In this paper, the leader-following consensus problem of general linear multi-agent systems without direct access to real-time state is investigated. A novel observer-based event-triggered tracking consensus control scheme is proposed. In the control scheme, a distributed observer is designed to estimate the relative full states, which are used in tracking consensus protocol to achieve overall consensus. And an event-triggered mechanism with estimated state-dependent event condition is adopted to update the control signals so as to reduce unnecessary data communication. Based on the Lyapunov theorem and graph theory, the proposed event-triggered control scheme is proved to implement the tracking consensus when real-time state cannot direct obtain. Moreover, such scheme can exclude Zeno-behavior. Finally, numerical simulations illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper considers the distributed tracking control problem for linear multi-agent systems with disturbances and a leader whose control input is nonzero and not available to any follower. Based on the relative output measurements of neighboring agents, a novel distributed observer-based tracking protocol is proposed, where the distributed intermediate estimators are constructed to estimate the leader’s unknown control input and the states of the tracking error system simultaneously, then a distributed tracking protocol is designed based on the derived estimates. It is proved that the states of the tracking error system are uniformly ultimately bounded and an explicit tracking error bound is obtained. A simulation example of aircrafts verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper mainly investigates the event-triggered tracking control for couple-group multi-agent systems in a disturbance environment, where the topology of the agents is switching. Consensus protocol is designed for the case that some agents reach a consistent value, while the other agents reach another consistent value. Then, event-triggered control laws are designed to reduce the frequency of individual actuation updating for discrete-time agent dynamics. Moreover, by applying the Lyapunov function method, a sufficient condition of couple-group consensus is established in terms of a matrix inequality when the communication topology is switching. Finally, simulation examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.  相似文献

This paper studies the time-varying output formation tracking problems for heterogeneous linear multi-agent systems with multiple leaders in the presence of switching directed topologies, where the agents can have different system dynamics and state dimensions. The outputs of followers are required to accomplish a given time-varying formation configuration and track the convex combination of leaders’ outputs simultaneously. Firstly, using the neighboring relative information, a distributed observer is constructed for each follower to estimate the convex combination of multiple leaders’ states under the influences of switching directed topologies. The convergence of the observer is proved based on the piecewise Lyapunov theory and the threshold for the average dwell time of the switching topologies is derived. Then, an output formation tracking protocol based on the distributed observer and an algorithm to determine the control parameters of the protocol are presented. Considering the features of heterogeneous dynamics, the time-varying formation tracking feasible constraints are provided, and a compensation input is applied to expand the feasible formation set. Sufficient conditions for the heterogeneous multi-agent systems with multiple leaders and switching directed topologies to achieve the desired time-varying output formation tracking under the designed protocol are proposed. Finally, simulation examples are given to validate the theoretical results.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider a stochastic linear quadratic mean field game for the continuum-parameterized multi-agent systems with multiplicative noise. Based on the Nash certain equivalence principle, we obtain a series of decentralized control laws. Then, Dynkin’s formula and comparison principle are employed to prove the boundedness of the state of the closed loop system in the mean square sense. Finally, we show that the set of decentralized controls has an ?-Nash equilibrium property.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the tracking control problem for nonlinear heterogeneous multi-agent systems with a static leader, where the leader’s state is only available to a small portion of follower agents. The considered multi-agent system is composed of first- and second-order follower agents with unknown nonlinearities and unknown disturbances, and the communication graph of follower agents is fixed and directed. A robust adaptive neural network controller is designed for each follower agent. By applying the Lyapunov theory with the singular value analysis method, it is shown that all follower agents will synchronize to the leader agent with bounded residual errors. A numerical example is presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the theoretical findings.  相似文献

A novel adaptive event-triggered control protocol is developed to investigate the tracking control problem of multi-agent systems with general linear dynamics. By introducing the event-triggered control strategy, each agent can decide when to transfer its state to its neighbors at its own triggering instants, which can greatly reduce communication burden of agents. It is shown that the “Zeno phenomenon” does not occur by verifying that there exists a positive lower bound on the inter-event time intervals of agents under the proposed adaptive event-triggered control algorithm. Finally, an example is provided to testify the effectiveness of the obtained theoretical results.  相似文献

