加入世贸组织(WTO)后，海峡两岸经贸环境与格局将发生新的变化，台湾当局对大陆限制性的经贸政策将被迫进行调整，对未来两岸经济关系的发展将产生重要影响。     

论两岸共同市场的构建及运行中存在的问题

论述两岸共同市场提倡从商品、资本、人员、技术自由流动的角度去整合两岸经贸。对两岸共同市场的相关文献作了简要综述并就构建现状作简要分析,总结出两岸共同市场在运行中存在的主要问题有:大陆和台湾之间的开放度不对等,台湾当局以两岸经济规模不对称为借口,宣称对大陆开放台湾市场会给台湾经济造成严重冲击,长期对大陆实施限制性的经贸政策。通过实证分析,得出台湾当局应该取消对来自大陆出口产品和陆资入台的限制,从共同市场角度去整合两岸经贸的结论。     

析台资企业在大陆响起的积极效应

两岸经贸关系自1979年开始交往以来,经过20余年的发展,已经有了长足的发展。两岸经贸的发展,特别是台资企业在大陆的迅速崛起,在台湾岛内引起了不小的联动效应,如工商企业“投资热”一波胜过一波,民众各界“登陆潮”一浪高过一浪,朝野党团推动两岸“三通”前仆后继,台湾当局“戒急用忍”戒不住两岸经济融合等。随着祖国大陆经济的进一步发展,随着两岸人民的密切往来和经济的更加融合,台湾同胞最终会在事关台湾前途的重大问题上做出正确抉择。     

大陆配偶在台工作权受限之非正当性研究

随着两岸通婚不断发展,赴台的大陆配偶人数已相当可观.由于台湾当局人为设置障碍,大陆配偶在台缺失“合法”身份和学历,其工作权的行使处处受限.台湾当局针对大陆配偶规定了不同于外籍配偶的“入籍”条件,与国际公约之人权平等不符;其制约对大陆配偶高校学历的采认悖逆了世界发展的趋势;其明文限制大陆配偶的工作权利更是人格歧视,大陆配偶工作权的保障亟待两岸官方、民间团体及各界人士继续努力,通过不断加深两岸交流和相互了解,以期逐步修正台湾当局违背人权公约的歧视性规定.

两岸建立CEPA构想的初步分析 入世之后的两岸经贸必须要在遵守多边规则的基础上建立双边关系。过去基于一国基础上的大陆对港澳台地区的特殊优惠待遇，必须通过WTO框架中的自由贸易协议（FTA）来维续，这就是CEPA产生的原因。尽快与大陆启动贸易自由化和便利化的商谈，构建建制性的贸易协议从根本上符合台湾经济发展的最大利益。
