化学因子对金针菇子实体产量影响初探

瓶栽金针菇,菌丝长满后用0．1％Zn＋＋,IPPmIAA,IPPmGA3和2PPmNAA四种因子处理,可提高其子实体的产量,高出对照9.05％-15.25％,生物学效率达147％以上。     

耐酚优势菌细胞固定化效果的研究

应用耐酚能力达1760mg/L的优势菌种1'M2作W2进行了细菌固定化效果的研究。结果表明，几种包埋剂中机械强度和稳定性能均以海藻酸钠较好。菌种W1的适宜包埋条件为3％浓度的海藻酸钠，包埋比为2：25；菌种M2和W2的适宜包埋条件为5％浓度的海藻酸钠，包埋比为4：25。在处理炼油废水时，采用添加营养盐的方法，固定后的细菌12h内降酚率可达到96．8％的生化处理效果。     

一种山楂果冻制作的新工艺

以山楂鲜果为主要原料,辅以白砂糖、食用胶凝剂和柠檬酸等研制出了营养价值高、感官状态良好并具有一定保健功能的果冻．山楂果冻的最佳生产配方为：山楂果汁用量35％、复合胶（琼脂∶卡拉胶∶黄原胶＝5∶7∶1）用量0．90％、白砂糖用量15％、柠檬酸用量0．20％．     

火焰原子吸收法测定长江起点水域的镉、铬、铜、锰、锌、镍

笔者采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了长江起点水域中的微量元素镉、铬、锰、锌、铜、镍6种元素，考察了不同种酸及酸度对硝化作用的影响和在体系中共存离子的相互干扰情况。用NH4H2PO4-Mg（NO3）2作为测定镉、铬的基体改进剂，得到了良好的测定结果，其标准加入回收率为96．5％-105％，相对标准偏差为1．1％-2．0％，检测限镉为0．040mg／L；铬为0．018mg／L；锰为0．020mg／L；锌0．096mg／mL；铜为0．064mg／mL；镍为0．035mg／mL。     

非洲菊工厂化育苗技术研究

以非洲萄幼嫩花托为外植体，以MS为基本培养基，添加不同浓度6．BA、IBA、GA等进行愈伤组织诱导、不定芽分化、照代增殖、生根培养和过渡炼苗。试验表明：采用MS＋6-BA2．0-5．0mg/L（单住下同）＋IBA0．25-0．5培养基，愈伤诱导率在60％以上；采用MS＋6-BA4．0＋IBA0．25＋GA0．5-2．0培养基对不定芽的生长度增殖效果好。增殖率可达13．5；采用1／2MS＋NAA0．1或IBA0．1-0．5或IAA0．5-1．0培养基，20d生根率达100％；在蛭石：珍珠岩：泥炭=1：1：1基质中驯苗。成活率可达95％以上。     

微波法从马铃薯渣中提取果胶工艺的研究

以马铃薯渣为原料，在微波条件下，用稀硫酸溶液萃取、硫酸铝沉淀提取果胶．探讨了液料比、微波功率、加热时间、提取液pH值、饱和硫酸铝用量、盐析pH值、脱盐液用量和脱盐时间对果胶产率的影响．通过单因素实验确定最佳工艺条件为：液料比15ml／g、微波功率595w、加热时间6min、提取液pH值2．0、饱和硫酸铝用量4．0ml、盐析pH值5．0、脱盐液用量200．0ml、脱盐时间40mim．在此条件下，果胶产率为25．0％．     

植酸盐乳液对荔枝保鲜效果的探讨

本研究植酸及其钠、钾盐对荔枝果实的保鲜效果试验。结果表明，用量为0．2％植酸钠或钾盐、0．1％多菌灵的溶液经0．5％的油酸钠或海藻酸钠乳化后浸泡当天采的荔枝果实15至30秒，室温晾干，用聚乙烯薄膜袋包封。在日均气温29℃至33℃，相对湿度64％至88％之间变化的第七天内，荔枝果色保鲜率平均为95．36％，空白试验则为75．8％，随后的5天日均气温为26．8℃之间变化的第七天内，荔枝果色保鲜率平均为95．36％，空白试验则为75．8％。随后的5天日均气温为26．8℃至31．4℃，相对湿度72％至79％，则荔枝果色保鲜率平均达到77．3％，空白试验则为0。经此试验的荔枝果实，好果果壳仍呈鲜红色，果肉完整，鲜甜味不变。     

S04^2-／Ti02／Sm^3＋催化合成乙酸苄酯的研究

采用稀土元素Sm3 对固体超强酸SO4^2-／TiO2的改性，制备出稀土固体超强酸SO4^2-／TiO2／Sm3 催化剂，应用于合成乙酸苄酯的反应中．并研究了各种因素对酯化率的影响，最佳反应条件为：催化剂焙烧温度450℃，催化剂用量为1．0g，醇酸摩尔比1．8(乙酸的用量为0．2mol)，反应时间为2．0h，乙酸苄酯的酯化率达95．7％．     

固体超强酸SO4^2-／TiO2-Fe2O3催化合成丁酸丁酯的试验研究

利用正交试验找到用SO4^2-／TiO2-Fe2O3固体超强酸催化合成丁酸丁酯的最佳应条件。即反应时间4．0h，催化剂用量为酸质量的1．4％，酸醇比1．2：1，验证实验产率为97．6％。且该实验反应时间相对短，无腐蚀无污染，催化剂可回收可重复使用。     

生长因子对裂褶菌菌丝生长及胞外多糖的影响

在发酵温度为26℃、摇床转速为150转、发酵时间为144h的条件下，通过摇瓶实验发现，在发酵液中分别添加VB1、α-萘乙酸、油酸、2，4二氯苯氧乙酸、3-吲哚丁酸对裂褶茵茵体生长及胞外多糖的产量都有不同程度的影响。其中VB1、α-萘乙酸、油酸、2，4二氯苯氧乙酸、3-吲哚丁酸添加的最佳浓度分别为0．5mg/L，0．2ppm，0．1％，0．2ppm，0．5ppm。在所选的几种生长因子中，添加油酸对茵体生长及胞外多糖的影响最大，可作为最佳添加因子。

The Reader Response Approach to Teaching of English Literature

During interview with English majors, it was found that a majority of students expressed disappointment with their experience of English literature classes. Students' dislike of learning English literature appears to be the major problem of teaching English literature in China. Reader response approach is a good way to solve this problem. In this paper, I explain the rationale behind the reader response approach, such as its origin, definition, features, assumptions, and strategies. Then I illustrate how reader response approach works as a teaching strategy by presenting several teaching models. At last I evaluate its usefuiness for teachers and present the advantages of reader response approach in Chinese context.
