This paper is concerned with the problems of finite-time boundedness and finite-time control for positive coupled differential-difference equations (CDDEs) with bounded time-varying delay. The finite-time stability of such systems is analyzed by constructing an estimate of the solutions over a finite time interval. And, sufficient conditions based on linear programming (LP) are provided for finite-time stability of positive CDDEs with bounded time-varying delay. Then, by coordinate transformation, the obtained results are extended to the finite-time bounedness of positive CDDEs with bounded time-varying delay. By the obtained result of finite-time boundedness, static output-feedback controllers and static state-feedback controllers are designed and a sufficient condition is derived to ensure the positivity and finite-time boundedness of closed-loop system. Three illustrative examples are given to show the validity of our results.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the problem of finite-time stability analysis of linear discrete-time systems with time-varying delay. The time-varying delay has lower and upper bounds. By choosing a novel Lyapunov–Krasovskii-like functional, a new sufficient condition is derived to guarantee that the state of the system with time-varying delay does not exceed a given threshold during a fixed time interval. Then, the corresponding corollary is developed for the case of constant time delay. Numerical examples are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness and merits of the proposed method.  相似文献

The problem of robust finite-time stability (RFTS) for singular nonlinear systems with interval time-varying delay is studied in this paper. Some delay-dependent sufficient conditions of RFTS are derived in the form of the linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) by using Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional (LKF) method and singular analysis technique. The problem of finite-time stability (FTS) for discrete-time systems with interval time-varying delay, nonlinear perturbations and parameter uncertainties is considered in this paper. In order to obtain less conservative stability criteria, a finite sum inequality with delayed states is proposed. Some sufficient conditions of FTS are derived in the form of the linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) by using Lyapunov–Krasovskii-like functional (LKLF) with power function and single/double summation terms. More precisely estimations of the upper bound of the initial value of LKLF and the lower bound of LKLF are proposed. As special cases, the FTS of nominal discrete-time systems with constant or time-varying delay is considered. The numerical examples are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the results and their improvement over the existing literature.  相似文献

This paper studies the finite-time guaranteed cost control problem for switched nonlinear stochastic systems with parameter uncertainties and time-varying delays. By choosing a model-dependent and delay-dependent Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional, applying the average dwell time approach and the Gronwall inequality, some novel sufficient conditions are derived to ensure that the switched nonlinear stochastic closed-loop system is finite-time stochastically stable and an upper bound is given on the performance index. The obtained nonlinear matrix is transformed into a linear matrix form, and then the feedback controller gains of the switched nonlinear stochastic systems with time-varying delay are obtained. Finally, two simulation examples are designed to verify the effectiveness of the suggested approach.  相似文献

The primary goal of this paper is to examine the finite-time stability and finite-time contractive stability of the linear systems in fractional domain with time-varying delays. We develop some sufficient criteria for finite-time contractive stability and finite-time stability utilizing fractional-order Lyapunov-Razumikhin technique. To validate the proposed conditions, two different types of dynamical systems are taken into account, one is general time-delay fractional-order system and another one is fractional-order linear time-varying time-delay system, furthermore the efficacy of the stability conditions is demonstrated numerically.  相似文献

In this work, the finite-time extended dissipativity of the interval type-2 (IT2) fuzzy systems with probabilistic time-varying delay is discussed via resilient memory sampled-data control. To enable the stability analysis and control combination, an IT2 fuzzy model is employed to represent the dynamics of nonlinear systems of which the parameter uncertainties are taken by IT2 membership functions distinguish by the lower and upper membership functions. The main objective of this paper is to design a resilient memory sampled-data controller such that the resulting closed-loop system is finite-time bounded and satisfies extended dissipative performance. Moreover, the solvability of the derived conditions not only depends on the size of the delay but also on the probabilistic distribution of the delay taking values in some interval, thus probabilistic delay protocol is encountered in the IT2 fuzzy model. By employing suitable Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional (LKF) along with Wirtinger-based inequality, a set of sufficient conditions ensuring the finite-time extended dissipative performance for IT2 fuzzy systems are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Finally, two numerical simulations are presented to reveal the effectiveness of the developed technique.  相似文献

