具有速度阈值的汽车油门误踩机械锁止装置设计

为了防止驾驶员在紧急制动时误踩油门踏板,通过分析正常和紧急两种情况下,油门踏板被踩过程中的瞬时速度区别,设计了一种具有速度阈值的油门踏板误踩锁止装置.装置运用离心式离合器的锁止原理,即驾驶员在正常加速时,油门踏板被踩踏的速度较低,装置不锁止;而油门被误踩时速度较大,装置中的锁止机构工作,使油门踏板及时锁止,进而防止油门踏板被踩下,有效地防止误踩事故的发生,提高行车的安全性.通过对设计系统实物进行测试,实验表明装置能满足误踩油门情况下的及时锁止功能,与以往的误踩油门系统相比,可靠性和准确性均有较大提高.     

汽车制动油门与小盲区后视系统的探讨

汽车需紧急制动时,由于驾驶员紧张错踩油门踏板,触发制动油门电路系统起控,油门踏板就具有紧急刹车的功能。为使倒车安全,设置视觉盲区小的射频、视频汽车倒车的后视系统。且利用摄像机聚焦原理实现简单的后车距太近的告警功能。     

基于单片机的汽车防误踩油门安全系统

为有效地减少或避免因油门误踩而引起的交通事故,最大限度地保证驾驶员和车辆的交通安全,该系统以STM32单片机作为主控制器,包括电源模块、稳压电路、电子油门踏板装置、语音模块、超声波测距模块、mpu6050(陀螺仪+加速度)模块、车灯转向模块和车体部分。通过电子油门踏板来控制汽车前进的动力,实现系统防止刹车误踩、与前方物体接近速度过大报警、车灯转向等功能,弥补了目前汽车市场上油门踏板独立运行和车灯固定的缺陷。本系统具有耐用性强、灵活性好、安全系数高、方便升级的特点,并且可安装在不同品牌的汽车上,有助于保证驾驶员的安全性。     

手动紧急制动辅助控制系统的设计

针对在紧急情况下本应踩制动踏板但因紧张而误踩油门的问题,分析了误踩油门的原因,汽车制动时车轮的受力,汽车制动时车轮的运行情况,以及制动的影响因素,引入了ABS防抱死制动系统的控制过程。因ABS制动系统工作条件的局限性,提出了紧急手制动辅助系统的设计,在设计中考虑了安装紧急制动辅助控制系统的操作方便性、经济性和安全性。车辆安装了流系统以后,当遇到紧急情况时,用手扳动开关即可对汽车进行与脚踩制动踏板相同的制动,从而减少一些误踩油门的交通事故。
