文后参考文献著录的规范问题再探

参考文献是学术论著的重要组成部分。提高参考文献著录的标准化、规范化水平是编者和作者共同的目标。GB/T7714-2005《文后参考文献著录规则》为编者和作者提供了规范化的著录方法,但在具体执行标准的过程中仍然存在诸多不规范问题。因此,应进一步明确文后参考文献著录方法及应注意的问题,为作者和编者提供参考,以便提高学术论著和出版物的质量及水平。     

职业教育类期刊执行《文后参考文献著录规则》的调查分析

对9种职业教育类期刊执行《文后参考文献著录规则》的调查发现,多数期刊没有执行或是执行不力。其原因是：作者和编辑对参考文献的重要性认识不足;作者和编辑对参考文献规范著录的认识不够;编辑受《中国学术期刊（光盘版）检索与评价数据规范》的影响;《文后参考文献著录规则》自身存在缺陷。建议职业教育类期刊编辑加强对参考文献重要性及规范著录的认识;加强对《文后参考文献著录规则》的学习;有关部门应进一步完善《文后参考文献著录规则》。     

对《后参考文献著录规则》的认识与思考

参考文献是学术论著的重要组成部分,《文后参考文献著录规则》的发布和实施为参考文献著录的标准化、规范化提供了依据。当前体育学术期刊文后参考文献著录现状与〈文后参考文献著录规则》相比较,侧面反映出规则本身有欠科学完善之处,希望规则制定者在完善修订《规则〉的时候能够予以参考。

文后参考文献是论著重要的内容信息和外表特征,本文通过分析DC、MARC等常见元数据对文后参考文献的著录方式,比较DC与MARC著录文后参考文献的优劣势,从而实现更合理的文后参考文献著录。     

关于我校博士学位论文文后参考文献的分析

“文后参考文献”,据我国国家标准GB7714-87定义为:为撰写或编辑论著而引用的有关图书资料。 文后参考文献是图书、学术论文的重要组成部分。通常,博士学位论文、综述之类的三次文献都有大量文后参考文献,因而有着独到的使用价值。国外对文后参考文献是十分重视的,所有二次文献检索工具在著录时均著录文后参考文献数。著名的英国《科学文摘》(Science Abstracts)还对文后参考文献数在50篇以上者,归入“Bibliography Index(书目索引)”以示突出这些论文的作用与地位。目前,国际上还流行着以论著的被引用次数     

网络参考文献的正确使用

网络资源的不断丰富，给资料的查询带来了诸多便利，也给网络参考文献的正确使用及著录带来了新的问题。在分析文后参考文献基本属性的基础上，分析了网络文献的基本属性，对网络文献进行重新分类。并指出只有具备文后参考文献基本属性的网络文献才能成为文后参考文献。

现行参考文献著录规则的问题及思考

现行GB／T7714-2005（文后参考文献著录规则》和《中国学术期刊（光盘版）检索与评价数据规范》先后两次修订版CAJ-CDB／T1-2005、CAJ-CDB／T1-2006,提高了文后参考文献和注释的著录规范,但在古籍和档案、参考文献类型代码、正文中引文序号标注以及注释、文件、网站名称等问题的规定上,仍有相互矛盾或不足之处,亟待进一步完善。其中涉及参考文献体例和泣释体例的功能能否截然区分等更深层次的问题,是否另立规范,需深入探讨、慎重解决。     

高校学报参考文献标注规范的几个问题

2006版《中国学术期刊（光盘版）检索与评价数据规范》公布实施一年多后,高校学报参考文献标注的规范性依然程度不同地存在问题：专著中析出文献的标注问题,同一文献重复引用时页码标记问题,外文参考文献标识不全问题,注释、参考文献混用问题,文末无参考文献问题等等。这些问题反映了一般高校学报对文后参考文献著录的新规范重视不够,执行不力;也反映了新规范在高校学报的文理综合、学科综合特性方面尚需多作考虑。鉴于我国学术论文数量巨大及质量不断提高,学术论文参考文献标注的规范化势必在多方研讨中臻于完关。
