体育专业女生体操普修课教学改革探讨

根据体育专业女生的特点和中学体操教学现状,就女生体操普修课在教学目标与要求、教学内容、教学方法、与手段、考试方案、加强学生师范素质的培养等方面如何改革进行了大胆的尝试。     

体操普修课教学改革的研究与实践

体操普修课作为体育教育专业的主干课程，对学生专业知识的形成与发展，对全面提高学生能力有着十分重要作用．在计划经济时期并受竞技运动体育思想影响的我系体操普修课教学；已无法适应新时期市场经济体制下的学校体育改革与发展对体育专业人才素质的要求．本次体操普修课的教学改革；通过优选体操教材内容，合理教材比例结构，优化教学方法手段、体操教学模式，取得了良好的效果．     

影视技艺在高校公修课教学中的作用

影视技艺是当今最受欢迎的信息传播媒体，特别是近二、三十年间随着电影、电视、照相机、VCD、电脑、幻灯机、投影仪和网络等传播媒介的兴起和广泛普及，使影视文化传播的速度大大地超过了以往任何信息传播方式。因此，在高校公修课教学中加强影视技艺的跨学科包容性．影视技艺的文化包容性和影视技艺的受众包容性等教学手段的学习，将有利于培养出适应21世纪现代化建设需要的社会主义新人。     

“思维导图”在小学英语单词教学中的作用

单词作为英语学习中的基础环节,要做好单词教学工作。在教学设计中要从帮助学生掌握知识点出发,运用好思维导图教学法,在综合学生特点的基础上来做好教学设计,确保教学的针对性。只有发挥出思维导图的作用,才能更好地开展教学指导。基于此,针对在小学英语单词教学中运用思维导图进行了简要阐述,并提出几点个人看法,仅供参考。

本文通过文献资料法和专家访谈法详细地阐述了小场地足球比赛训练法所具有的特点及其作用,小场地比赛训练法对足球普修课教学中的作用进行了研究,结果表明:小场地比赛训练法的运用不但能够充分利用有限的时间和较狭窄的空间,还能更好的挖掘学生的潜力,激发学生的积极性,促进学生对技战术、技能水平的掌握。

论高职酒店管理专业形体课教学的改革与创新

通过对我校酒店管理专业体育教学改革实践的总结、分析,提出高职院校酒店管理专业形体课教学改革应根据学生劳动就业的需要,从职业发展和个性需求出发,结合现代礼仪进行教学,注重培养学生的职业综合能力,为学生未来的职业生涯打下良好的身心素质基础,为社会培养综合素质优良的高级技能人才。     

Democratization of secondary education in Malaysia: Emerging problems and challenges of educational reform

The democratization of education in Malaysia has come a long way since the early 1960s. In the early 1990s, the government decided to democratize secondary education in order to widen formal access to secondary education, especially at the upper secondary level. It is the contention of this paper that the widening of formal access to education may not lead to real access to education if effective measures are not put in place. It is also the contention of this paper that the democratization of education that leads to the massification of education or mass education should not be at the expense of educational quality and excellence if it wants to have a more significant impact on the actual outcomes of schooling. This paper is divided into two parts. The first part provides the background information on educational expansion that stems from the democratization of secondary education such as enrolment rates, number of schools and teachers as well as organizational adjustments. The second part examines the problems and challenges of the democratization of secondary education in relation to issues such as diverse needs of students, disciplinary problems, school dropouts, urban and rural disparity, preferential policy and educational quality and excellence. All these issues have an impact on the desirable outcomes of the democratization of secondary education as far as real access to education as well as equality and quality of education are concerned.

本文从培养工程应用型人才的角度,结合我校的具体情况,探讨了VB．Net课程设计改革。主要介绍了我校VB．Net课程设计内容的改革思路,从课程设计的作用、内容、组织、工作安排和考核等多个方面说明了我校课程设计在近年来所做的探索和研究工作。     

Teacher professionalism in educational reform: the experiences of Hong Kong and Shanghai

Beginning in the 1990s, the education departments of Hong Kong and Shanghai began to actively initiate reform with a focus on the quality of education. In reviewing the implementation of educational reform in these two societies, we found that Hong Kong teachers tended to only adopt those policies which they felt were beneficial for students' learning, whereas Shanghai teachers tended to conform more to the state's requirements. Teachers in Hong Kong strongly expressed their frustration over the intensification of their work, while teachers in Shanghai seldom expressed disagreement over the state initiatives. Concerning the meaning of teacher professionalism, teachers in Hong Kong were more able than their counterparts in Shanghai to develop their own interpretations. However, at the same time, teachers' work in Hong Kong was still being monitored by the emerging schooling market, while the work of Shanghai teachers was monitored by the state. Teachers' work in both societies can be interpreted as ‘confined professionalism’. In addition, in both of the two societies teachers' awareness of their professionalism was comparatively weak. Further empowerment in this area is needed.     

关于师范专科院校古代汉语课程教学改革的探索与构想

《古代汉语》课是师范类中文专业学生的一门重要的专业基础课。由于课程内容涉及面广,难度大,历史时间跨度大。其实用性不能立时显现。加之近年来社会就业压力的不断增大,学生对该课程的重视程度大大减弱。使《古代汉语）课程教学走入瓶颈。笔者结合自己所在学校特点以及教学体会,就《古代汉语》课程教学改革提出了一些看法。希望能与古代汉语教学同仁共同探讨,以期提高教学效果。     

试论在新形势下体育教育专业田径课程教学改革

随着我国学校教育中素质教育的不断推进，我国体育课程发生较大变化。体育课程的改革对体育教师提出了新的要求。体育专业院校作为培养体育教师的摇篮，为了培养出适应新时期合格的体育教师，必须进行课程教学改革，以适应新时期人才培养目标的要求。本文从分析目前体育专业院校田径课程中存在的问题入手，从教学观念、教学内容、教学方法、考核办法等几个方面进行改革，以达到培养出“宽专业、厚基础、高素质、强能力”的人才。     

高校思想政治理论课与中学政治课新课改衔接的思考

大学生思想政治理论课和中学思想品德课、思想政治课有内在的密切联系和递进关系。中学政治课新课改对高校思想政治理论课教学有积极的推动作用,高校思想政治理论课在教学理念、教学内容、教学方法、能力培养上和中学新课改相衔接并且有所创新,才能让大学生思想政治理论课成为大学生"真心喜欢、终身受益"的课程。

Using social theory in educational research: a practical guide

In Flanders, action research as a means of enhancing quality in initial teacher training and in teaching practice is not as widespread as in some of the neighbouring countries. In this article the authors argue for trainees and qualified teachers setting up and conducting research in their teaching practice. Rather than perceiving this as an additional assignment for the parties involved, this is put forward as an inherent part of the profession, just as it is the general medical practitioner’s duty to keep up with the latest scientific developments, implement new approaches, and confer and exchange experiences with confreres. The authors suggest that such an approach could contribute to a stronger tie between theory and practice in teacher training itself, and to a reinforcement of the knowledge basis in the teacher training curriculum and the teaching profession. They discuss how research can be conceived in the teacher training curriculum and subsequent professional setting, and propose establishing a narrow link between action research and the learning cycle intrinsic to experiential learning. The article draws on the authors’ experiences at the Department of Teacher Training of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (Free University of Brussels), where action research is a compulsory subject in the curriculum.
