通过"校企联合"办学,体现继续教育的内涵与特点;"校企联合"办学是校、企双赢的最佳模式;实施"校企联合"办学的有效措施以及拓展内涵,注重效果,深化校企合作等方面进行了全面、系统的论证,得出:广泛调研、科学规划是实施"校企联合"办学的前提;相互信任、精诚合作是实施"校企联合"办学的基础;求新求先,保证质量是实施"校企联合"办学的根本;明晰责权、措施到位是实施"校企联合"办学的保障。     

“校企融合”人才培养模式的探索

高职教育改革的不断深入,对高职教育的培养目标更加明确,提高学生的职业能力、素质能力更加重要。基于校企合作、工学结合人才培养模式改革,校企合作需更加深入,由此本文从七个方面:目标决定模式;人才培养模式的再构建;"校企融合"人才培养模式;高职人才培养模式设计;校企融合激发动力;校企融合的成果展示;人才培养模式存在的问题。对"校企融合"人才培养模式进行探索。

校企合作是职业教育人才培养的有效手段,法律保障是推动校企深度合作、培养符合企业需求人才的重要举措。目前校企合作虽然取得一定成绩但还存在诸多问题。究其原因,职业院校自身吸引力不足、难以成为"意中人";企业参与校企合作积极性不高、不愿成为"追求者";政府缺乏可操作性实施细则,没有当好"引领者";第三方机构服务协调欠佳、"牵线人"作用难发挥。应完善校企合作法律保障,以制度为载体、明确校企合作多元主体地位;完善配套制度,扩大职业院校选人用人自主权;突出自身建设,优化校企合作内部治理结构;落实监督追究,形成校企合作保障合力,助力校企共赢发展。     

制度环境视域下校企“二元制”合作办学路径探析

制度环境是掣肘产教融合、校企合作的主要因素。从制度环境视角,分析校企"二元制"合作办学存在强制性制度孱弱、社会规范性制度缺失、文化认知性制度萎靡的困境,提出校企"二元制"合作办学的制度环境优化路径:1.建立健全产教融合、校企合作的法律法规;2.加强校企合作的社会规范性制度建设;3.强化产教融合的文化认同。

"校企共同体"以合作共赢为基础,以协议形式缔约建设,相互开放、相互依存、相互促进,是产学研合作的新型组织形式.杭州职业技术学院与企业合作共建的"校企共同体",共同规划,依据企业时人才的需求调整发展规划和专业方向;共构组织,实施校企一体化的管理机制;共同建设,全面调整和改革人才培养方式;重构课堂、联通岗位、校企联动、双师共育;这种"资源共享、优势互补、务实合作、共融共进"的紧密型"校企共同体"产学研合作模式,克服了以往校企合作在理念、管理、运行等方面存在的问题,找到了双方共赢的结合点,增强了产学研合作的稳定性和可持续发展能力.     

独立学院转型发展存在的问题及对策

独立学院转型发展面临着师资缺乏实践经验、实验实训基地不足,以及校企合作推进困难等问题。造成这些问题的根源是校企劳动力的"二元结构"、实验实训设备的"资产专用性",以及校企合作的"马太效应"。政府要积极推进人事体制改革,构建校企合作公共平台;独立学院要不断创新,构建校企合作发展联盟。     

中国高职教育校企合作:模式特征与实践策略

在中国职业教育独特的发展模式下,中国高职院校校企合作的主要模式是学校本位模式,其具体合作形式是"企业配合"模式、"校企联合培养"模式、"校企实体合作"模式,其基本特征是学校承担主要责任和主导作用、企业在政策鼓励下积极参与,其主要问题是企业参与校企合作的动力不足、高校寻求合作的能力匮乏、政府支持合作的力度不够。推进高职教育校企合作,首先应加强学校内涵建设,增强对企业的吸引力;其次,依托行业,服务企业,建设校企合作的保障机制;再次,夯实基础,工学结合,增强校企合作的教育实效。

加快推进现代职业教育发展,构建长效稳定的校企合作机制,政府参与至关重要。文章基于公共产品自愿供给的理论,利用博弈分析的框架,对校企合作中政府的角色定位与介入方式展开了研究,认为:一、校企合作中政府是主导不是主体,校企合作只有校企两个主体,政府角色应从台前转到幕后;二、在VCM机制下,在政府不介入情形下,市场自由博弈"不参与"成为企业占优策略,校企合作需要政府介入;三、在PPM机制下,政府的介入提高了不同博弈环境下"参与"的结果,政府介入可尝试建立校企合作的招标制度、"少数"奖励制度、"多数"返还制度。

The Reader Response Approach to Teaching of English Literature

During interview with English majors, it was found that a majority of students expressed disappointment with their experience of English literature classes. Students' dislike of learning English literature appears to be the major problem of teaching English literature in China. Reader response approach is a good way to solve this problem. In this paper, I explain the rationale behind the reader response approach, such as its origin, definition, features, assumptions, and strategies. Then I illustrate how reader response approach works as a teaching strategy by presenting several teaching models. At last I evaluate its usefuiness for teachers and present the advantages of reader response approach in Chinese context.
