机器人教育骨干教师专业化培训研究

机器人学科作为一门较新颖的课程近年来逐步引入中小学及大学教育中,它得以顺利实施的其中一个要素是任课教师的综合素质能胜任机器人教育课程。文章以机器人教育骨干教师及学科带头人培养对象专业化培训为研究对象,从机器人教育现状、机器人骨干教师培训需求和意义、培训方案制定、培训模式和要求、培训效果评价五个方面深入探讨系统化的教师专业化培训方案。     

Infusing two models of evaluation into a military environment: A case study

Determining the worth and effectiveness of training used within a military environment is the same accountability responsibility that educational organizations, businesses, and social agencies are charged with for improving programs and services to society. The need for accountability implies the process of evaluation, particularly in governmental training programs. This article provides a case study, blueprint, and action plan for the infusion of two evaluation models as the foundation for determining the effectiveness of training within a military application.

The distance learning mode of training teachers in Kenya: challenges,prospects, and suggested policy framework

Globally, distance learning has gained legitimacy as an effective mode for learning and training. This legitimacy has occurred as a result of, inter alia, its flexibility with respect to time, pace and entry requirements, affordability, cost‐effectiveness, and reputation for high quality. In Kenya, distance learning – although relatively new – is being promoted to attain the Millennium Development Goals, Universal Primary Education, and the Kenya Vision 2030 targets. The majority of those who enrol for distance learning are teachers. This paper examines the utility of a distance learning approach for training teachers in Kenya: its challenges, prospects, and the need for a policy framework. It critically interrogates the readiness of the providers, the learning and policy environments. The paper concludes that current dual‐mode providers do not meet the requirements of the defining features of distance learning, and offers specific quality assuring policy directions.

乒乓球业余训练当中,需要在完成工作量,课余时间来培养对乒乓球有潜力的运动员人才,因此业余训练的有效性也受到广大研究者的广泛关注,本文通过对乒乓球业余训练中队员盯球意识培养前后的技战术水平进行对比分析后发现:队员盯球意识能力提高后,其技战术也有一定的提高。因此,在乒乓球业余训练中培养队员的盯球意识能有效提高乒乓球业余训练的有效性。文章就乒乓球业余训练中盯球意识的培养进行一些初步的探讨,希望能为乒乓球爱好者提供借鉴。

企业生产一线班组长培训模式的创新与实践——以柳州职业技术学院为例

生产一线班组长的培训,一直以来都是企业非常重视的培训。但是,由于培训的模式大多还是沿用传统的培训模式,使得培训质量和效果都受到企业领导以及受培者的质疑,亟待进行改革。柳职院通过充分的企业调研,创新了一种"以发现问题解决问题为导向"的企业生产一线班组长培训教学模式,并在教学实际实施中得到了企业领导和受培者的充分认可与肯定。     

Self-instruction training: A potential tool for school psychologists

Self-instruction training is a cognitive-behavioral approach to self-control in which children are taught to use covert speech to modify their own behavior. The potential effectiveness of self-instruction training as an intervention technique for school psychologists to enhance student academic and/or social behavior in the classroom is the focus of this review. Research results addressing the practical issues of how, when, and with whom to use this strategy, its generalizability, and its long-term and comparative effectiveness are presented. Implications for further research in the schools are discussed.

Evaluation of Educational Animations: Taxonomy and Recommendations

Animations can communicate movement, changes in status, and various other temporal changes more effectively than static images. The potential for the use of computer animations in training and education in laboratory settings is tremendous. For example, algorithm animations have been used in computer science to make visible the essential steps of an algorithm. The need exists for a systematic approach to categorize and evaluate the effectiveness of an animation with respect to the subject matter. The goal of an animation is to communicate a message to the user. The effectiveness of the animation is determined by the extent to which its message is understood by the user. To facilitate evaluations of animations, a taxonomy is presented that outlines the critical elements of the interaction scenario, the objects, and the animations involved in a view. Suggestions for its use in evaluation of animation views accompany the taxonomy.     

新生农民职业培训的实践与建议——以资中县新型农民职业培训的实践为例

“新生农民”是我国务工人员的主流。新生农民职业培训是农业劳动力向非农产业和城镇转移，推进我国工业化、城镇化和农业现代化的迫切需要。新生农民职业培训的实践取得了一定成效，也存在一些亟待解决的问题。应当从实践和政策的层面加以研究，提出相应的对策，促进新生农民职业培训更加科学、有效的开展。     

Guidelines for Selecting,Using, and Evaluating Games in Corporate Training

ABSTRACT The use of games in corporate training began in the 1950s. In subsequent years the use of games has increased, while the look and feel of the games being used has evolved. Unfortunately, very little research regarding the effectiveness of games as a training tool has been conducted; and, the research conducted often yields conflicting results. The purpose of this paper is to provide guidelines for the selection, use and evaluation of games in business training. A brief historical overview of the use of games in training, including the perceived benefits and concerns regarding their use, addresses the need for guidelines for selection, use and evaluation of games in training. The guidelines were developed using adult learning theory and transfer of learning theories as a foundation. The potential uses and utility of the guidelines are followed by a concluding section as to how they can be applied to selection, usage and evaluation of games in training.
