分析了创新型信息安全实践人才培养的需求,从信息安全实践课程建设的角度,提出了应在搭建创新平台的基础上,加强平台的完善,并通过创新平台的应用,培养和训练学生的创新思维,提升其创新能力,使学生形成自主思考、独立分析、自行解决的实践习惯,增强所学知识的综合运用能力。通过多年的教学探索和实践,取得了较好的课程教学改革成果,为工程类课程改革提供了一个有益的思路。     

Test Preparation: Examining Teacher Perceptions and Practices

This study analyzed questionnaire and interview data on teachers' practices and perceptions with respect to test preparation. Questionnaire respondents were asked to rate the ethicality of various test-preparation practices and indicate the extent to which they utilize these practices in their instruction. On the basis of questionnaire results, interviews were conducted with a smaller sample of teachers to determine their views on the appropriateness of particular test-preparation practices, and to determine the factors affecting teacher perceptions about a given activity. Contrary to previous empirical work, questionnaire results indicated that neither use of a given practice nor teacher perceptions of the ethicality of the practice vary across levels of student achievement. On the other hand, consistent with previous empirical work, both use and perceptions varied across grade-level configuration. Estimates of the prevalence of particular teacher practices and perceptions were obtained and compared with those from the literature. In addition, dimensions of teacher reasoning were explored, indicating that when considering the appropriateness of a given practice, teachers consider the following factors: score meaning, learning, the potential for raising student scores, professional ethics, equity, and external perceptions.

Ethical Practices of Licensed Professional Counselors: A Survey of State Licensing Boards

The authors report results of a survey, conducted in 1986 by the Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (ACES) Ethics/Professional Practices Interest Network, of licensing boards in the 10 states that had enacted professional counselor licensure laws by the end of 1984. Data are reported regarding the number of counselors licensed in each state, the nature and extent of ethical violations claimed, dispositions of the complaints by the boards, the applicants' performance on ethics sections of licensure examinations, and the levels of concern expressed by board representatives regarding the ethics preparation and ethical practices of licensees. Implications of findings for counselor educators and supervisors are discussed.     

呼伦贝尔市普通话水平测试情况分析

本文对呼伦贝尔市两年半来的普通话水平测试结果进行了统计,结果表明：语文教师的达标率远远低于其他专业的教师,并且还在逐年下降。在各级各类的语文教师中,达标率最低的是幼儿园和小学语文教师。不仅如此,抽样分析结果表明,一些地区或学校语文教师的整体语音面貌不仅不高于、反而低于其他专业教师的普通话语音水平。     

关于提升村民安全感的调查与思考

安全感是一种主体感觉,即个体或群体在社会生活或情感生活中怀有的一种持续稳定的不惧怕之感。村民安全感是村民对多种影响因素的集成反应。由于村民自身的各种限制、基层组织工作的不到位及社会大环境的不利影响,村民安全感在总体上不容乐观。文章在实地调查的基础上,提出了以民为本,建设服务型基层组织;凸显主体精神,逐步增强村民安全感意识;协同推进,构建村民安全感多元治理结构等对策建议。

A Descriptive Survey of the Educational Preparation and Practices of Antenatal Educators in Ireland

Antenatal education is recommended to prospective parents, yet little is known about the educational preparation of the facilitators of this education, or of the educational practices they use. The aim of this study was to investigate the educational preparation and practices of antenatal educators in Ireland. Data were collected using a questionnaire structured on the three components (abilities, opportunities, and means) of Stamler’s theoretical framework of enablement. Eighty-four of the 120 antenatal educators responded (70%), and this included midwives, public health nurses, physiotherapists, and private antenatal educators. Findings describe a picture of varied educational preparation for the antenatal educator with a range of educational practices being used. Within public antenatal classes, large class size was a barrier to providing a participatory educational approach.
