利用“Facebook”发展网络学习社区

当高等教育机构都在宣传远程教育“一站式服务”特点的时候,他们并没有热衷于（至少在现阶段）把Facebook这样的工具加入他们的绑定服务。这些服务现在可以通过诸如Angel和Blackboard的课程管理系统（CMSs）实现。高等教育现在还没有准备好完全接纳CMSs。从理论上说,学生们在CMSs中可以更有效地学习。然而,其他的社会网络工具（如博客、维客和播客）显得要比Facebook更适合在远程教育中使用。要注意的是,对CMSs进行＂整合＂而不是＂代替＂是这一类工具现在唯一的功用。使用这一类网络工具的用户大部分都支持这一事实即Facebook能为大学生们提供一种社会出路。因为,不管它效果如何,社会交往总是人类教育的核心。在这一方面,Facebook会起到作用,但是把这一作用融入到远程教育中却缺少了一股推动力。学生们可以把它作为合作学习中次要的信息交流途径。例如：学生们可以通过在自己的空间中邀请同学来共同完成小组作业。Facebook提供的服务（如聊天、结识新同学、安排社会、学术会议等）可以通过使用CMSs当前的技术来实现,同时避免社会网络中普遍存在的安全漏洞和其他法律问题。目前对于Facebook应用在网络学习社区中的观念很可能一夜之间被颠覆,基于Facebook的新发展,技术融合以及远程教育管理者观念的改变,面对一些学生学习花费时间长的这一情况,Facebook改进了原来在推进学习（如完成任务花费的时间）中的功用。Facebook的引入可能使学习环境很舒适,但是笔者很想深刻的挖掘该技术,并探索将它用于学术领域的可能性,把它作为一种潜在的方式使学生可以远程互相学习而不用挤在一个狭小的空间。     

中国大学通识教育二十年的发展现状及理性省察

通识教育作为教育理念和教育实践的统一体,是重要的高等教育模式.经过最近20年的不懈探索,我国通识教育的理论研究与教育实践都取得了长足进步,但由于还处于起步阶段,目前仍然存在本体论研究不足、本土化不够、制度保障不力等根本性问题.     

Communities of Practice as a Social Theory of Learning: a Conversation with Etienne Wenger

The aim of this article is to contribute to the understanding and use of the theory of communities of practice. In order to clarify terms, explore applications for education and reflect on various critiques of the theory in the literature, two educational researchers conducted a series of interviews with the theorist Etienne Wenger-Trayner. The interviews have been thematically organised around key concepts from the theory. By relating the concepts to their uses in research and to other social theories, Wenger-Trayner clarifies key ideas of the theory including what constitutes a ‘community of practice’. He explains how he conceptualises identity and participation in order to develop a social theory of learning in which power and boundaries are inherent. The interviewers draw on these conceptual discussions with Wenger-Trayner to consider how the theory of communities of practice resonates with key debates and issues in education. By unpacking some key concepts of the theory from an educational perspective, we provide researchers with conceptual tools to support the complex decision-making that is involved in selecting the best and most appropriate theory or theories to use in their research.     

大学生社会实践过程中的安全问题及应对措施

大学生社会实践安全问题的发生,固然与社会治安形势、高校对大学生的安全教育实效性不够、社会实践管理制度不够健全等因素有关,然而大学生安全防范意识及自我保护能力的缺乏等自身层面的问题,也是不可忽视的重要因素。大学生社会实践安全保障问题,涉及到学生、学校、家庭和社会等方面的因素,确保大学生社会实践的安全是一个系统工程,可通过加强大学生安全教育和法制教育,建立健全大学生社会实践管理制度,对社会实践活动进行投保,加强对大学生社会实践的组织领导等措施,切实做好大学生社会实践的安全保障工作。     

密码学课程的设计与实践

密码学作为信息安全的重要技术，能有效保障信息的机密性、完整性和鉴别。本根据笔面向计算机专业硕士生开设密码学选修课的实践，探讨了密码学课程的教学组织和信息安全教育。     

A New Disciplinarity: Communities of knowledge,learning and practice

The welcome new attention paid to subject teaching should have bridged the old divide between pedagogical and disciplinary research. But this paper argues that the focus on subject, rather than disciplinary communities is part of the commodification of higher education; that what is needed to re-energise both teachers and students is an inclusive new model of disciplinary education based on an engaged community's processes and practices. Each discipline, it is proposed, will model differently its practices, knowledge creation and dissemination, its writing, its community. The model may change received ideas about the focus and central concerns of the discipline, and in modelling disciplinary learning will change teaching and assessment. The model will be discipline specific and, as such, will resist generic and imposed 'skills and outcomes' frameworks. Evolving out of practice, rather than an external agenda, it should link disciplinary and pedagogical research so that they are mutually informing and transforming.

