challenges inherent in online education by helping educators and learners become more aware of how they respond to the Other and consider their ethical responsibility to the Other's multiple and complex identities. An ethical pedagogy for online education that takes seriously the unknowable and irreducible Other has the potential to provide us with a different notion of what constitutes ethical pedagogies.  相似文献

This paper seeks to establish what constitutes ethical practice in the provision of guidance by Further Education health care tutors who hold a nursing, midwifery or health visiting qualification and are therefore bound by the United Kingdom Central Council for Nursing, Midwifery and Health Visiting (UKCC) Code of Professional Conduct. It considers potential ethical dilemmas which such tutors may encounter during guidance activities, in the context of the UKCC standards and the five key ethical principles of autonomy, beneficence, non-maleficence, justice and veracity. Whilst these professional standards and principles may appear to provide a comprehensive foundation for ethical guidance practice, in reality they fail to offer clear support in the resolution of many of the ethical dilemmas that face health care tutors undertaking guidance work. Since guidance provided by such tutors may not be fully impartial, the importance of 'ethical sensitivity' and ethical decision-making skills are also highlighted.  相似文献

The increasing availability of physician-assisted death (PAD) has opened up a novel means of making donated bodies available for anatomical dissection. This practice has come to the fore in Canada, but is unlikely to be confined to that country as legislation changes in other countries. The ethical considerations raised by this development are placed within the framework of the ethical guidelines on body donation promulgated by the International Federation of Associations of Anatomists. The discussion centers on understanding the ethical dimensions of moral complicity, and whether it is accepted or rejected. If rejected it is possible to separate ethical concerns regarding PAD from subsequent use of donated bodies, as long as there is fully informed consent and complete ethical and procedural separation of the two. Openness about the origin of bodies for dissection is essential. Students should be instructed on the nuances of moral complicity, and consideration be given to those with moral doubts about PAD. Two issues are raised in considering whether these moves represent an ethical slippery slope: the attraction represented by obtaining relatively “high quality” bodies, and the manner in which organ donation following PAD has led to challenges to the dead donor rule. Although body donation raises fewer concerns, the ethical dimensions of the two are similar. The ethical constraints outlined here have the capacity to prevent an ethical slippery slope and constitute a sound basis for addressing an innovative opportunity for anatomists.  相似文献

Ethical problems encountered by mental health practitioners working with deaf clients are often complex and involve issues not fully addressed in professional codes of ethics. A principles-based ethical reasoning process can assist in resolving many of these ethical concerns. Principles such as beneficence, nonmaleficence, autonomy, fairness, integrity, and respect are found in the ethical codes of many disciplines; these can also create a common language or reference point when professionals from different fields attempt to deal with shared problems. This article discusses some applications of these principles in working with deaf individuals and proposes an ethical decision-making process that can provide a framework for ethical reasoning in thinking through complex problems.  相似文献
