太阳能热水器等家用设备供水控制需要使用水位控制器,但基于单片机或复杂计算机系统水位控制技术因为整体价格较高,在太阳能热水器等产品的应用上仍受到经济方面的限制。为此设计了一款基于逻辑电路CD4066的数字水位控制器,准确控制水箱水位,合理控制用水,达到节水目的。本装置利用水的电导性,连续全时段测量水位变化,把测量到的水位转换成相应的电信号,控制逻辑电路接收到该信号后,通过处理,实现水位显示、报警及自动控制等功能。与现有控制水位系统相比,本装置选用的芯片为常用芯片,系统造价低、控制效果好,有助于实现水资源的精细利用,具有广泛的应用场景。