从敬业价值观视角分析了应急管理与安全教育的内在联系,确定了将安全教育融入思想政治具有重要意义。通过将敬业价值观与安全教育相融合的探索,确定了把应急管理、安全文化、安全心理与生命教育等内容融入高校思想政治教育中,培养大学生的安全价值观、安全素质和具备高度的敬业精神是高校人才培养的不可推卸的责任。     

民办高校廉洁文化建设长效机制探析

我国民办高校廉洁文化建设存在廉洁文化意识淡薄、工作力度不大、缺少有效监管、社会腐败文化对民办高校的影响日深等问题,为此,要通过树立明德重教的廉洁文化理念、建立廉洁文化建设领导体制、构筑廉洁文化建设制度保障体系、完善廉洁文化教育机制、构建民办高校监督约束机制、健全廉洁文化理论研究机制等做法,建立起民办高校廉洁文化建设的长效机制.

文章以爱尔兰高等教育体系的特点出发,分析了其以学生为中心的办学理念、以德育教育为引领的教学环境、以支柱产业为导向的人才定位、以理论联系实际为路径的人才培养体系、以创新创业为抓手的创新教育、以教学质量为主轴的保障体系,以上教学特色的分析对于促进我国高校跻身于世界一流大学的建设、深化高等教育教学保障体系的构建、推进高校产学研深度合作的进度等方面具有较高的借鉴意义。     

地方院校体育资源向社区体育开放的现状及对策

采用问卷调查法和访谈法,对蚌埠市七所地方院校体育资源向社区体育开放的现状进行了调研。结果显示,地方院校虽在体育专业人才、场地设施、教育信息等资源方面具有一定优势,但在参与社区体育活动、开放场馆设施、提供体育健身娱乐服务指导等方面力度不够。为了使地方院校体育资源更好地向社区体育开放延伸,就必须建立同社区体育联系协调的专门组织机构和培训机构,并构建合理有效的高校体育资源开放保障体系,以推动学校体育和社区体育的共同发展。     

大学生朋辈心理辅导实践探索

朋辈心理辅导作为大学生心理健康教育的一种重要形式,在高校心理健康教育实践中起着重要作用。在朋辈心理辅导实践中,必然存在不少影响其效果发挥的因素,在理论研究与实践的过程中发现：朋辈心理辅导员的选拔、培训是基础,监督与指导是重要环节。大学生心理健康教育形式多样,不同的形式有不同的效果,要充分发挥大学生心理健康教育积极作用需要在实践基础上积极进行理论创新。     

论校长如何引领学校教育价值观的转变

以人为本的科学发展观落实到教育实践领域,其首要和根本的任务就是要树立以人为本的教育价值观。校长在引领教育价值观的转变中具有十分重要的作用。理念先行,制度保障,校本培训,文化营造等是校长引领学校教育价值观转变的重要方面。     

On the global knowledge components in an information security curriculum–a multidisciplinary perspective

Because of the borderless feature of the Internet, information security threats could come from anywhere around the globe. In this research, we propose adding global knowledge components in the information security curriculum using a multi-disciplinary approach. We argue that a global perspective has been lacking in the current information security curriculum. We then propose several knowledge components to be added in the curriculum to enhance the global perspective. We also examine how to incorporate knowledge from various related disciplines, including political science, criminal justice, and business administration. Through our empirical study on faculty from various disciplines and the industry practitioners with first-hand information security knowledge, we confirm that the proposed knowledge components are relevant to the information security education and practice. Analyzing the similarities and differences among responses from various disciplines, we also found that albeit different disciplines have slightly different emphases on the curriculum components, they all tend to agree on the importance of adding the global perspectives in information security education. Our research could be of value to the educators in the information security field when considering incorporating a global perspective into the curriculum. It could also shed some lights when examining the relevance of global information security to various disciplines.

