青少年心理应激的运动干预效应研究

借助多元方差分析方法,对不同性别、层次、学校类型和生源地中学生的心理应激进行身体锻炼干预效应研究。研究结果表明：（1）不同锻炼强度下,对照组中,男女生和初高中组,实验前后差异不显著,实验组中,中小强度锻炼组实验前后差异显著,大强度锻炼组实验前后差异不显著;（2）相同锻炼强度下,实验前女生的心理应激水平高于男生,但差异不显著,而实验后男生的心理应激水平高于女生,差异显著;重点学校学生的心理应激水平显著高于非重点学校学生;城市中学生的心理应激高于乡镇中学生的心理应激;高中生所承受的心理应激显著大于初中生,毕业学生的心理应激显著高于非毕业学生的心理应激,不管是初中学生,还是高中学生,都是三年级学生的心理应激水平最大,其次是一年级和二年级学生,且相互间的差异都达到显著水平。     

普通高校新生身体素质潜力的研究

通过对两个年级新生的实验教学总结，阐述了根据学生的心理生理的特征，如何采用弹性‘分档浮动’的教学方法和考核方式，以激发学生对体育学习的兴趣。     

扬州市民工子弟心理健康的调查研究

采用MSSMHS对扬州市一所民工子弟学校214名中学生进行施测。结果发现：男女生在所有因子项及总体平均分无显著性差异;各年级在偏执、敌对、心理平衡性三个因子项平均分存在显著性或极显著性差异。男女生心理健康水平没有差异,七年级学生心理健康水平不如八、九年级学生。     

高职学生心理弹性研究

利用心理弹性量表,对某高职学院的在校二年级300名学生进行了心理弹性的生源地、性别和独生子女等三个方面的调查。统计结果显示:高职学生的心理坚韧和心理乐观在是否是独生子女和性别上存在差异;在生源地的问题上,城市和农村学生的心理乐观维度存在差异。结论:性别、城乡和是否是独生子女是影响大学生心理弹性的因素。     

体育教学与学生体育现状需要之对比研究

章采用综合调查统计的方法,对不民层次、年级、年龄学生的体育心理、体育现状、体育需要进行了较为全面的了解和对比分析,探讨和寻找解决学校体育教学与学生体育需要之间不相适应的状况,提出如何进行和强化学生体育运动的意识、兴趣和习惯,为终身体育奠定基础。     

要重视接近青春期孩子的心理疏导

六年级学生已渐渐走近青春,他们精力旺盛,体力充沛,更活跃的还是他们的思想。如果缺乏正确的教育和引导,就可能走向心理误区。因而,在六年级抓教学质量的同时,不能忽视学生良好心理个性的培养,不能忽略青春期的心理疏导。一、勤观察,早发现,因势利导,稳定躁动的情绪班主任在日常工作中要细心观察学生,通过学生细微的变化,及早发现不好的苗头。进入六年级,我发现学生在学校呆不住,他们最怕、最烦被留校,     

内蒙古师范大学学生心理健康状况及教育对策

为了了解师范大学学生的心理状况,笔者采用了SCL—90对内蒙古师范大学学生的心理状况进行多项指标的测验。共采用年级和性别两种变量进行双因素研究。结果显示:师大学生存在不同程度的心理健康问题。年级之间存在显著差异,性别之间也存在显著差异,且二者交互作用显著。     

对不同年级大学生体育态度的比较研究

采用心理测量法,对大学一年级和三年级学生的体育态度进行了测量和比较,发现体育活动促进身心健康得到学生普遍认可。大学生体育态度有明显的性别主效应,表现为男生更注重社交、追求刺激,女生更注重审美。跨年级学生体育态度纵向比较显示,大学三年级学生体育态度不及一年级学生积极。     

浅谈初二学生心理特征及管理
