职业指导是当今社会对教育赋予的使命，创业教育是社会发展对教育提出的新的教育要求，创业教育将是职业指导的重要内容。中国社会发展需要创新型人才，我国现阶段创业教育应突出强调转变学生的就业观念，提高学生的创业意识。增强学生的创业能力，鼓励毕业生自主创业，坚持多数人走先就业后创业之路。

Students’ career concerns: challenges facing guidance providers in higher education

The study reported here examined higher education career guidance at the University of Jyväskylä in Finland. In a survey (N = 880), students were asked to describe how much thinking they had done about their future career and forthcoming transition from university to working life. The use of different sources of guidance and counselling service providers was examined from the perspective of a student-centred holistic model of guidance. On the basis of the empirical findings, challenges facing career guidance in higher education are discussed.

The marketization of education in Singapore: prospects for inclusive education

The marketization of education in Singapore has produced features within the regular education system that emphasize school autonomy and competition among schools. While the intention of these initiatives is to foster educational excellence, there is evidence that schools are under increasing pressure to attract students who are assets in terms of contributing to higher rankings in school league tables. At the same time, current government rhetoric claims to emphasize a valuing of difference, the ability to relate to diversity and social cohesion. This paper discusses key features of the marketization of education in Singapore and the associated prospects for inclusive education. It concludes by suggesting several policy changes that are needed before any progress can be made towards a more inclusive education system.     

浅议高职院校就业指导中的思想政治教育

本文从高职院校毕业生就业存在的主要问题出发,结合思想政治教育的特点,提出要把思想政治教育渗透到高职就业指导中,实现就业指导和思想政治教育相结合的转变。     

The Singapore School and the School Excellence Model

Nation', schools in Singapore are now asked to develop themselves into excellent schools. To support this change, the way that schools are being appraised has been changed since 2000. The school today is asked to do self-appraisal using the new School Excellence Model (SEM), which is adapted from a business excellence model. This article discusses the SEM, its major implications to the leadership and management of schools in Singapore and the areas still to be addressed in the implementation of the model. In particular, school leaders should focus on the substance and not the form of the SEM, be systemic in their approach to quality improvement in schools and truly lead the way by being the first believing and practicing member of this movement. 对高校职业指导工作开展的几点思考

在就业形势日益严峻的今天,加强和完善高校职业指导工作对全面推进人才培养模式改革具有重要意义。本文通过对当前高职院校职业指导工作现状进行深入地分析,提出关于教育职能、队伍专业化建设、基础服务、实践教育等方面的思考和建议。     

高校辅导员就业指导工作机制研究——以贵州省高校为例

就业指导是做好就业工作的关键环节,而辅导员正是此环节的一线工作者。从当前辅导员队伍基本状况、辅导员对就业指导工作的认识,就业指导工作开展状况、辅导员就业指导能力培养、辅导员就业指导考核激励措施几方面对贵州省11所高校开展了调查。结果显示,各高校均已开始重视辅导员在就业指导工作中的重要作用,但辅导员就业指导工作机制的建设还不完善。学校应加强重视,建立招录、用人、培养、考核激励一体化的辅导员就业指导机制。     

日本的生计教育

1999年,日本政府开始面向各级各类学校实施新一轮的生计教育改革。具体措施包括:整合和增加课程内容,帮助学生制定职业规划,开展多样的职业支持活动,使产学合作成为正规科目,等等。我们可以从日本生计教育中得到启示,吸取经验。     

Influences of microelectronics on education and training programs and career guidance in Japan

It is the purpose of this article to introduce the influence of current micro-electronic (ME) technology revolution on employment and whole industrial structure as well as guidance and counseling program in Japan. The qualitative impact of ME in Japan has been rapidly changing the job-content and task processing of workers, and further is anticipated to transform the overall employment system and life style of workers. Because of these changes and anticipation, not only education for new skill development but provision of psychological and mental health programs are needed by both workers and managers. Concerning career guidance in schools it is concluded that career guidance workers must realize necessity of their retraining in their professional skills and knowledge, and need to shift the guidance model from matching to career model.     

The development of career guidance and counseling in Taiwan

This paper presents a report on the development of career guidance and counseling services in Taiwan, Republic of China. Based on extensive interviews in 1983 and 1987 with leaders in public and private education, government agencies, and faculty and students in junior colleges and universities, the services currently provided are described as they interface with the educational system. Certain issues emerged from the research which may affect the further development of counseling services in Taiwan; guidelines are offered for addressing these. The issues discussed are: the stigma against counseling; the general resistance to change and the traditionalism of the educational system; the potential conflict between serving national labor needs and developing individual human potential; the stress produced by the educational system itself; the traditional emphasis on testing in schools and colleges; the need to professionalize counselors; and the judicious integration of western perspectives into an indigenous Chinese philosophy of counseling and guidance.     

浅析思政辅导员在大学生职业生涯规划教育中的作用

近年来,中国大学生就业形势持续复杂严峻,针对大学生开展有效的职业生涯规划教育,帮助大学生科学有效地进行职业生涯规划显得尤为重要。高校思政辅导员诸多的角色优势十分有利于其承担开展大学生职业生涯规划教育。因此将职业生涯规划教育与辅导员工作紧密结合,充分发挥辅导员在职业生涯规划教育中的作用,对于提升大学生综合能力及就业能力、职业发展能力有着重要意义。     

浅谈大学生创业教育视角下的就业指导课程改革

创业教育是培养大学生创业能力与综合素质的教育,积极开展创业教育是适应就业形势的变化和就业制度改革深化的必然要求。就业指导课作为目前开展创业教育的主渠道,还存在着课程设置不够合理、师资不够完善等问题。本文从目前存在的问题出发,提出强化创业教育、完善就业指导课程设计的相关措施。
