国内儿童性侵犯问题研究综述

当前,儿童性侵犯日益成为一个社会重视的严肃问题。目前国内研究集中在概念分析、发生率调查结果、对受害者的影响、发生原因以及相关对策方面,呈现出了儿童性侵犯研究的发展水平和总体趋势,但研究对象的细化、研究方法的完善、研究范围和视角的扩大以及受害儿童心理辅导的分类细化等问题有待进一步加强。     

儿童性虐待认定及其存在的问题

儿童性虐待已经成为世界范围内的公共卫生问题,各国对儿童性虐待的流行学调查显示一致的高流行率及某些共同的特点,儿童性虐待由于具有特殊的创伤特征以及虐待形式的多样化而存在认定困难。建立专业的儿童性虐待评估机构是减少受虐儿童反复受到伤害,降低其创伤后障碍风险的有效途径。性科学教育及普法教育是提高人们自我保护和保护他人意识的关键,学校是性教育的主要场所,同时需建立家庭、学校、社会三位一体的安全责任体系。

性侵害会对儿童的身心发展产生不良影响。本文介绍了儿童性侵害的定义、儿童性侵害的流行率与发生率、性侵害受害儿童的心理病理学研究。在此基础上,提出了今后的研究方向。

Construction of the Offender in Child Sexual Abuse Prevention Training for Adults

Until recently, the media was Americans’ primary source of information about child sexual offenders. Today, however, millions of adults attend child sexual abuse prevention trainings sponsored by churches, schools, and other organizations. This paper draws on participant observation in 22 sessions of a popular Catholic program. It examines how the curriculum frames child sexual offenders and how group processes support or challenge that framing. While such trainings have the potential to challenge incorrect stereotypes, group and organizational pressures often coalesce to perpetuate fear, anger, and an inability to see offenders as anything but “others.”     

Dealing with the Aftermath of Child Sexual Abuse: A Reflection on Three Case Examples

This paper is based upon three stories which were told by respondents in a study of how survivors, mothers of survivors and teachers of survivors cope in the aftermath of child sexual abuse. These stories relate to interactions in the school or workplace and are discussed within the broader context of existing stereotypes and assumptions about abuse. The paper argues that assumptions about abuse can affect outcomes and can cause distress to others who become involved in dealing with it.

Training for teachers has been negligible. Where training exists the quality and orientation have not always been appropriate.

高校学生辅导员队伍身心健康状况报告——某高校学生辅导员SCL-90问卷调查

目的:了解高校学生辅导员的身心健康状况,为高校学生管理体系的人才培养提供心理学方面的依据.方法:使用SCL-90问卷进行测量,WJZ软件进行统计.结果:辅导员身心健康状况不容乐观,75%的人在各个方面有轻度症状;54.17%的人存在中度以上的问题,而16.67%的辅导员任一因子分≥4,存在严重心理问题的可能性.结论:辅导员整体身心健康状况不佳,需要进行多方位心理调适.     

试论晚清江浙地区女性性侵害问题

晚清,江浙地区由于新的经济、文化的影响,加之战争频发,匪徒肆行,治安恶化,社会混乱,女性受性侵害成为严重社会问题,引起了统治者的极大重视,着手大力整饬和规束,并加大了惩治力度。但由于律条对于性侵害的界定严苛,不易定性,加之一旦诉官,历经堂审等过程,妇女的名节必大受影响。传统观念的制约、社会舆论的压力、法律保护的不完善,以及官盗勾结等现象的存在,使遭受性侵害的女性及家庭往往不愿告官,而倾向于以私下的暴力手段解决,更有受害女性以身死而保名节。其行为方式及动因,从一个侧面反映出当时社会状况以及受害妇女作为弱势群体的困境。     

A Collaborative Substance Abuse Model for Counselors in Training: Knowledge and Practicum Experiences

A school-based substance abuse training model for counselors was sponsored by a federal grant and designed by a counselor education department. The program was successful in training counselors to design and implement prevention and intervention programs in the school setting.

性侵儿童犯罪是一种极为恶劣的犯罪行为,近年来,性侵儿童案件呈现高发特点。性侵儿童会对受害儿童个人及家庭造成极大伤害,进而对社会产生一系列负面影响。从受害儿童的生理、心理以及以受害家庭伤害程度为切入点,分析性侵儿童案件发生的原因,能够间接了解侵害者行为人与被侵害者两方面的特点,从而找出有效防范性侵儿童的办法,为多方面控制此类案件的发生制定相应的对策,以期对我国防范性侵儿童犯罪有所裨益。     

针对女大学生的性心理特点进行心理健康教育

处于“爱慕”期的女大学生是一个特殊的群体。由于客观与主观的原因,女大学生的性心理和性观念有着特定的表现。因此,我们应从开设性教育课程,开展性教育讲座,从性心理辅导和心理健康教育等方面着手,引导女大学生进行正确的自我性心理调适。