This paper mainly investigates the fixed-time synchronization of memristor-based fuzzy cellular neural network (MFCNN) with time-varying delay. By utilizing differential inclusion, set-valued map theory, the definitions of finite-time and fixed-time stability, we convert the fixed-time synchronization control of the drive-response MFCNN into the equivalent fixed-time stability problem of the error system between the drive-response systems. Some novel sufficient conditions are derived to guarantee the fixed-time synchronization of the drive-response MFCNN based on a simple Lyapunov function and a nonlinear feedback controller. Meanwhile, the settling time can be estimated by simple calculations. Furthermore, these fixed-time synchronization criteria here are easy to validate and extend to the MFCNN without time-varying delay and general memristor-based neural networks. Finally, three numerical examples are given to illustrate the correctness of the main results.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the problems of set-based finite-time stability (SFTS) and set-based finite-time boundedness (SFTB) for both certain and uncertain linear time-varying systems. The concepts of SFTS and SFTB are defined. Different from existing results, sufficient conditions for SFTS and SFTB are directly derived from the basic definitions of finite-time stability (FTS) and finite-time boundedness (FTB) by using the convex hull technique rather than utilizing the weighted quadratic functions. Thus, more practical constraints on the system states can be dealt with. Furthermore, intervals, zonotopes and polytopes are employed to describe the typical compact convex sets. For linear uncertain systems, the uncertain time-varying state sets are assumed to be represented by interval matrices and matrix zonotopes, respectively. Finally, numerical examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the main results.  相似文献

This paper studies the finite-time stability and stabilization of linear discrete time-varying stochastic systems with multiplicative noise. Firstly, necessary and sufficient conditions for the finite-time stability are presented via a state transition matrix approach. Secondly, this paper also develops the Lyapunov function method to study the finite-time stability and stabilization of discrete time-varying stochastic systems based on matrix inequalities and linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) so as to Matlab LMI Toolbox can be used.The state transition matrix-based approach to study the finite-time stability of linear discrete time-varying stochastic systems is novel, and its advantage is that the state transition matrix can make full use of the system parameter informations, which can lead to less conservative results. We also use the Lyapunov function method to discuss the finite-time stability and stabilization, which is convenient to be used in practical computations. Finally, three numerical examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed results.  相似文献

The problem of observer-based finite-time H control for discrete-time Markov jump systems with time-varying transition probabilities and uncertainties is studied in this paper, in which time-varying transition probabilities are modelled as convex polyhedron, and the parameter uncertainty satisfies norm-bounded. First of all, a Luenberger observer is designed to measure the system state. Then, observer-based controller is constructed to ensure the stochastic finite-time boundedness of the resulting closed-loop system with an H performance. Furthermore, sufficient conditions are derived in light of linear matrix inequalities. In the end, the flexibility and applicability of the developed methods are demonstrated by two illustrative examples.  相似文献

The issue of finite-time sliding mode control (SMC) is studied for a class of Markov jump systems, in which parameter uncertainties, external disturbances and time-varying delay are considered. Firstly, a suitable observer-based SMC law is devised so that state trajectory of the system can reach the designed sliding mode surface in finite-time, the gain of the controller is asynchronous to the mode of original system. Meanwhile, the sufficient conditions of finite-time boundedness in the sliding phase and reaching phase are derived by the time partition strategy. Moreover, the gains of the observer and the observer-based controller will be acquired by using the linear matrix inequalities tool. In fine, emulation products are used to confirm the merits of the SMC strategy.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate the static output-feedback stabilization problem for LTI positive systems with a time-varying delay in the state and output vectors. By exploiting the induced monotonicity, necessary and sufficient conditions ensuring exponential stability of the closed-loop system are first quoted. Based on the derived stability conditions, necessary and sufficient stabilization conditions are formulated in terms of matrix inequalities. This general setting is then transformed into suitable vertex optimization problems by which necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of a desired static output-feedback controller are obtained. The proposed synthesis conditions are presented in the form of linear programming conditions, which can be effectively solved by various convex algorithms.  相似文献

