大学生科研训练计划是培养创新型人才的重要模式方法之一,而大学生实践创新训练计划项目是在大学生科研训练计划的基础上成长起来、更加完善的本科生科研素质训练方法。针对大学生实践创新训练计划项目的实际教学特点,提出引入分组合作学习法,以涡旋压缩机的虚拟设计课题为例,详细介绍了该教学方法在整个实践教学过程中的应用过程。通过实践证明,大学生实践创新训练计划教学中应用分组合作学习法教学效果较好,有利于培养综合素质较高的创新型人才。 相似文献

在创新驱动的国家战略下,大学生参与科研成为培养学生创新精神和实践能力的重要载体。但在本科生科研过程中也存在着各种问题,比如学校的政策支持不够,教师指导不够等等。本研究采用问卷调查法,通过对943名参与大学生创新训练计划项目的学生的调查,经过回归分析发现:学校政策支持、导师指导对本科生科研能力获得具有显著正向影响,且导师指导在其中起着部分中介作用。研究建议重视学校政策支持与条件保障建设,为教师参与指导提供激励措施,促进教师对本科生科研的指导。 相似文献

Educating social work students to address behavioral health needs of youth requires new training approaches that prepare students for interprofessional prevention-focused practice. This study examines whether a newly developed graduate certificate in integrated behavioral health effectively prepares students for prevention-focused behavioral health practice. A mixed method approach is used for evaluation, with 34 students completing the program from 2016 to 2017. Quantitative, qualitative, and employment data are analyzed to identify if and how the program prepares graduates for prevention practice. Results highlight key components that support student attainment of program competencies. Implications for curriculum development, field site training, and future research are discussed. 相似文献

Student–teacher–scientist partnership (STSP) programs are cooperative relationships in which students, with the support of their teachers, participate in and contribute to the research of scientists. This paper examines one of the world's largest STSPs—an international environmental science education program called GLOBE (Global Learning and Observations to Benefit the Environment)—and proposes recommendations to scientists about how they can get the most out of their research and teaching relationship with students and their teachers. GLOBE is an international K–12 STSP that engages students in Earth's Systems investigations. Extensive training is needed for students to collect and report accurate data to scientists, and special preparatory curricula are needed to make their partnership effective and motivating. Recognizing these issues, this research was conducted specifically to identify and recommend a set of training material design criteria for implementation of STSPs in the elementary and middle school levels. The conclusions—the result of background research, extensive interviews and consultation with teachers—provide guidance to GLOBE and other STSP programs to enhance the development of effective and engaging training materials. 相似文献

培养基础学科拔尖人才既是我国新时代高等教育强国建设的重大战略任务,也是培养拔尖创新人才的重要举措。为有效地落实"六卓越一拔尖"计划2.0,该研究基于对拔尖计划培养模式的拔尖学生和普通学生的调查,探讨了拔尖学生培养模式对其创造性的影响以及心理因素的作用。结果发现:(1)拔尖学生在小班教学、科研项目、导师指导和出国交流等方面的参与程度和创造性水平均显著高于普通学生;(2)小班教学对拔尖学生的创造性思维有显著的预测作用,科研项目和导师指导对其创造性人格有显著的预测作用;(3)心理因素在培养模式对拔尖学生创造性水平的影响过程中起到中间桥梁作用,并且存在明显的文理差异。 相似文献

This paper reports on a child protection training program for teachers, social workers, and nurses. The training format consisted of two 5-day workshops, one for preprofessional students and the other for practicing professionals, and two one-day workshops for students. The evaluation employed a pre-test/post-test design. Data were obtained from a total of 254 workshop participants who were randomly selected from a group of 400 volunteers. The training program was designed to provide information and experience in the areas of identification, family dynamics, legislation, intervention, and team responses. Curriculum effects were the dependent variables; group characteristics were the independent variables. The general finding was that the program was an effective means of accomplishing its objectives. Some of the specific findings were that professionals wanted more content in contrast to students who were satisfied with experiences which simulated practice. Both social work professionals and students were more confident in their ability to deal with the problem of child abuse before and after the program than teachers and nurses. In contrast, teachers began and ended the program with relatively low confidence and information levels. Overall, nurses had the highest level of entry and exit knowledge at the beginning and the end of the program. While the results indicate that the three groups profited from shared training experiences they also suggest that certain areas of training may best be realized by specialized workshops. 相似文献
