Clinical Supervision of Counselors-in-Training: A Nationwide Survey of Ideal Delivery,Goals, and Theoretical Influences

The study reports opinions of counselor educators regarding the ideal delivery, goals, and methods of clinical supervision, and the supervision models and theories influencing practice.     

Field Supervision of Counselors in Training: A Survey of the North Atlantic Region

Most of the research on supervision has focused on supervisors in academic institutions (faculty members or doctoral students). In this article the authors describe a study in which they examined supervisors in community agencies where master's level counselors were assigned for practicum and internship training. The survey suggested that agencies were heavily invested in supervising graduate level counseling students and providing them with a rich clinical experience. Respondents typically had a master's degree, used various models of supervision, and provided feedback by means of self-report and audiotape or videotape review of counseling sessions. Results suggest that these supervisors had little contact with the concurrent academic supervisor and may have had little formal training in supervision. Implications of this survey include a need for more training for supervisors in graduate counseling programs and a need for more liaison between campus and field supervisors.     

Group Supervision of Supervision: A Relational Approach for Training Supervisors

The issue of training psychologists to become competent supervisors has only been clearly articulated in the past two decades. In this article a rationale for training supervisors in a group format is given. Then, a supervision of supervision group is presented that the authors co-led with two successive cohorts of four predoctoral interns in a large university counseling center as part of its training program. The authors focus on the need to attend to group process and relational themes. Finally, the authors discuss the inevitable boundary concerns that emerge given the multiple levels of relationships that exist among several tiers of trainees and supervisors.

高校管理人员在职培训状况之调查研究

要提升我国高校管理人员的专业化水平,就需要完善高校管理人员的在职培训制度。通过对全国1182名高校管理人员的调查研究后发现:高校管理人员普遍认为以校本培训为主体的继续教育模式对于提升自身管理能力的帮助最大;高校开始重视对于管理人员的在职培训,但是不同类型高校的管理人员和不同职务的高校管理人员参加在职培训的机会差异很大,高校对管理人员所开展的在职培训活动相对不足。在调查研究的基础上,建议从关注高校管理人员尤其是基层管理人员的培训需求、高校为管理人员的在职培训提供制度保障、创新在职培训形式和拓展培训成果等四个方面改进高校管理人员的在职培训制度,从而不断提升高校管理人员的专业化水平。     

全国十五个区域儿童学校生存状态调查分析

对全国十五个省、市、自治区3—8年级学生20804人的问卷调查表明:总体上小学生学校生存状态优于初中生,声誉较高的学校学生生存状态优于普通学校和乡镇学校;学习内在动机弱,功利性取向强;教育氛围呈现文化转型特点:权威型教师亲和性强,简单化的教育方式较强;班集体文化建设与学生学习状态、学习概念、师生关系等显著相关,但普遍薄弱。     

A Survey of Psychiatric Rehabilitation Counseling Training Needs

A total of 580 vocational rehabilitation counseling professionals from Rehabilitation Services Administration Region III responded to a 40-item, forced-choice questionnaire regarding perceived needs for training in the area of psychiatric rehabilitation. Although it was identified as least available, opportunity for continuing education was rated as the optimal vehicle for training rather than formal academic course work or agency in-service programs. Translating psychiatric diagnoses into functional behavioral terminology was ranked foremost as a specific training need; training in career counseling and realistic goal planning and job-seeking skills and job placement needs of the psychiatrically disabled client ranked second and third.     

语用学培训在中国:第一期全国语用学研修班综述

本文综述了中国逻辑学会语用学专业委员会主办、铜陵学院承办的第一期全国语用学研修班熊学亮、张辉、何刚、陈新仁、陈海庆五位专家共7场主题报告。本次研修班的研修主题是"语用学课题申报与论文发表",主要议题涵盖语用学相关研究、语用学课题的选题与申报、学术研究与论文撰写3个方面,共有"语用学与句法研究""国家社科基金申请书的撰写""语用学的核心问题及课题形成""需求导向与语用学课题申报""语用学跨学科课题申报""学术研究与论文撰写""论文写作中的创新意识及表现"等7场主题报告。研修形式有专家报告和分组指导,研修期间专家学者就语用学学科现状及核心课题进行了广泛而深入的研讨,对促进语用学研究与学科发展及科研团队的培养起到了积极的作用。     

National Survey of School Counselor Supervision

A sample of 267 American School Counseling Association members were surveyed regarding their current supervision, desire for clinical supervision, and rating of supervision goals. Although a small minority of respondents indicated that they were currently receiving supervision, a majority of respondents indicated a desire to receive supervision. Factor analysis of ratings of supervision goals resulted in 3 factors related to the foci or learning dimensions described in J. M. Bernard's (1997) Discrimination Model. Recommendations for counselor educators and school counselor supervisors are discussed.

国以民为本,民以食为天,食以安为先。食品安全关系着广大国民的身体健康和生命安全,关系着经济的健康发展和国家的长治久安。我们对曲靖市加强和完善食品安全监管机制进行了专题调研,随机调查结果也充分表明曲靖市的食品安全监管形势总体较好,重大事故发生率和事故死亡率明显下降;取得的宝贵经验值得推广。但确保食品安全仍面临不少困难和问题,为此,我们提出了相应的意见和建议。     

上海市新媒体专业人才培养情况调查

新型专业媒体人才的匮乏已经成为阻碍我国新媒体产业发展的一大羁绊,如何消除新媒体人才培养与行业用人需求之间的错位,成为现代传媒业亟需解决的重要课题。上海地处我国新媒体产业发展的核心地带,其市场运作方法和人才培养模式都将对国内相关产业的发展带来示范作用。本课题对驻沪三所高校相关专业的近350名师生进行调研,以掌握上海市新媒体专业人才的培养情况,为正确调整学科定位,创新新媒体人才培养模式提供策略支持。     

大学生网络培训调查

随着信息化进程的日益加快,网络培训这一新的培训方式开始被越来越多的机构所采用.该文采用问卷调查的方式,对南京地区大学生参加网络培训的现状进行了调查和分析,提出了一些建议.     

师专女大学生课余体育锻炼现状调查

采用文献资料调研、问卷调查等研究方法,对南宁师专女大学生课余体育锻炼现状进行调查。结果发现：该校女大学生对课余体育锻炼的觉悟较高、锻炼目的明确。大部分学生每周不同程度地参加课余体育锻炼,但锻炼时间较短强度较弱锻炼效果不佳,缺乏必要的健身知识和方法。为此,提出积极的对策。     

教师教育培训满意度现状调查

采用《教师教育培训满意度调查问卷》对暑期高校研修班的37名幼儿园园长进行调查,调查结果显示:幼儿园园长对培训目标、组织管理、培训课程、培训方式较满意,对培训住宿环境及培训效果方面不太满意,因此,幼儿园教师培训需求的基础上进行培训项目的方案设计,同时提高培训师资水平以及住宿条件,提高培训效用。
