动作说明: 前奏(最后四小节):坐正,双手叉腰,头按节拍左右摆动(一拍一次)。第一遍音乐: 第1小节:第①拍双手在胸前拍一下,第②拍双手抱臂拍肩一次,同时身体和头向左倾,眼看右前方。第2小节:动作同1,身体和头向右倾,眼看左前方。第3小节:第①拍双手在胸前拍一下,第②拍双手半握拳,手心向外,向右前方斜上举,身体和头左倾,眼看手。第4小节:动作同3。手向左前方斜上举,身体和头右倾。第5、6小节:动作同1、2。
