关于失地农民医疗保障制度的思考

我国工业化和城市化进程的加速发展催生了“失地农民“这一特殊群体,随着我国城市化水平的不断提高,失地农民的数量还将急剧增加.而当前失地农民的医疗保障问题越来越突出,主要表现为缺乏相应的医疗保障制度.因此,针对失地农民这一特殊群体,构建广覆盖、多层次、多形式的医疗保障制度尤为必要,该制度应当包括医疗保险金的筹集、监管、医疗保障制度的模式以及具体实施办法、医疗服务的管理等相关内容.     

我国应急物流的现状及对策思考

应急物流是物流体系中一个新的门类,是以提供突发性自然灾害、突发性公共事件等突发性事件所需应急物资为目的．以追求时间效益最大化和灾害损失最小化为目标的特种物流活动。本文从应急物流的内涵与特点入手,分析了我国应急物流体系存在的主要问题,并对加强我国应急物流保障机制和应急物流体系的发展提出了对策与建议。     

Enhancing quality: Listening to participant voices to improve our Master's program in special education

Newly inducted special education teachers must be well-prepared to address changes in today's schools, including increased student diversity, implementation of tiered systems of support, and the need for increased collaboration with general education teachers and specialists. The purpose of this qualitative study was to develop and implement a data-based continual improvement approach to identify the strengths of our special education Master's program and address changes needed to ensure that graduates are ready to engage with the demands of their chosen profession. Using data gathered from 24 recent graduates and 20 field mentors, we describe our model and what we have done with our results over two years. An important finding is that our students greatly value the relationships they form during the program and the relationships the faculty model, and participants attribute our graduates' skills in collaboration to our program's modeling of collaborative processes and positive relationships. Implications for effective approaches to continuous improvement of special education teacher preparation programs are discussed.     

一种改进的特征提取模型及其算法

在已有支持向量机的特征提取模型的基础上,通过引入一个向量函数,使原有的模型得到进一步改进,从而大大降低了问题的规模.文中给出了一种模拟退火算法求解得到的模型.该算法在传统的模拟退火算法的基础上增加了局部极小化和Markov链长度调整过程.     

Beyond the far too incessant schism: special education and the social model of disability

Special education critics' vigorous appraisals of the social model of disability, along with their analysis of its implications for special education, provide a valuable forum for meaningful dialogue about how educators are to understand the nature of disability. In this article, we offer our response to their recent articles. As advocates of the social model, we find their critiques intriguing, at moments a bit provocative, but more importantly we find in their work an opportunity to advance beyond the far too incessant schism between those who support the medical model of disability and those who endorse its alternatives.

河南省特殊学校职业教育的调查与思考

为把我校对全省特殊教育骨干教师的跟踪培训工作做好,同时也为了更好地了解我省特殊教育学校的师资配备情况,进而促进我省特殊教育事业的发展,2003年5月联合河南省教育厅基础教育处开展了对全省特殊教育学校师资状况的全面调查。通过调查,摸清了我省特殊学校的师资现状,并且提出了当代特殊教育教师应该具备的素质结构。

A Cross-Reference Method for Nonlinear Time Series Analysis in Semi-Blind Case

本文提出一种交互参考方法，用于半盲情况下非线性时间序列的分析，这时描述该序列的动力学方程形式已知而相应的参数未知．通常是分别完成的噪声抑制和参数估计这２个任务在这里被组合在一起迭代完成．由于２个处理模块间的积极相互作用，该方法可获得更好的性能．以前的一些分析方法可以看作是这一处理框架的特例．将其用于含噪声混沌时间序列的分析，实验结果表明了该方法对性能的显著改善．     

论目前中国温室气体CO2的排放及对策

根据目前中国刚刚加入WTO这一非常时期及人口、资源、生态环境的矛盾和发展趋势，针对现时的温室气体CO2的排放现状，提出了改善和解决这一问题的相应对策和建议。     

以法学研究者为主要对象的学科化服务模式探析

我国高校特殊需要学生体育教育三种模式的分析与审视--基于生命关怀的理念

全球普遍重视人权的呼声使大学中特殊需要学生的数量逐年增加,调查与资料分析结果表明,目前我国大学特殊需要学生的体育教育存在诸多问题,现行的三种模式并不能真正实现帮助每一个学生发展的体育教育目标。指出特殊体育教育的发展,应在重视对个体生命关怀的前提下,从政策法规、课程设计、援助系统等方面进行全面的改革。

研究者对常州市武进区特殊教育学校培智数学教学进行反思,认为学校现有课程缺少数学活动课.查阅了国内有影响的特殊教育刊物,并在网上搜索,未发现特殊教育机构进行培智数学活动课的研究,故该校从2010年起,以课题的形式对此进行了研究,并有了一些思考.

随着特殊教育事业的不断发展 ,世界各国都在推行融合教育。本文比较了美国、日本和中国大陆地区在融合教育的对象、模式、教学准备、师资培养和培训以及其它方面的异同点 ,可以看到 ,我们在一些方面的工作还有待深化 ,为此可借鉴日本和美国的经验、做法 ,把工作做得更好     

Beliefs von Studierenden sonder- und grundschulpädagogischer Studiengänge

The implementation of inclusion in schools currently requires new reflections of competence profiles of the teachers involved. Especially in elementary school, which can so far be considered as the most developed institution of inclusive schooling in Germany, questions of differences in the profiles of elementary and special education teachers have been raised. As professional skills also have motivational and volitional aspects, a beliefs model (domain overlapping) was developed based on the construction of the TEDS-M research project, which aims to study specific special educational beliefs. Using a quantitative questionnaire designed in the context of a corresponding preliminary investigation a three-factor-solution for mapping a special supportive belief profile among student teachers and teachers in the field of elementary and special education was tested. Initially this profile model was confirmed by the results of a subsequent analysis based on a nationwide sample of elementary school and special education students (N = 951). In addition to these findings different manifestations of the beliefs model could be identified among student teachers for elementary schools and student teachers for special education.