社会成员对其自身利益的认识与反映国家整体利益的国家文化总是或多或少地存在着差别和矛盾.缩小这种差别和矛盾,需要从国家的意识形态方面,对社会成员进行有意识地引导和教育.坚持社会主义核心价值体系是国民性文化安全教育的基本原则;思想道德教育是国民性文化安全教育的主要方法;舆论宣传是国民性文化安全教育的主要途径.国民性文化安全教育的广泛性,决定了文化安全教育制度的多样性.     

回族语言、回族教坊与回族社区幼儿教育

回族特定的社区化，对每个社区成员施加影响，对社区内的学校教育系统地产生一定的正面或负面影响。要发展回族幼儿教育事业，必须协同家庭、社区、幼儿园的力量共同提高办学质量。其中，重视社区教育的力量，求得其支持，对回族社区居民进行宣传，改变其幼教观念，是十分重要的一方面。回族语言的特点和功能提供了现代幼儿教育与回族本土化相融的可能性。     

新中国成立以来中小学劳动教育实践的演进及其未来展望

新中国成立以来,我国中小学劳动教育不断发展。在重新审视劳动教育内涵的基础上,对新中国成立以来中小学劳动教育的实践演进与现状进行梳理与回顾,总结归纳不同阶段中小学劳动教育实践的特点,并对当前中小学劳动教育实践中存在的问题进行反思,从而为新时期劳动教育研究与实践提供新的思路。在认识层面,应将职业启蒙教育融入中小学劳动教育之中,通过职业启蒙教育将家庭、学校、社会有效联系起来形成合力,从而提升各方对于劳动教育的认识,营造崇尚劳动的社会氛围。在实践层面,应构建中小学劳动教育网络资源平台,以增强劳动教育内容的丰富性和延展性,丰富劳动教育的教学方式,从而提高劳动教育质量。在保障层面,应切实建立中小学劳动教育评价保障体系。在研究层面,应加强中小学劳动教育实施路径与保障机制的相关研究。     

Four requirements for digital case study libraries

In education, case studies have been employed as a major pedagogical means to engage students with realistic materials and practical problems. The usefulness and success of case studies have been documented in literature. In this paper, we move the case study and its technical affordance a step further toward more authentic or realistic learning and toward communities of practice. Drawing on current intellectual achievement in education, developmental psychology and computer-supported collaborative learning, this paper proposes four requirements for interactive case study libraries, focusing on authentic learning, social interaction, resource accumulation, and communities of practice. With a usability engineering case study library as an example, we discuss design concerns derived from these requirements as well as its use in practice.     

中国精品课程建设的实践模式研究

中国的精品课程建设实践是世界范围内开放教育资源实践的一部分,在过去7年多的发展中逐渐形成了独特的实践模式。基于中国的精品课程建设实践,有必要较为系统地探讨精品课程建设的基本内涵、基本过程和实践模式。在中国精品课程建设的实践中,项目规划具有系统工程的特点;组织实施的方式以自上而下为主;建设过程体现了以点带面、优质示范、全要素一体化建设的特点;质量保证采取逐级遴选、内外结合的方式;激励和保障体现在资金支持和荣誉授予方面;优质资源的建设共享方面与学历教育应用紧密结合等,形成了独特的实践模式。实践证明,中国的精品课程建设是一种有利于实现可持续发展的开放共享模式,丰富了教育资源开放共享的实践内涵。     

核反应堆工程专业生产实习的实践探索

核反应堆工程专业生产实习是普通高等院校实现核反应堆工程专业人才培养目标的重要实践环节,是专业知识联系生产实践的有效途径,直接影响学生适应社会的能力。南华大学于2011年6月在中国原子能科学研究院开展了核反应堆工程专业生产实习的实践探索。生产实习前的充分准备工作、严格的实习管理、实习单位优越的硬件和软件条件,确保了生产实习工作的平稳开展。学生的认可和实习单位的好评,表明了核反应堆工程专业生产实习的成功性。
