本根据新形势下教育创新的时代要求，研究了伟大的人民教育家陶行知关于创造教育和教育民主的思想，分析了陶行知关于创造教育的特点、目标、方法、途径等方面的见解和建树，以及陶行知关于教育民主的思想精髓，阐明了陶行知关于“创造力能发挥的条件是民主”，只有创设教育民主化的和谐氛围，才可能真正实施创新教育。本强调指出了研究陶行知这些重要教育思想对贯彻江泽民同志关于教育创新的重要指示，推动教改、培养未来人才的重要意义。     

中小学教师计算机培训的实践和思考
