MPA教育工程化初探

MPA教育应朝工程化方向发展 ,其内涵是以应用性教学科目和实践性课堂教育为主导 ,实现教学过程技术化和教学评估系统化。MPA教育的基本框架是“一门技术 ,二个领域 ,三个基础 ,四个层次”。实现 MPA教育工程化 ,必须强化角色模拟法、实习教学、案例教学、挂职锻炼等教学方法和教学环节     

MPA教育人才培养模式的实践探索与改革深化

本文立足于建立凸显专业特色、符合时代要求、体现地方院校实际的人才培养模式,结合专业学位教育的特点和河北大学MPA教育的实践,在借鉴国内外高校MPA教育发展经验的基础上,从办学指导理念的确立、师资队伍建设、教学内容安排、教学方式选择、教学研究与交流、实践基地建设等方面进行了深入探索,并对深化MPA教育改革提出了相关建议。     

采取有效措施突出MPA人才培养特色

1999年5月国务院学位委员会正式批准在中国设立公共管理硕士专业学位(Master of Public Administration,简称MPA),并于2001年10月进行首次MPA联考,招收MPA学生2500人.为了适应新世纪对MPA人才培养的要求,我国的MPA人才培养必须体现出自身的特色.MPA人才培养的突出要求是复合型、应用型、高层次.复合型的要求主要表现在MPA人才的知识结构上,要具有深厚、系统的基本理论知识,扎实、广泛的人文基础知识,必要的、基本的理工知识,宽厚、广博的专业知识.应用型的要求主要表现在MPA人才的能力上,要具有较强的语言文字处理能力,熟练的计算机操作能力,较强的调查、统计分析能力.高层次的要求主要表现在MPA人才素质上,要具有政治思想和伦理道德素质、业务素质和优良的身心素质.在"十五"期间,为了突出MPA人才培养的复合型、应用型、高层次要求,我们认为应采取以下一些主要措施.     

浅谈MPA教育

追溯MPA教育的产生、发展过程，阐述了MPA教育的基本框架，并由MPA教育的世界影响而探讨其对中国的影响和作用。     

MPA教育特色凸显:公共性、应用性和跨学科性

MPA作为培养新型公共管理精英人才专业硕士学位,其核心竞争力主要体现在三个方面:1．理解公共性是MPA教育的本质;2．应用性是公共管理教育的归宿;3．跨学科性是公共管理实践的需求。MPA教育必须始终围绕这一教学理念,贯穿到教学的全过程,凸显其培养高层次公共管理精英的特色和优势。     

加强公共管理学科建设 推动MPA教育健康发展

公共管理硕士(MPA)教育既有自身的特殊要求,也要遵从研究生教育的普遍规律。因此,MPA教育要健康发展,必须以学科建设为基础。本文提出加强公共管理学科建设应做好以下几方面工作:①明确学科定位和办学指导思想。②明确具有特色的学科方向。③将学科队伍建设摆在关键位置。④促进教学、科研、咨询协调发展。⑤重视基本办学条件建设。     

基于“四方关系”的MPA教育信息化模式的构建

MPA教育所涉及的MPA教师、MPA教育管理者、MPA学员、MPA学员所在单位之间的"四方不对称的复杂关系"成为构建MPA教育信息化模式的逻辑起点。从这一逻辑关系出发,借助Web服务技术的特性,构建适合并有助于提高MPA教育质量的MPA信息化教育模式。     

中国MPA教育与公务员职业嵌入机制研究

认为MPA教育所提供的职业化训练是实现公务员职业化的必要条件.中国MPA教育与公务员职业化之间存在一定隔离,在分析其成因的基础上首次提出并分析了"MPA教育公务员职业嵌入"概念,即通过制度设计强化MPA教育与公务员职业的相关性,并就其配套政策进行了分析和建议.     

广东高校MPA教育与人才开发

MPA人才培养以其复合型、应用型的人才培养模式、科学的课程体系、理论与实践并重的教学方法,为培养和提高广东公共部门干部队伍的素质能力,提供了一条有效途径。MPA人才培养与我国公共部门人力资源能力建设的目标相匹配,相比其他人才开发模式具有独特优势。广东MPA人才开发应把握历史机遇,围绕为广东经济社会发展服务的宗旨,创新培养模式,优化培养过程,在实践中进一步进行"纵""横"两方面"先行先试"的探索与改革。     

我国MPA教育的现状及思考

MPA是一种注重应用与实践的专业学位研究生教育。近年来我国MPA教育取得了很大的发展,但在人才培养定位、办学模式、课程设置等方面与国外先进的MPA教育相比仍然存在一定的差距。在借鉴西方MPA教育先进办学经验的基础上积极采取措施,可以全面推进我国MPA教育的发展,即政府要加大对MPA教育的投入,大力开展MPA师资队伍建设,尝试建立双导师制;在课程设置上,要坚持应用性,兼顾理论性,强调实践能力的培养;在形式上要灵活多样,以创新我国的MPA教学模式。

The Reader Response Approach to Teaching of English Literature

During interview with English majors, it was found that a majority of students expressed disappointment with their experience of English literature classes. Students' dislike of learning English literature appears to be the major problem of teaching English literature in China. Reader response approach is a good way to solve this problem. In this paper, I explain the rationale behind the reader response approach, such as its origin, definition, features, assumptions, and strategies. Then I illustrate how reader response approach works as a teaching strategy by presenting several teaching models. At last I evaluate its usefuiness for teachers and present the advantages of reader response approach in Chinese context.