Average-consensus tracking problem is investigated for first-order multi-agent systems composed of valid agents and additional interconnecting agents. Valid agents have constant reference inputs, while additional interconnecting agents do not have reference inputs. Average-consensus tracking algorithms are proposed for the agents converging to the average value of constant reference inputs of valid agents. Under symmetric and connected topology, consensus conditions are obtained for the agents without and with communication delay, respectively, by using generalized Nyquist criterion. Numerical examples illustrate the correctness of theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper addresses the problem of bipartite output consensus of heterogeneous multi-agent systems over signed graphs. First, under the assumption that the sub-graph describing the communication topology among the agents is connected, a fully distributed protocol is provided to make the heterogeneous agents achieve bipartite output consensus. Then for the case that the topology graph has a directed spanning tree, a novel adaptive consensus protocol is designed, which also avoids using any global information. Each of these two protocols consists of a solution pair of the regulation equation and a homogeneous compensator. Numerical simulations show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献

In this paper, fixed-time consensus tracking problems under directed interaction topologies for second-order non-linear multi-agent systems with disturbance and second-order multi-agent systems with input delay are investigated. Two continuous integral terminal sliding modes are designed, which can effectively eliminate the singularity and chattering. Correspondingly, two fixed-time distributed control protocols are proposed based on the designed continuous ITSM to ensure that the consensus tracking are achieved in fixed-time. It is shown that the upper bounds of settling time are regardless of initial conditions. The rigorous proofs are given by employing Lyapunov stability theory and fixed-time stability theory. Simulations are provided to verify the effectiveness of the theoretical results.  相似文献

The goal of this paper is to propose an optimal fault tolerant control (FTC) approach for multi-agent systems (MASs). It is assumed that the agents have identical affine dynamics. The underlying communication topology is assumed to be a directed graph. The concepts of both inverse optimality and partial stability are further employed for designing the control law fully developed in the paper. Firstly, the optimal FTC problem for linear MASs is formulated and then it is extended to MASs with affine nonlinear dynamics. To solve the Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman (HJB) equation, an Off-policy Reinforcement Learning is used to learn the optimal control law for each agent. Finally, a couple of numerical examples are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

This paper addresses the distributed adaptive output-feedback tracking control problem of uncertain multi-agent systems in non-affine pure-feedback form under a directed communication topology. Since the control input is implicit for each non-affine agent, we introduce an auxiliary first-order dynamics to circumvent the difficulty in control protocol design and avoid the algebraic loop problem in control inputs and the unknown control gain problem. A decentralized input-driven observer is applied to reconstruct state information of each agent, which makes the design and synthesis extremely simplified. Based on the dynamic surface control technique and neural network approximators, a distributed output-feedback control protocol with prescribed tracking performance is derived. Compared with the existing results, the restrictive assumptions on the partial derivative of non-affine functions are removed. Moreover, it is proved that the output tracking errors always stay in a prescribed performance bound. The simulation results are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

We address the leader-following tracking consensus issue for a class of linear multi-agent systems (MASs) via dynamic event-triggered (DET) approaches in this paper. The DET communication mechanism is introduced by an additional internal dynamic variable, and is developed to schedule agents’ data transmission. State observers are also employed to tackle the scenario wherein inner information of follower agents are not available for measurement. And then, state-based and observer-based distributed control proposals are proposed on the basis of dynamic event-triggered mechanism (DETM), respectively. To avoid continuous measurement information monitor, we present a technical approach for generation of the combinational information from their own neighboring agents only at event instants. The stabilities of the resulting closed-loop systems, both state-feedback one and output-feedback one, are rigorously analyzed in theory, and it is proven that all signals in the closed-loop system are bounded and Zeno behavior is also excluded. Simulation examples are presented to illustrate the theoretical claims.  相似文献

