走过青春的叛逆

邻居家的小亮,初中毕业没多久,就开始了打工生涯.那天,我在一家网吧门口碰到他,原本那样一个清秀的小男孩,如今把头发染成了金黄色,烫了很夸张的发型.围在他身边的几个男孩,也都叼着香烟,戴着耳环,穿磨破了很多洞的牛仔裤,在女生面前极力摆酷. 小亮偶一回头,目光和我相遇,立刻涨红着脸,叫了声“阿姨”.那一刻的他,刹那间还原了纯真的面目.这些大人眼里所谓的“坏孩子”,正处在青春的叛逆期,为了向世界宣告他们的成长,于是夸张,于是另类,我在心里感叹着,也原谅着,因为,谁的青春不曾叛逆呢?

从公厕的修建到大粪主义

中国古代,对于人的排泄问题,其实很看重,庄稼一枝花,全靠粪当家,农村的人,一粪一溺,都浪费不得,要肥自家的田。因此,无论马桶也罢,厕所也罢,总而言之最后都要沤了肥田,所谓肥水不落外人田,就是这个意思,如果出门来不及回家方便,粪便掉在别人家地里,无论如何都会有点懊悔,特别敬业的,往往会找个家什捧回来。南方大一点的集镇,也有人建公厕,这种公厕,跟公益无关,属于私人的赢利事业,用来专门收集赶集人的粪便,然后卖给农民。当然,对于赶集的农民,一般都指望不上,但是对于那些走街串巷的艺人、手艺人和商人,却也是个便利。一些坐商,在买卖商品之余,卖点白拣的粪便,也是小补。     

一路走去

网上招生数据标准化接口系统的设计与实现

高校招生数据的发布是高校招生工作及学校教学管理工作的一项基础性数据准备工作,由于各部门对数据格式要求的不一致,加上手工参与数据处理过程,导致新生数据发布存在一定的混乱及与原始数据的不一致的问题,为此研究并设计一套符合高校招生系统与学校教务系统之间的数据标准化接口软件,来优化数据管理流程,减少手工参与,科学、高效地完成学校基础数据的收集与管理,按各部门需求,自动、灵活导出规定格式数据,最终实现招生数据快速、准确地提供给学校相关职能部门。     

USING OLD SOCIOECONOMIC DATA FOR DEFINING NORM GROUPS

Socioeconomic data for communities are often used to define norm samples for tests. Standardization of the tests frequently occurs several years after the socioeconomic data are collected. Are the socioeconomic data sufficiently stable to be useful several years after they have been collected? To help answer this question, correlations were obtained between 1950 and 1960 census data for three socioeconomic variables for a sample of 200 communities. The socioeconomic data for 1950 and 1960 correlated approximately .90, indicating a high degree of relative stability over a 10-year period. It was concluded that old socioeconomic data are useful for defining norm samples.     

Sensitivity Analysis of Multiple Informant Models When Data Are Not Missing at Random

Missing data are common in studies that rely on multiple informant data to evaluate relationships among variables for distinguishable individuals clustered within groups. Estimation of structural equation models using raw data allows for incomplete data, and so all groups can be retained for analysis even if only 1 member of a group contributes data. Statistical inference is based on the assumption that data are missing completely at random or missing at random. Importantly, whether or not data are missing is assumed to be independent of the missing data. A saturated correlates model that incorporates correlates of the missingness or the missing data into an analysis and multiple imputation that might also use such correlates offer advantages over the standard implementation of SEM when data are not missing at random because these approaches could result in a data analysis problem for which the missingness is ignorable. This article considers these approaches in an analysis of family data to assess the sensitivity of parameter estimates and statistical inferences to assumptions about missing data, a strategy that could be easily implemented using SEM software.     

Effects of a data use intervention on educators’ use of knowledge and skills

Data use is increasingly considered to be important for school improvement. One promising strategy for implementing data use in schools is the data team intervention. Data teams consist of teachers and members of the school leadership team, who collaboratively analyze and use data to solve an education-related problem at the school. This mixed-methods study aims at measuring the effects of working in a data team on the application of data use in ten secondary schools by using questionnaires and case study interviews. The results show that at the end of the intervention period, educators on the data teams did not apply data use more often for accountability actions, but seemed to be more aware of data use for school development and instruction. Furthermore, it seemed that the teachers made a start at applying data use for instructional actions.     

Data use by teachers: the impact of motivation,decision-making style,supportive relationships and reflective capacity

There is a growing expectation that schools should systematically collect and analyse data as a point of departure for decisions. However, research shows that teachers themselves are less convinced that they need to base their decisions on data, as they mainly rely on their intuition and experience. This article examines the extent to which teachers use data as a source of information for decisions at classroom level and what motivates them to use these data. We will also look at what impact the teacher’s decision-making style, supportive relationships and the reflective capacity of the school team have on teachers’ motivation for using data. Our research data was collected by means of an online survey of 408 teachers in 52 primary schools in Flanders. The results demonstrate that the quality of teachers’ motivation for using data is a key element in promoting data use in schools. Teachers who feel autonomously motivated will make greater use of data than teachers with a controlled motivation. We found that the use of a rational decision-making style by teachers, supportive relationships within the school and the reflective capacity of the school team all lead to an increase in teachers’ autonomous motivation for using data.     

综合型网络安全体系数据密钥的研究与设计

基于“一张表”平台推动面向高校教师的数据治理实践

为解决高校数据治理问题,文章首先对数据治理的定义、高校数据治理对象及其治理思路进行了分析,并引入面向高校教师的数据治理平台——"一张表"平台。随后,文章介绍了"一张表"平台的功能框架与功能特点,从数据同步、处理、采集、管理、反馈、控制等角度探讨了平台对教师数据治理的推动机制,并分析了平台对教师数据治理流程的重构。最后,文章介绍了"一张表"平台的数据治理成效,发现平台完善了数据资产、治理了难点数据、提升了数据质量,能有效地推动高校教师数据治理的实施。     

数据挖掘在检疫实验室CRM中的应用研究

数据仓库技术是决策支持系统处理中的核心技术,是CRM中数据挖掘和决策分析的基础。数据挖掘是一个利用各种分析工具在海量数据中发现模型和数据问关系的过程,这些模型和关系可以用来做出预测。本文意在通过对数据仓库的概念及设计入手,设计一个在检验检疫实验室CRM中进行数据挖掘的星型模型。     

非对称通信网络中易变数据的广播调度

Recent advances in wireless sensor networks and GPS have made constantly-evolving data a new type of data which bring a new challenge to traditional data processing methods. Data broadcasting is an effective means for data dissemination in asymmetric communication networks, such as wireless networks. In this paper, definition of the mean uncertainty ratio of data is presented and a broadcasting scheme is proposed for constantly-evolving data dissemination. Simulation results show that the scheme can reduce the uncertainty of the broadcasted constantly-evolving data effectively at the cost of minor increase in data access time, in the case of no transmission error, transmission errors present, and multiple broadcast channels. As a result it benefits the qualities of the query results based on the data.
