结合国家引导部分普通本科高校向应用技术型高校转型的战略部署和独立学院的实际,以汇华学院实验管理中心为例,探索了高校实验室管理的新机制。从学科大类培养模式入手,构建了实验室管理的新模式,完成了对实验室和实验室工作人员的统一管理、统一规划和统一建设。并基于此模式,通过对实验课程与信息技术、教学资源与现代化管理的整合,构建了一体化、开放式的实验教学及资源管理平台。实施实验室管理的新模式,构建了按学科大类划分、分层次实施的实验教学体系,完成了实验教学体系的优化,并对实验室队伍建设进行了创新与实践。     

民办高校实验室建设规划与管理的探讨