In this paper, we deal with the finite-time stability of positive switched linear time-delay systems. By constructing a class of linear time-varying copositive Lyapunov functionals, we present new explicit criteria in terms of solvable linear inequalities for the finite-time stability of positive switched linear time-delay systems under arbitrary switching and average dwell-time switching. This paper discusses the problems of delay-dependent stability and stabilization of neutral saturating actuator systems with constant or time-varying delays. The problems of stabilization for neutral saturating actuator system with time-varying delay and parameter from the presented results, the condition obtained here does not need derivative information of the delay time and thus can be used to analyze the stabilization problem for a class of saturating actuator systems with time-varying delay, which is bounded but arbitrarily fast time-varying. Using the model transformation and quasi-convex optimization problem, we derive delay-dependent conditions for the stability of systems in terms of the linear matrix inequality. The stabilization conditions are formulated as linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) which can be solved by convex optimization algorithm. Moreover, the stability criteria are extended to design a stabilizing state feedback controller. Numerical examples show that the results obtained in this paper significantly improve the estimate of stability limit over some existing results reported previously in the literature.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the issue of finite-time boundedness of discrete-time uncertain interval type-2 fuzzy systems with time-varying delay and external disturbances via an observer-based reliable control strategy. According to the system output variable, a full-state observer that shares the same membership functions of the plant is constructed to estimate the unknown system states. In addition, a reliable controller subject to observer states and actuator faults is designed to formulate the closed-loop feedback control system, which does not share the same membership functions of the plant. Then, by constructing an appropriate Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and using the finite-time stability theory, a new set of delay-dependent sufficient conditions guaranteeing the finite-time boundedness of the addressed system is established in the framework of linear matrix inequalities. Furthermore, the explicit expressions of gain matrices of the state observer and the reliable controller are given in terms of the established sufficient conditions. Finally, simulation results are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the obtained theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper explores the finite-time bounded issue for discrete-time singular time-varying delay system via sliding mode control method. A suitable discrete-time sliding mode control law is constructed to drive the state trajectories onto the specified sliding surface in a given finite time interval. Meanwhile, sufficient conditions for finite-time bounded to the closed-loop delayed system are provided in both reaching phase and sliding motion phase. In addition, the finite-time sliding mode controller gain matrix can be solved by using the linear matrix inequalities approach. In this paper, the problems of stochastic finite-time stability and stabilization of discrete-time positive Markov jump systems are investigated. To deal with time-varying delays and switching transition probability (STP), stochastic finite-time stability conditions are established under mode-dependent average dwell time (MDADT) switching signal by developing a stochastic copositive Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional approach. Then a dual-mode dependent output feedback controller is designed, thus stochastic finite-time stabilization is achieved based on linear programming technique. In this paper, the problem of stability analysis for linear systems with time-varying delays is considered. By the consideration of new augmented Lyapunov functionals, improved delay-dependent stability criteria for asymptotic stability of the system are proposed for two cases of conditions on time-varying delays with the framework of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), which can be solved easily by various efficient convex optimization algorithms. The enhancement of the feasible region of the proposed criteria is shown via three numerical examples by the comparison of maximum delay bounds.  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of delay-dependent stability analysis of fractional-order systems with time-varying delay is investigated. First, a class of novel fractional-order integral inequalities for quadratic functions by constructing appropriate auxiliary functions is proposed, which has been proven to be useful in analyzing fractional-order systems with time-varying delay. Based on these proposed inequalities, the Lyapunov–Krasovskii functions are designed to deal with the time-varying delay terms, reducing the conservatism of the stability criteria. Furthermore, delay-dependent criteria are derived to achieve asymptotic stability of fractional-order systems with time-varying delay. Finally, two examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed stability criteria.  相似文献