In this paper, the data-driven adaptive dynamic programming (ADP) algorithm is proposed to deal with the optimal tracking problem for the general discrete-time (DT) systems with delays for the first time. The model-free ADP algorithm is presented by using only the system’s input, output and the reference trajectory of the finite steps of historical data. First, the augmented state equation is constructed based on the time-delay system and the reference system. Second, a novel data-driven state equation is derived by virtue of the history data composed of input, output and reference trajectory, which is considered as a state estimator. Then, a novel data-driven Bellman equation for the linear quadratic tracking (LQT) problem with delays is deduced. Finally, the data-driven ADP algorithm is designed to solve the LQT problem with delays and does not require any system dynamics. The simulation result demonstrates the validity of the proposed data-driven ADP algorithm in this paper for the LQT problem with delays.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the robust cooperative output regulation problem of heterogeneous linear multi-agent systems with system uncertainties and directed communication topology. A robust distributed event-triggered control scheme is proposed based on the internal model principle. To avoid continuous monitoring of measurement errors for the event-triggering condition, a novel self-triggered control scheme is further proposed. Moreover, by introducing a fixed timer in the triggering mechanisms, Zeno behavior can be excluded for each agent. An example is finally provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed self-triggered control scheme.  相似文献

Time-varying formation tracking problems for high-order multi-agent systems with switching topologies are investigated. Different from the previous work, the states of the followers form a predefined time-varying formation while tracking the state of the leader with bounded unknown control input. Besides, the communication topology can be switching, and the dynamics of each agent can have nonlinearities. Firstly, a nonlinear time-varying formation tracking control protocol is presented which is constructed using only local neighboring information. Secondly, an algorithm with four steps is proposed to design the time-varying formation tracking protocol, where the time-varying formation tracking feasibility condition is introduced. Thirdly, by using the Lyapunov theory, the stability of the proposed algorithm is proven. It is proved that the high-order multi-agent system with switching topologies achieves the time-varying formation tracking if the feasibility condition holds and the dwell time is larger than a positive constant. Finally, a numerical example with six followers and one leader is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the obtained results.  相似文献

In this paper, we apply iterative learning control to both linear and nonlinear fractional-order multi-agent systems to solve consensus tacking problem. Both fixed and iteration-varying communicating graphs are addressed in this paper. For linear systems, a PDα-type update law with initial state learning mechanism is introduced by virtue of the memory property of fractional-order derivative. For nonlinear systems, a Dα-type update law with forgetting factor and initial state learning is designed. Sufficient conditions for both linear and nonlinear systems are established to guarantee all agents achieving the asymptotic output consensus. Simulation examples are provided to verify the proposed schemes.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel composite controller is proposed to achieve the prescribed performance of completely tracking errors for a class of uncertain nonlinear systems. The proposed controller contains a feedforward controller and a feedback controller. The feedforward controller is constructed by incorporating the prescribed performance function (PPF) and a state predictor into the neural dynamic surface approach to guarantee the transient and steady-state responses of completely tracking errors within prescribed boundaries. Different from the traditional adaptive laws which are commonly updated by the system tracking error, the state predictor uses the prediction error to update the neural network (NN) weights such that a smooth and fast approximation for the unknown nonlinearity can be obtained without incurring high-frequency oscillations. Since the uncertainties existing in the system may influence the prescribed performance of tracking error and the estimation accuracy of NN, an optimal robust guaranteed cost control (ORGCC) is designed as the feedback controller to make the closed-loop system robustly stable and further guarantee that the system cost function is not more than a specified upper bound. The stabilities of the whole closed-loop control system is certified by the Lyapunov theory. Simulation and experimental results based on a servomechanism are conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper focuses on the optimal control of a DC torque motor servo system which represents a class of continuous-time linear uncertain systems with unknown jumping internal dynamics. A data-driven adaptive optimal control strategy based on the integration of adaptive dynamic programming (ADP) and switching control is presented to minimize a predefined cost function. This takes the first step to develop switching ADP methods and extend the application of ADP to time-varying systems. Moreover, an analytical method to give the initial stabilizing controller for policy iteration ADP is proposed. It is shown that under the proposed adaptive optimal control law, the closed-loop switched system is asymptotically stable at the origin. The effectiveness of the strategy is validated via simulations on the DC motor system model.  相似文献
