近年来，邮电通讯服务业务越来越丰富，从移动通讯网、寻呼网。电视会议网的建设，到特种声讯服务网提供的股市行情、商业服务信息、听众点歌、心理咨询等等。但随着新业务种类的不断拓展，需不断投入巨额资金以购置新的硬件设备。这样一来，既增大了开支，另一方面也使得邮电通讯网的业务管理、网络管理等问题越来越复杂，随之而来的麻烦就更多了。“智能网”的问世，解决了通讯网发展的这一难题。“智能网”的最大特点就是将网络的业务管理与网络本身的管理（如网络监控、收费等）区分开来，这样也就把以往各种网络中的“核心”交换机承担…     

USSD在GSM-R智能网中的应用与研究
