高职学生心理弹性与心理健康现状及关系研究

为了解高职学生心理弹性与心理健康的现状及其两者间的关系,运用《心理弹性量表》和《一般健康问卷(GHQ-20)》测量了339名高职学院学生。结果表明,在生源地方面心理弹性和心理健康存在显著差异。心理弹性与自我肯定、心理健康总分均存在显著正相关;心理弹性与忧郁存在显著负相关。心理弹性对心理健康具有正向预测作用。由此可见,心理弹性水平对于心理健康的发展具有重要作用。     

高职学生心理求助状况和教育对策

了解高职学生心理求助特点及其影响因素,制定有针对性的教育对策,提高学校心理服务的利用率和有效性,是高职院校心理健康教育与咨询工作的重要内容。研究表明超过2/3的高职学生需要心理帮助但没有付诸行动;亲朋好友是高职学生求助最多的对象,而作为具备心理学专业知识的精神科医生和心理学家则较少被求助;不同性别、专业的学生在选择心理求助对象时也存在显著差异。高职院校可以从心理健康教育的形式、心理健康教育服务宣传、心理健康教育服务的针对性、心理求助网络和社会支持网络的建构等方面促进学生的心理求助行为。     

高职大学生心理健康状况的调查研究——以金华职业技术学院为例

对高职大学生心理健康状况的高查研究表明,高职大学生心理状态优于普通院校学生,不同性别、来源、年级的学生其心理健康状况存在明显差异。高职大学生的心理健康状况整体较好,但存在的问题也不容忽视,高职院校应有针对性地开展心理健康教育工作。     

重庆市高职学生心理健康调查与对策研究

采用精神症状自评量表（SCL-90）对重庆5所高职院校学生进行了心理健康水平测评。结果表明被测群体的心理健康状况基本和谐．不同性别学生的心理健康水平不存在差异,不同生源地及不同年级之间学生心理健康水平存在差异。因此,我们在大力加强学校心理健康教育的同时,应着眼于学生心理发展的教育,坚持预防为主,做好高职学生的心理适应及就业心理辅导工作,建立完善的高职学生心理辅导机制。     

高职贫困生就业压力与心理健康的关系:心理弹性的调节作用

为考察高职贫困生就业压力和心理健康状况的关系,以及心理弹性对高职贫困生就业压力与心理健康的关系是否具有调节效应,文章采用大学生就业压力问卷、症状自评量表(SCL-90)和青少年心理弹性量表,对江西省南昌市某高职院校毕业班贫困生和非贫困生进行了调查。结果发现:高职贫困生感受到的就业压力较非贫困生相比要大,同时心理健康水平较非贫困生相比要低;高职贫困生的心理健康与就业压力呈显著正相关;心理弹性对就业压力与心理健康的关系具有调节作用。因此,高职贫困生的就业压力、心理健康及其关系应受到重视;高职院校可通过贫困生心理弹性的提高,在一定程度上缓解贫困生的就业压力,并减少因就业压力而导致的心理健康问题。     

高职院校大一新生心理健康状况调查分析

采用心理测试工具90项症状自评量表（SCL-90）,对某高职院校2011级6415名学生进行心理健康测评。研究结果表明：高职院校大学新生心理健康整体状态处于正常水平,但也有25%左右学生的测评数据表明存在不同程度的心理问题,主要表现为：强迫症状、人际关系敏感、敌对、偏执、抑郁等方面,且学生性别及成长环境与新生心理健康水平密切相关。结论：高职院校新生中存在不同程度心理健康问题者占有一定比例,应重视高职院校心理健康教育工作开展的科学性与实效性,提高心理健康教育工作整体水平。     

高职学生心理弹性的现状研究——以福州某高职院校为例

目的:调查高职学生心理弹性状况,探讨在积极心理学背景下的心理弹性提升途径。方法:主要采用心理弹性量表,对318名大学一年级高职学生进行问卷调查。结果:性别、是否为独生子女、学生干部经历、恋爱经历对95后高职学生心理弹性情况具有显著性影响:(1)男生的心理弹性优于女生;(2)独生子女的心理弹性优于非独生子女;(3)具有学生干部经历、恋爱经历在一定程度上会提升学生的心理弹性。结论:高职学生的心理健康教育工作应重视全员心育,尊重高职学生的心理特点,构建积极和谐的校园心理支持系统,发掘心理弹性的保护性因素并积极干预,促进其身心健康。     

浅论高职心理健康课程教学对学生心理健康状况的影响

本文通过高职心理健康教育课程开展状况对学生心理素质影响的调查研究,了解高职学生的心理状况及心理课程开展的效果,剖析心理课程的设置、开展和实施对缓解高职学生心理困惑的影响程度,分析当前高职心理课程教育存在的不足,了解学生对心理健康教育课程的需求,从而提出更为合理的课程设置体系及更为有效的高职学生心理健康教育方法。     

高职院校贫困大学生心理弹性与心理健康水平关系研究

本研究选用心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对某地区高职院校在校大学生进行了抽样调查。调查结果显示:高职院校贫困大学生的心理弹性与心理健康水平之间关系密切,能较好地预测大学生的心理健康状况。     

高职护理专业学生心理健康水平与学习效果相关性分析

通过时五年制护理专业552名高职学生的心理测试发现,9.42%的学生存在不同程度的心理问题.在对心理异常学生的问题进行分析基础上,实施集体心理健康教育,并对个别心理存在异常的学生进行心理疏导,取得了较好效果.进一步分析表明,高职护理专业学生心理健康水平与学习效果并非都呈正相关,其心理状况总体是健康的.因此,建议学生的心理健康教育从基础教育抓起,教育部门必须高度重视学生的综合素质培养.
