Although information systems (IS) success has been given much attention in IS literature, failure has received lesser attention. This study empirically validates a model of digital service failure for consumers by integrating three dimensions from Tan’s failure model and one dimension from DeLone and Mclean’s Information Success model. The factors have been mapped to Expectation Disconfirmation Theory (EDT). Experiential survey approach has been used to collect primary data from information systems users who have experienced digital service failure. Structural equation modeling (SEM) has been used for model testing and validation to measure the impact of information, system, functional and service failure of digital service on end users. The findings suggests that information, functional, system and service failure has an impact on the consumers through the outcome, process, cost and user satisfaction of digital services.  相似文献

This paper studies the hierarchical Cucker–Smale flocking model of sampled-data second-order discrete-time multi-agent systems under random interactions with time-varying failure probabilities. More precisely, each agent, at each sampling time point, can fail to see any of its superiors in the hierarchy. The random failures are not independent with varying failure rate probabilities. For this model with random interactions, we prove that the flocking would occur almost surely, i.e., agents’ velocities will converge almost surely to the velocity of the overall leader of the flock which moves with a varying velocity, the relative positions between agents and the overall leader converge almost surely. Finally, several numerical simulations are provided to illustrate the obtained results.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with reliable H?control for saturated linear Markov jump systems with uncertain transition rates and asynchronous jumped actuator failure. The actuator failures are assumed to occur randomly under the Markov process with a different jumping mode from the system jumping mode. In considering the mixed-mode-dependent state feedback controller, both H stochastic stability analysis for closed-loop system with completely accessible transition rates and uncertain transition rates are investigated. Moreover, based on the obtained stability conditions, the H?control problems are investigated, and the controller gains can be obtained by solving a convex optimization problem with minimizing H performance as objective and linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) as constraints. The problem of designing state feedback controllers such that the estimate of the domain of attraction is enlarged is also formulated and solved as an optimization problem with LMI constraints. Simulation results are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed results.  相似文献
