Based on the theories of Tao Shuxian s "Three Essential Factors"(1929),Du Dingyou s"Three Essential Factors"(1932), the "Four Essential Factors"(1934) of Liu Guojun and the hbrary systematic theories, the paper, with the combination of the principles and methods of the communication studies, makes a factor decomposition for the library documentary information transfer process and analyses the transfer of factor focal point in the process of libary evolution. The readers right of participation is, so to speak, the right to participate in the library management and the library construction. It is contained by the right to make policy decision, the right of management, the right to appraise, the authority to supervise, the right to recommand materials for the library acquisition, the right to purchase on the library s behalf and the right to reject library materials. To give full play to the readers right of participation is a major way for the library to maintain close ties with the readers and an effective measure for the library to overcome difficulties in human resources,etc.,so as to speed up the construction of library undertaking.It is also a significant means for the library to realize its social value and an important way to serve the society wholeheartedly.     

中国图书馆学史论

The history of Chinese library science is a subject on the study of the history of the emergence and the development of Chinese library science, which is within the range of theoretical library science. It falls into four historical periods,i.e. the ancient history of Chinese library science (before 1840),the modern history of it (1840-1919); the contemporary history of it (1919-1949)and the history of present age(1949 up to now). The full text of the paper consists of five parts: the objects, contents, stages of history,significances and principles of the study.ref.8

The paper compares from 3 phases of professional work, finance and personnel affairs management, the similarities and differences of Chinese library administration with those of the United States. At the end of the paper, the author records the code of conduct both for the library authorities and the librarians under the leadership of them. This plays an enlightening role for improving the Chinese library administration.     

Editor's note

This study was designed to investigate the effects of question tense (past, present, future, and conditional) on intentionally deceptive and truthful responses to questions asked during employment interviews. The results from the multiple discriminant analyses identified 6 variables which differentiated between truthful and deceptive messages and 19 variables which differentiated between the four temporal conditions. Future research should be conducted with caution to control for the potential affects of verb tense and question difficulty.

基于Ontology的中文问答系统问题分类研究

问题分类是问答系统处理的基础。现在绝大多数的问答系统把问题局限在person,location,date,quantity,manner,works,organization等类型。不利于对更多情况和更深语义的问题的处理。可以基于Ontology的思想建立完整的、全面的、多层次的问题分类模型。表1。图8。参考文献6。     

基于VFP的《文献信息检索与利用》题库管理系统与试题设计

介绍了用软件Visual Foxpro（简称为VFP）开发的《文献信息检索与利用》题库管理系统。该系统可以实现多门课程的题目管理,包括题目的存储、编辑、检索;教师根据需要可以设置题型;可采用人工组卷或随机组卷方式生成试卷。在题型设计时,我们针对该课程实践性强的特点,设计了5种难度的题型,以考查学生对文献检索技能的掌握以及对情报资源的利用程度。该题库的建立,为教师提高教学质量,科学测量学生的学习效果提供了一种手段。     

面向农民的问答系统问句处理研究*

为提高农民获取信息的便利性,文章着重面向农民问答系统的开发,提出问答系统由知识库构建、问句处理、信息检索、答案抽取4个模块组成,其中问句处理是研究重点。在总结农民问句特点的基础上,提出基于疑问词和短语的问句分类方法,并在问句处理过程中采用去除客气词、建立针对非正式疑问词和无疑问词时的“特殊规则表”等方法,以有效地进行问句归类及关键词提取。同时利用所构建的“同义词扩展词表”扩充关键词,并设定不同的权重基准,为信息检索模块的处理奠定基础。     

基于常用问题集的问答系统设计与实现

针对图书出版领域的常用问题集研制自动问答系统,重点解决问句索引与检索问题。在问句索引中提出结合分词与词性标注、浅层语义分析等方法来索引问句;在问句检索中提出基于特征向量空间和语义类的方法来计算问句相似度。最后对该系统进行实现。     

汉语框架网络问答系统问句处理研究

问句处理是问答系统的首要问题。汉语框架网络问答系统旨在以汉语框架网络本体为基础,选择法律领域作为研究对象,进行问句处理的研究,探索新型的问答系统设计技术,来满足用户准确检索信息的需求。本论文利用依存关系表示查询问句的句法关系,并将查询问句与问句模板库中的模板进行匹配,最终确定查询问句的配价模式,实现对查询问句的框架语义标注,为下一步基于问答的框架语义检索系统的设计奠定基础。     

指纹技术及其在读者证件系统中的应用

介绍指纹技术的原理及特点，设计和实现基于指纹技术的读者证件系统，对图书馆目前使用指纹技术尚需解决的成本问题、隐私问题、指纹采集和比对问题进行探讨。     

汉语框架网络问答系统的问句分析设计与实现

利用框架语义学原理,构建出面向问句分析的语义框架——Q框架,在此基础上实现对问句的语义分析。从语义规则角度提出问句分析设计的思路：基于依存句法树确定不同类型问句的目标词,采取模式匹配方法实现基于Q框架的问句语义分析,通过映射完成对问句的框架语义标注,最终确定问句焦点和问句类型。     

社会化问答平台提问回复率的预测研究——以“百度知道”为例

[目的/意义] 基于社会化问答平台提问回复率较低的现状，通过预测提问回复率，能够为社会化问答平台提升用户活跃度与留存率，改善用户体验提供参考。[方法/过程] 以"百度知道"为研究平台，抓取平台设置的14个话题下共10 640条提问记录，从提问特征与提问者特征角度，构建提问回复率影响因素的研究框架。采用二元Logistic回归对影响因素进行数据验证，构建提问回复率的预测模型，对模型准确率进行验证。[结果/结论] 社会化问答平台提问回复率研究可改善平台信息服务质量与促进用户知识贡献行为，实验结果验证了研究模型在社会化问答平台提问回复率预测中的有效性。
