基于“翻转课堂”利用精品视频公开课的教学实践

"翻转课堂"是对基于印刷术的传统课堂教学结构与教学流程的彻底颠覆,由此将引发教师角色、课程模式、管理模式等一系列变革。结合国家精品视频公开课,从"翻转课堂"学习模式理念出发,构建"翻转课堂"网络学习平台,设计网络学习导航系统。探讨优质的精品视频公开课资源如何基于"翻转课堂"更好的在教学中共享应用。石河子大学医学院通过网络进行了视频公开课的建设和开放共享,在实践中不断尝试、积累经验,逐渐摸索出一条优质教育资源共建共享的创新之路。     

网络视频公开课在基础教育中的应用

网络视频公开课方兴未艾,但是在基础教育领域却缺少相应的应用与研究.论文归纳了视频公开课资源在基础教育中的几种利用模式:作为已有课程的辅助教学资源、直接改造为校本课程、作为教师培训的课程资源等.基于实践的探索,介绍了采用视频公开课资源进行课程开发在课程选择、纲要撰写、其它教学资源准备、教学活动设计、教学评价等环节的要点,分析了需要注意的一些问题.     

略论“翻转课堂”在幼儿教师职培训中的运用

"翻转课堂"符合幼儿教师在职学习的问题性、自主性、合作性特征。"翻转课堂"运用于幼儿教师在职培训的基本环节,包括集中培训前的视频学习、辅导答疑,参训中的专业对话、知识内化以及参训后的实践指导;分析实施的关键要素,包括培训需求的分析、培训视频及网络学习资源的设计、培训课堂活动的设计,能够创新幼儿教师在职培训,提高培训质量。     

基于真实性评估的教师专业学习与培训

针对如何在教师专业学习与培训中开展基于教师工作情境的真实性评估以及如何促进教师之间交流与分享个性化的实践取向的知识,以实现知识创新这两个中小学教师专业学习与培训中的核心问题,本文提出基于真实性评估的教师专业学习与培训的理论基础与设计原理,并进行了深入实践。作者运用了访谈法、问卷/量表法、内容分析法、课堂视频案例分析法、社会网络分析法和数据统计分析法等得出研究结论为:基于真实性评估的教师专业学习与培训能够有效地发展教师的实践性知识,促进资源的再生与知识的创新,提高新手教师与骨干教师的职业适应能力。基于真实性评估的教师专业学习与培训的突出特点是评估即学习。     

基于MOOCs的成人高校翻转课堂教学模式论
