《伊犁资料与研究综述》补正

2005年《伊犁师范学院学报》第1期上,发表了佟克力先生的《伊犁资料与研究综述》一文,对伊犁研究的重要资料的钩沉,做了相当的努力,给读者有益的启示;特别是对建国以来有关伊犁民族文化史资料的介绍,相当充实,比较系统。这是多年来读者一直期盼的文字,它的发表是很及时也十分有意义的。但细读佟文后,觉得还有些重要的资料未能收录介绍,有些言论似有偏颇之处,愿与作者商榷。     

伊犁地名史源学的艰难探索

伊犁地名在新疆地名谱系中最具特色,学界对伊犁地名有过许多研究。拟以改革开放新时期以来,伊犁地名系统构建成果为起点,对近年学界有关伊犁地名的研究,特别是在伊犁地名史源学的探索为重点,进行评述。     

《伊犁兵要地理》研究

牛时著《伊犁兵要地理》是民国年间唯一出版的伊犁地方史志,也是民国新疆第一部“兵要地理”.《伊犁兵要地理》的内容涉及清末民初伊犁政治、军事、社会、经济及对俄交涉等多个方面,内有许多不为其他文献所载的重要史料.《伊犁兵要地理》在伊犁地方志著作史上的特殊地位,使其正好可补文献、档案之不足,在西北边疆史、新疆近代史及军事史、中俄关系史研究及伊犁地方志研究中具有重要的史料价值.同时,《伊犁兵要地理》也反映了作者要求增设县治、移民实边、兵制改革、加强界务、防范俄国等治边理念.     

坚定的跋涉者执着的求索人——读赖洪波的《伊犁史地文集》

《伊犁史地文集》是一本研究伊犁政治、经济、历史、地理、民族、文学等内容的学术专著。书中处处表现出作者敏锐公正的眼光,或曰“史识”;书中资料丰富、准确,体现了作者的“史德”;这部著作文字精美,可读性很强,感染力也很强,富有“史趣”。     

对氏族资料的利用与湖南移民史研究

利用氏族资料研究湖南移民史主要经历了两个阶段,一是20世纪30年代由谭其骧撰写的《湖南人由来考》,为利用氏族资料研究湖南移民史树立了典范;二是90年代曹树基的《湖南人由来新考》及张国雄《明清时期的两湖移民》对湖南氏族资料的利用更加广泛,结论也更趋于精确。虽然如此,湖南移民史研究对氏族资料的利用还有很大的空间。     

民国时期伊犁工业发展状况述略

民国期间,在政府当局支持工业发展的政策下,伊犁工业始终在循序渐进地发展,并在20世纪三四十年代取得了较为可喜的成绩。民国时期伊犁的工业,大部分为中小企业,但也有部分企业达到较大的发展规模。在工业发展水平上,伊犁仅次于省城迪化,在民国新疆工业史占有重要的地位。     

社会学视角下的伊犁草原文化

伊犁草原文化是中国草原文化的重要组成部分,对伊犁草原文化的研究对于研究东西方文化交流有着独特的意义.文章通过应用社会学角度,根据国内外学界对草原文化的研究成果,追踪梳理伊犁草原文化的历史发展脉络;通过文化社会学原理,对伊犁草原文化的含义作了初步界定,提出并分析了伊犁草原文化的五大基本特征以及伊犁草原文化给予我们的价值启示.     

“塔兰奇文化”及其旅游价值

重点介绍伊犁“塔兰奇文化”的内涵、历史背景、现状及其与伊犁民俗文化旅游事业之间的关系,提出加强伊犁“塔兰奇文化”的保护工作,发挥“塔兰奇文化”在伊犁民俗文化旅游事业发展中的积极作用等建议.     

乾隆帝伊犁诗文研究

从曲折的两平准噶尔、平准中的英雄烈士、平定准噶尔的碑文、平准后的善后治理、对伊犁风物的吟咏五个方面,论述乾隆帝关于伊犁的诗文.这些诗文纪实叙事,抒情言志,既可当文学读,更可当史学读,有着鲜明的时代感和深厚的历史感,是我国多民族国家统一、形成和发展的历史见证,是研究乾隆帝与伊犁乃至清代新疆历史不可或缺的宝贵资料,无疑值得我们珍视.     

“伊犁历史文化与社会变迁”学术研讨会在我院隆重召开
