应用薄层扫描法测定孩儿茶中消旋儿茶素的含量，方法简便，重现性好，结果准确。在4．0－8．0μg/ml范围内呈线性关系，r=0．9992。回收率为99．6％－102．8％，RSD为1．2％－4．2％。     

干部眼中的2004～2005中国社会形势

领导干部对2004年中国社会形势的总体评价是：8．4％的人认为“非常好”，60．7％的人认为“比较好”，22．4％人认为“一般”．75％的人认为“不太好”，另外有0．9％的人表示“说不清”。认为“非常好”和“比较好”的合计占69.1％。值得重视的是，与前两年的调查相比，领导干部对2004年社会形势的评价要低一些。根据“非常好”和“比较好”两者合计所占比例，东部沿海地区干部(71．5％)高于中部地区干部68.9％和西部地区干部(66．7％)。

在硅胶高效薄层色谱板上，采用双波长薄层扫描法测定了牛黄解毒丸中大黄素的含量．本法快速简便，方法可靠，重现性好，平均回收率为98．93％，变异系数为0．72％．     

莒县124家饮食单位餐饮具消毒现状调查

目的：了解莒县餐饮业餐具消毒现状．方法：统一培训人员，依据《GB14934—94食饮具消毒卫生标准》进行监测．结果：大型餐饮业餐具消毒合格率为84．4％，中型为64．2％，小型包括饮食摊点为35．4％，小型饮食单位消毒设施差，无良好保洁设施．     

植酸盐乳液对荔枝保鲜效果的探讨

本研究植酸及其钠、钾盐对荔枝果实的保鲜效果试验。结果表明，用量为0．2％植酸钠或钾盐、0．1％多菌灵的溶液经0．5％的油酸钠或海藻酸钠乳化后浸泡当天采的荔枝果实15至30秒，室温晾干，用聚乙烯薄膜袋包封。在日均气温29℃至33℃，相对湿度64％至88％之间变化的第七天内，荔枝果色保鲜率平均为95．36％，空白试验则为75．8％，随后的5天日均气温为26．8℃之间变化的第七天内，荔枝果色保鲜率平均为95．36％，空白试验则为75．8％。随后的5天日均气温为26．8℃至31．4℃，相对湿度72％至79％，则荔枝果色保鲜率平均达到77．3％，空白试验则为0。经此试验的荔枝果实，好果果壳仍呈鲜红色，果肉完整，鲜甜味不变。     

应用AFS-2202E型双道原子荧光光度计测定化妆品中微量汞

应用AFS-2202E型双道原子荧光光谱法研究了化妆品中汞的测定技术，用温式催化法消化样品，样品处理好后，以KBH42％为还原剂，5％HCI为载流溶液，在优化工作条件下测定汞，汞的最低检出量为0．0125μg／L．用此方法测定化妆品的汞，灵敏度高，准确度好，结果满意．     

双波长分光光度法测定油菜蜂花粉中总黄酮的含量

介绍了一种双波长分光光度法，应用于测定油菜蜂花粉中的总黄酮含量，测定波长510nm，参比波长584nm，平均回收率98．2％，RSD=1．23％(n=5)．结果表明，青海产油菜蜂花粉中总黄酮平均含量为3.22％．该方法稳定可靠，重现性好．     

HPLC法测定果脯佛手中甘草苷和甘草酸的含量

目的：建立用高效液相色谱法同时测定果脯佛手中甘草苷和甘草酸含量的方法．方法：采用LiChmspher RP—C18色谱柱，以乙腈-水（1．2％甲酸）为流动相，梯度洗脱，检测波长254nm．结果：甘草苷在0．21-3．15μg范围内呈良好的线性关系，回归方程为Y=1053．9644X-0．0528（r=0．9999），平均回收率为99．7％，RSD为1．72％（n=9），重复性RSD为0．14％；甘草酸铵在0．25—6．25μg范围内呈良好的线性关系，回归方程为Y=1311．3875X-14．3144（r=0．9998），平均回收率为100．8％，RSD为1．31％（n=9），重复性RSD为0．40％．结论：方法操作简便，结果可靠，重现性好．     

高效薄层双波长扫描．法测定青风藤中青藤碱的含量

采用高效薄层色谱双波长扫描法对青风藤中青藤碱的含量进行了测定，此法简便快速，重现性好，稳定性高，数据可靠，平均回率为99．77％，变异系数为1．28％。     

从心理健康测查的局部看心理健康教育

本研究采用周步成（MHT-RC）问卷，对青海省海南州的1500名中小学生，进行心理健康问卷测查。结果表明：（1）心理健康的学生占总被试的81．87％。其中，民族生和普通生，分别占35．18％和64．8％。（2）心理不健康的学生占总被试的18．13％。其中，民族生和普通生，分别占62．87％和37．13％，总之，心理健康的学生占绝大多数。并且心理健康水平，初中生好于小学生，小学生好于高中生：而普通生又好于民族生。但心理不健康的学生客观存在，尤其是民族生和高中生比率较高。笔者对此提出理性思考。

The Reader Response Approach to Teaching of English Literature

During interview with English majors, it was found that a majority of students expressed disappointment with their experience of English literature classes. Students' dislike of learning English literature appears to be the major problem of teaching English literature in China. Reader response approach is a good way to solve this problem. In this paper, I explain the rationale behind the reader response approach, such as its origin, definition, features, assumptions, and strategies. Then I illustrate how reader response approach works as a teaching strategy by presenting several teaching models. At last I evaluate its usefuiness for teachers and present the advantages of reader response approach in Chinese context.
